I rarely go to shops that serve Yunnan rice noodles because I just don’t like them.Went here for the appetizers, which are reasonably priced.Water is provided if you ask for it.I had the tomato and chilled black fungus, which were both really good because I love the mix of sweet vinegar and Sichuan spices.It was really difficult eating with chopsticks because sliced tomatoes are really hard to pick up and the sauce kept splashing everywhere.The sauce for the appetizers are a fusion of Italian an

食譚仔一定係食三哥，仲一定要食過橋米線套餐唔知點解譚仔癮起，就求奇係附近搵左間三哥譚仔食。之前係尖東分店食過，有個叫「沙沙」既湯底，但原來只係果間限定，其他分店就無啦。過橋米線套餐，咩餸都有，最岩心大心細既人，份量狠啲多，但對我黎講岩岩好，女仔就可以兩個share.另外仲有土匪雞翼，蒜泥白肉，都好有麻辣既感覺，再叫埋杯凍檸茶就very good啦！

午飯時間三哥都幾多人，不想等太耐就唯有搭檯，差點被旁邊的大聲師奶煩死。今日食糊辣湯底魚腐米線，原本滿心期待食辣，點知湯底只有極重鹹味，但一點都不辣，太失望。魚腐淡到完全無味，似乎煮得太耐。還好尖椒皮蛋仍有一定水準，次次食都差不多味道，算是三哥的「零誤差」菜式。
