Placed the order for over 20 mins .... can see the staffs are busy walking around but still no attention on the tea refill despite multiple requests. I couldn’t help but left the 25mins mark while nothing we ordered as arrived. The food is good in general and I have been there a few times in the past. Can’t really say there is any service at all but we generally accepted it for cheap eats. Honestly, customers do visit with appreciation and we do pay for the food, not your attitude. No wonder it

前排帶友人到此食飯，叫了幾個點心。坐下坐下，坐了個幾鐘。當中一個女職員（不是很大年齡，穿工人褲），經常用好凌厲的眼神，望向我們，想趕我們走。而且比說話我們聽。但佢對其他外國遊客，便十分之好禮貌。請問，大家都是客人。為什麼要歧視本地人呢？她的態度好差，她即使第一句都已經好無禮貌。她大可以好聲好氣同我們講，她的諗法。而不是一開始，便用咁既眼神同說話同客人講野。我都好耐沒遇到這些沒禮貌的職員。講真，大家客氣說話，好多問題都不成問題，可以解決。大家都會理解，會讓步。但，絕對不是好似想同人吵架咁同客人講野，她的態度真的需要改善一下。

My friend met me in this restaurant at around 5pm as my friend highly recommended this restaurant for their good food. We order food after 10mins. No doubt, some dim sum tasted good. 第一次帶外國朋友（媽媽＋3歲女女）黎食點心。未夠8點坐低，叫左兩輪野食。 食物可以，除左小籠包賣相很差。8點半左右就開始不斷想執枱，催我地離開。但小朋友進食比較慢，就不斷企係我地枱旁邊俾壓力想要我地離開。最後俾錢時我抵唔住氣投訴左叫「我知有人等位，但係無需要咁樣樣迫人離座」。臨出門口時俾男人老闆鬧。我地離開後仲要追到後門敲玻璃好似我地無俾錢！服務真係太差，差到不能接受! ！無可能接受！The worst serviced restaurant ever! The staff and boss will force you leave the table even you havent finish the food! Kick you out with rude attitude!

Everything is just salty and too much MSG!Feeling thirsty after and everything is just rushing ...Poor service as the staff is so rude and urge you to leave even you are still having tea!!Saw some Korean just left almost half table of food and leave, just imagine Not recommended for tourist

Many tourists visited the restaurant when I was there. As an old HK local, the quality of dim sum is just OK. And I were very thristy after the lunch. I think you know why. The worst is their service quality. It is just terrible. They were very rude, bad attitude. It is just look like you're begging food from them. May be they only rely on tourists who may not have time to complain. No next time.

炸奶黃包：好似食緊炸饅頭同奶黃包好流心 拎到上黎仲係熱嘅 味道還好春風得意卷：個腸粉好滑 個春卷夠脆同入味 d豉油唔會太鹹蝦餃：唔算特別大粒 但都算足料 味道普通煎蛋牛肉飯 : 牛肉好滑 煎蛋好流心 拌飯真係世界級

話說男友黎接收工佢話好想飲茶然後就去左上環呢間點心店當時8點幾 排隊人龍唔長好快就坐低左左右隔離都唔係講廣東話點心文化都幾受外國朋友歡迎我地叫左蝦餃，雪山叉燒包，蒜味魚柳盅飯，燒汁釀茄子，煎蘿蔔糕雪山叉燒包當時剛焗好就上枱新鮮出爐既溫度幫佢加左好多分唯一食剩係燒汁釀茄子芡太多，好油，上面既釀魚肉無乜口感加上茄子煮熟之後既狀態食落好似溶溶爛爛除此之外整體黎講水準拍得住酒樓什至更好如果有得揀茶葉既茶飲就更好

星期日的下午, 來聚點坊品茗的人不少, 客人比較國際化, 食物價格合理, 茗茶每位只需$3, 點心即叫即蒸, 質素有保証。簡簡單單點了基本的蝦餃燒賣和香口之選的煎蘿蔔糕和咸水角。聚點坊鮮蝦餃 $31蝦餃啖啖蝦肉, 大粒飽滿, 絕不欺場。懷舊豬潤燒賣 $30豬潤燒賣, 豬潤大片厚切, 燒賣啖啖肉。香煎蘿蔔糕 $19蘿蔔糕煎得香口, 真材實料, 蘿蔔多過糕, 一點也不粉, 沾上辣醬同吃, 加添惹味。安蝦咸水角 $19咸水角脹卜卜, 皮脆軟糯, 餡料鹹香惹味。坊間的咸水角多會黐牙, 但聚點坊的沒有這情況, 絕對是我杯茶。

聚點坊既點心唔錯，服務就麻麻😯一對遊客同我地同步入店內，店員全部去serve 遊客（帶位俾餐紙），我地就變透明😐咁我地自己是但搵張枱坐啦，佢地即時叫番我地起身坐第二張枱同另外食客搭枱😡🤬點心樣樣都熱辣辣⋯味道中上！但最唔推介係小籠包，無咩湯汁🤭

We got a seat right away as we arrived at 1130am, ordered veggie dumplings, bbq pork buns, xiao lung bao, and a Chinese soap. Every thing was really good, special the soup and buns. However we were rushed to eat and to leave…can "sort of" understand it as it's reaching lunch hour and they want people in.I'd come back at odd hours for the food so we can actually eat and enjoy it. I'd recommend the dim sum here but prepare to eat fast and get out!Price was reasonable, 4 plates came to approximate

Have heard of it for long so decided to try out this noon. However, it was a very disappointing experience. Food was ok but service was awful. They rushed us out when we were only half way through, in a very rude manner. Food wasn’t worth queuing that long, and especially with that kind of service, definitely not coming again.

本身滿心歡喜帶好耐冇返黎香港朋友食點心,  由於店舖沒有指示牌表明齊人入座 或 90 分鐘限時用餐,  由於有一位朋友還未到, 故 7:30PM我和另外一位朋友容易攞到位. 可惜坐低左15 分鐘, 有一位女子不耐煩問” 你地叫得野未?” , 好彩朋友咁岩到左, 我地就立刻叫野食!大約坐左1 小時, 叫左6籠點心, 由於我地比較飽, 故有兩籠點心都食剩一粒, 我地想慢慢消化, 但15分鐘內已經先後有兩位女士問我地要唔要, 我地便私底下講左一聲 “仲咩咁CHUR?”,唔知我地位置係咪近收銀處, 突然一位女士 ( 疑似是老闆娘- 比較後生, 有化妝, 冇戴眼鏡, 著白衫黑色工人褲 ) 行出黎同我地3個講 “ 我地呢到唔係酒樓, 唔係俾你地係到嘆, 我地呢D 小店要翻本暇!”聽完之後 , 眼見周圍有一兩枱係外國人, 她們早到過我地, 但點解老闆娘唔話佢地? 最重要係周圍有幾張吉枱, 門口又冇人排隊, 老闆娘為何唔出口問其他人? 係咪已經去到只做遊客生意? 其實我地都有付出 時間同金錢,  “小店” 唔係應該一視同仁咩? 講真, 佢地咁冇禮貌幾好食既野都冇用, 我一定會同世界各地既朋友( 包括外

贴士：本地朋友：食物前面贴红点🔴的都不好吃.🦑春风得意肠|最好吃的一道菜肠粉里面包裹着春卷. 春卷味道鲜美，肠粉皮很薄，结合起来= 好吃😆🦑雪山叉烧包| 难得香港特色点心雪山叉烧包和平常在酒楼里吃到的大不一样. 外皮是烤到酥脆的菠萝包，里面为叉烧馅. 甜中带咸，整体偏甜. 博主还在点心餐厅吃过～ 博博认为没有添好运的好吃.😗🦑蟹子烧卖皇| 普普通通的烧卖名字听起来很好吃很多馅的感觉. 上来却小小一个，味道一般，没有特别出彩. 😐🦑香煎萝卜糕| 松软香甜萝卜的味道深入，松软的同时并不会因为油多了而觉得腻. 推荐～ ☺🦑四宝滑鸡扎| 料足又香大块鸡肉和银耳和香菇包在一层薄腐皮里. 腐皮的油香，鸡肉的嫩滑，香菇的鲜味铸就了这道不能多得的美食. 这家相较其他点心餐厅😉🦑南翔小笼包| 正宗我对港式小笼包的印象彻底从这家开始改观！味道很正，馅料好吃且汤汁鲜美不烫口. 美中不足在于小笼包皮厚了一些，汤有点微咸. 不过博博喜欢皮厚的小笼包子😍
