香港终于开了最近超火的云贵川bistro。这个价格和品质在香港中环寸土寸金的地方，算是超预期了。环境装修很新，空间感十足。菜品相当多，光菌类就有快十种做法。个人比较推荐：1）傣味佐料牛肉，有点小辣很入味；2）酸菜红豆火腿烩红乳牛肝菌，牛肝菌特别嫩滑，虽然照片不太上相；3）过桥米线，店员推着车过来亲自给我们煮，仪式感满满，味道比较清淡但很好吃。两人四个菜，买单人均300左右，性价比不错，比想象中少油少盐。

見到呢度最近新開張，仲要係雲南蘑菇專門店，香港非常少見，所以即刻嚟試下！我哋一行十二人叫咗好多菜式每款菜都非常出色，其中試咗幾款菇，啲菇有獨特又突出嘅香味！連雲南嘅迷幻蘑菇都有🤣重點係菜色有辣有唔辣，適合每個人嘅口味，啱曬一大班人食飯💯啲串燒都係高質，唔貴之餘又好食👍🏻最鍾意羊肉串同埋豬肉仲有特別野食🐛，不過我就冇試到喇😂條魚係拆骨上嘅，同配料一齊食有少少東南亞風味，幾有趣 後面係類似玫瑰酥餅，唔甜好好食整體全晚啲嘢食都非常高水準，同班朋友食得好開心👍🏻想試雲南菜絕對要嚟呢度！我會返轉頭同推薦朋友嚟食💯

Yunan dishes is probably one of the most healthy cuisine around, and it’s really important how fresh and good quality for the type of mushroom they use.For this restaurant, the name is literally the mushroom, so you can know how much pride they take in it.Service - Dishes were served pretty fast in general, just a couple were a little slow. Restaurant staff were very attentive and alert.Atmosphere - the tables are widely spaced out, with ample space to walk around. Noise isolation level were maintained very well too, so it was a great ambience for a date or company dinner.Food - my top few favorite were the skewers, beef jerky and of course you have to order some dishes with mushrooms (sorry I can’t remember the name). There was also a bug dish, for people who are more adventurous.Overall, very good experience and will visit again!
