《穆德廚房》可能係屏麗富三宝中menu 最靚仔嘅一間、餐廳入面展貼咗好多本地人同該民族嘅活動~呢間店有一款咖喱其餘兩間係冇嘅 ≈「Karahi」咁我當佢係招牌菜、梗係試啦…【 Karahi Chicken 】3.0★唔肯定係咪唔用洋蔥煮嘅一種咖喱、但用料係十足、至少有青椒。味道確係濃郁複雜、但就唔太啱自己口味、唔係唔好食、覺得似啲偏酸嘅masala curry、而且偏油。有人話似葡式就自行判斷。叫咗spicy 但唔係真係咁辣。【 Aloo Palek 】3.5★呢款唔錯、palek應該真係只用菠菜、因為都幾夠菠菜味、感覺幾fresh~有啲可惜嘅係啲薯仔非常之少 • 細、幾乎睇唔到。【 Chana Masala】2.0★一般、唔係好夠味、口感都好普通。【 Basmati 】1.5★最差算係呢款、算平$10、但冇乜飯香都唔緊要、最奇怪係有種怪怪地嘅味、未算好難食但真係麻麻、搞到以後都唔知好冇再叫白飯。【 Roti & Naan 】3.0★Roti 大塊夠熱幾好、Naan就形狀幾靚仔、味道略淡。【 Masala Tea】2.0★一般✦ 有水供應、有時可能會攞成樽新嘅凍水你👍🏻✦ 雖然以上總括一般OK、但Menu其實都有好多嘢食、我會再試更多~

I called around 5:45pm to make sure they are open on Nov 21, 2022. They are open. I walked from Silka to the restaurant, less than 8 mins down hill. I ordered food around 6pm, got food in 10 mins, and left around 6:45pm. One Samosa, $10 - good size, 92/100, spicy level: 7/10, Half order Masala Kebab $60 = 5 chicken shih kebab in breakfast hot dog size, taste: 80/100, it is 6/10 spicy, not bad, can be more juicyChicken tandoori leg ($25): 72/100, not as favorable as I like, spicy level: 2/10Chicken tikka (4 pieces - dark meat) $54, 75/100 not as favorable as I like, can be more spicy: spicy level: 3/10 2 garlic naan - $12 each, fresh, just right (not too dry and not burnt) prefer to have more garlic, but not bad, 83/100mutto karahi $80, 85/100: a little bit sweet and slightly gammy taste, which is not bad, it is so tender, almost melt in your mouth. I like the dish even I prefer if it is less sweet, bold favor, not a huge portion. With one soda, It's $277- dinner for 2.I would say not the cheapest based on the portion, but would go again for lunch (lunch menu is cheaper). Service is good. It's 80/100. they don't have fish pakora .

今天探訪葵芳屏麗徑「共融館」。這一帶小區,有不少巴基斯坦人聚居。做完工作,Honey和我見到有一間小店,我們就去試試巴基斯坦下午茶。Honey叫了Masala Tea 和 Samosa:我們喝過不同店的Masala Tea,有些藥味很重,或者荳蔻味好重。這間小店的 Masala Tea,沒有太大的藥材味,只有微微的薑味,所以,都幾易入口。Samosa是即炸起的,熱辣辣,好香脆!一點也不油膩。裏面的薯蓉,不辣,香料味也不重。兩款食品,香港人都可以接受,幾好味!而我就叫了Mango Lassi和烤油餅:Mango Lassi 非常好味!很creamy!芒果味又香又甜。似Mango Smothie,有泡泡的。烤油餅也是即叫即烤。薄薄的一片,很香脆!也有不知道是小麥,或是蕎麥?有咬口煙韌感,好香口,都好好味!這次初嘗巴基斯坦食品,原來都好好味喎!店員招呼都不錯。一次新的體驗。而且,可能是工廠區小區的關係,價錢很相宜。豐富的下午茶$47,好抵食!

今天第一次嘗試南亞美食~ 試了咖喱角和炸雜菜,還有奶茶~ 和店主聊天時得知,店主本來是巴基斯坦會的主廚,後來自己出來開餐廳,一聽這個來頭就覺得好厲害! 而且他還和我說,巴基斯坦人吃飯不會有套餐的,是為了符合香港人習慣才把餐單設計成有套餐的~ 咖喱角說實話就和我們平常吃的咖喱角沒什麼區別,香脆可口~ 炸雜菜裡面有洋蔥和薯仔,甜甜的~ 很惹味~ 最喜歡還是masala milk tea,是獨特的香料茶! 奶茶很滑,茶味和香料味恰到好處,值得推薦! 其實這裡的老闆和員工都很熱情好客,沒有怎麼吃過南亞美食的朋友可以來試一下,我覺得大家會喜歡的!

星期六下午特地跟一大班同事到穆德廚房聚餐。這裏裝修簡潔,一步進餐廳即受到店員親切招待。食物方面,食得出食材新鮮上乘,看得到店主對食材嘅執著。本人推介羊肉咖哩配原味囊餅,羊肉一點也不羶,咖哩汁香,不太辣。串燒春雞亦是必食之選,烹調方式令雞的表皮香脆,但雞肉仍保持鮮嫩多汁,而且完全不油膩。另外香芒特色酸乳更是一試難忘,芒果用上超甜的巴基斯坦芒果,又香又滑,飲完一杯好想再叫多一杯,但實在太飽,唯有留待下次再回味!未食過巴基斯坦菜的,絶對令你一試愛上。
