BOOK咗7點, 我地早咗10分鐘到, 原本帶位要我地坐入口路邊位, 我唔肯, 明明大把好位, 又未有客, 點解要比張最差嘅枱比我?!! 最後安排咗梳化位, 仲有私人掛牆電視, 5個人可以圍埋一路打邊爐一路睇電視, 咁先係o架嘛~7:15PM 都仲未見人嘅?!! 好少可咁遲喎... 服務員突然走埋o黎問我地用咩名BOOK枱, 答完佢就人影都唔見埋, 都唔知發生緊咩事之際, 朋友就出現, 仲大發雷霆!!! 原來個帶位帶咗佢上3樓之後, 隔咗十幾分鐘, 竟然鬧佢做咩坐咗人地張枱!!! 吓?!! 十幾分鐘前你帶佢上去叫佢坐低o架喎!!! 失憶呀?!!終於人齊, 仲未有o野食... 混醬!!!招牌清湯--仲以為清湯係得2粒X樂牌雞粉開水, 原來都有D材料o架喎... 呢輪真係睇得太多廣告啦, 洗晒腦, 哈哈哈... 嫌呢個湯底太清??? 唔緊要, 仲有16款比你揀, 緊有1款啱你口味...手切鮮肥牛--D肥牛個樣都幾得, 雪花分佈唔及和牛, 但係都還可以啦... 肉嘅色澤都唔錯, 絕對新鮮... 仲一開二咁切到好似大大片咁, 好刀法!!! 食落口都唔韌喎, 都有少少牛肉味, 唔錯, 唔錯...什錦餃子盆, 手打墨魚丸--餃子皮超薄, 睇D皮似係新鮮整, 唔似街外貨, 味道都OK... 手打墨魚丸好膠呀, 都幾彈牙, 仲好新鮮, 總之就係好味啦!!!鮮付竹--OK呀...野生黑木耳--點解... 係啡色嘅??? 切得好大塊吓喎... Honey話都食落都OK...哎呀!!! 最好味嘅超甜粟米冇影相添!!! 我地仲食咗生根, 白菜仔, 手打烏冬... 飲埋幾支啤酒, 再加1 JAR酸梅湯1 JAR竹蔗水... 埋單210蚊1個人, 都唔算平, 不過食物質數都OK, 坐得都幾舒服, 再食都無妨~吖... 個厠所先經典!!! 入去見到2個鐵水桶扮洗手盤, 厠枱係用鐵皮分隔, 木門嘅鎖係古時一條木打橫"恤", 稱唔上係鎖, 好攪o野~

剛打完麻雀去消夜上了輝哥打邊爐(灣仔)一行五人開開心心上到輝哥...點知今晚得到不愉快經驗 去到我們進入了VIP房, 先問房間有無最低消費女待應表示$3000但可括免(當晚大廳沒有人), 我們就在VIP房進餐, 特別點了象拔蚌, 當象拔蚌到時服務員表示象拔蚌只得半條, 看起來這碟象拔蚌約20兩之內, 當結脹時脹單收取41兩, 經投訴後改回32兩, 唐生菜$38 又收$48 Total食了$2966 加10%景然是$601, 而九折是$178.6 計都計唔到. 跟住又話VIP房要比$3000問服務員點計,3個服務員都未能比個合理答案, 食物不是差, 但令我地覺得係有心瞞騙!

第一次慕名而來,見到有輝哥坐陣,本來心中踏實不少.但係........先來一碟本地肥牛,好有油花,平均分佈,份量不少啊 軟軟的,有牛味!再來四寶丸,試試不同的丸類.蝦丸最好食,其他三款不過不失啦!但不太特別...叫了一個餃子盆,包括雲吞,水餃,韮菜餃及牛肉餃.但係味道好鹹,$78只有八粒,但係又唔出色,令我想到物價唔係真係咁貴呀?????其他有豬腳根,生麵,魚皮,菜菜及鍋底....都係一般行貨,但始終價錢偏貴,非物有所值但係侍應服務慇懃,值得一讚噃!所以希望佢地有所進步啦...

I am not a hot pot fan but I come here once on a while for the excellent beef they have. Fei Gor claims the beef comes from his own range in Northern China. The marbling is even, although unlike Wagyu, the color of the meat is darker red. Other hot pot restaurants have the same type of beef but never as good. The Chinese top grade beef here is so seriously good that it feels like a specialty beef restaurant than anything else for me.What I do is order as plain a soup base as I can find so not to over power the beef. And I do not go for heavy dipping sauce either. This is as close as I can get to shabu shabu in a Chinese hot pot restaurant. That is how seriously good their beef is. The other items on the menu are just noise for me.Fei Gor is usually on hand when we go there. And he would always rush in a special order of the top Chinese beef for us. May be it is just his way of making a regular customer feel special and may be everybody gets the same beef. But it is certainly good enough for me. One serving is close to HK$200, and it is quite easy to manage one per person. Once I brought a sukiyaki sauce base and ordered just beef, onions, tong ho vegetables and tofu. Egg dip. Worked wonderfully. Yes, I know all about the problem of using pre-mixed sauces but they cannot do an authentic Japanese sukiyaki here. The beef is so good I overlook this and would not mind. Be sure to bring your own sake as theirs is very run of the mill.The decor is very nouvelle Beijing. Not my favorite by a long mile. Service is always good.The price? I like this beef over Wagyu. So no complaints.

輝哥火鍋手切肥牛,牛味重。。好!四寶丸,冇特別,但是牛肉丸開始發黑。 (附相片)。魚皮餃,可以。啤酒。。。。非常昂貴,HK$25.但是三秒腐皮。。。。好味道,即炸。 沙嗲湯底有噥味,清湯味精超重!!!回家再飲5杯水。。。。價錢可以,因為用料絕對是有水準的。
