來這裏都多數都是老街坊吧，姐姐們服務特別親切的，今次我帶了「私家車」到來，就被安排坐到角落的卡位，避免阻礙通道。今次到來是下午茶時段，最入的座位部分是不開放的，這是用作食品處理及員工休息。雖然到來多次，但發現盒裝紙巾還是第一次見，也算是一種小服務加持吧。每次來都是吃魚蛋河，實在想不通為什麼撈麵要貴十元八塊，可能要等生日才吃粗麵吧，哈哈。凍鴛鴦也是符合標準，河粉裏有魚皮兩塊，多浸一下會更美味。如果你是附近街坊，這也算是便利及衛生合格的選擇，價格並沒有特別優勢。

I'm disappointed. I'll jump straight into what's wrong. Sometimes, staff charge the wrong price for the dish I ordered. There's a difference between eating in and taking away. Like talking about a 10 - 20 dollar difference for an order. The staff has no clue. Next, after I pay for my order, they then tell me my dish is out of stock. I'm not the only customers they've say and done this to. Trying to persuade me to change my order isn't good ethics either as they make it difficult when I want a refund. Tell me before I pay. If you tell me after I paid in full, I have this expectation of the food I want is going to be made. Sometimes, it's like 10 minutes later as I would have gone for a walk around the block instead of waiting. Have a better communication between the kitchen staff and outside staff. I've ordered from this place a few times. But it's always the same mistake over and over again. I'll order elsewhere from now.
