1.佢將一兜類似鼓油既野放左係WASABI隔離,咁我地自然將佢當做鼓油啦(唔會用條利LAM下係咩先架MA)

之後發覺D野真係太淡,問STAFF有冇SAUCE
佢先至講原來果兜野係SAUCE 咁我問咁鼓油
佢係個好HIDE既地方拎左枝鼓油出黎
即係我地之前一直用緊SAUCE + WASIBI 點 SUSHI
中哂伏!!

我問佢點解一開頭唔解釋一下係SAUCE先 , 佢調轉頭走左!!

3月頭某日, 見到呢間舖响報紙賣廣告, 勁串大X樂的紙上燒唔正宗, 所以對佢發生興趣. 電話訂位到 4 月, 仲要 8.30後, 所以訂咗 4月初, 好似真係好旺咁 到咗嗰日啦, 好期待. 8時已到, 以為要等, 點知入到裡面, 見到好多吉枱喎, 即刻有位, 可能驚咗日本幅射啦.先上3份紙上燒, 除咗牛肉, 其餘啲雞, 豬, 蝦, 味道麻麻, 只係得2片南瓜冬菇, 好孤寒呀跟住再點刺身, 呢個ok芝麻雞翼唔錯其餘嗰啲就好一般啦, 選擇好少飲品就比隻膠杯仔你, 自己出去倒, 感覺好差, 甜品絕對唔掂最差係啲waiter, 好似未受訓咁, 又聽唔到人叫落order , 成日漏單, 有一次叫嗰啲仲全部冇嚟總之覺得唔值$195, 應該冇下次

總結:不錯,但覺得串燒比紙上燒好味!應該係因為紙上燒食材無經醃製!要自己用鹽同黑椒調味而我地又唔識!服務好好, 唔會因為你係團購買而對你有特別待遇.

紙上燒,奇差無比!!!


紙上燒只是一個賣點,每人有一份食材,「係一份」,內有「南瓜一片,粟米一小舊,牛肉和豬肉每樣各四片,冬菇一件,雞件兩片」豐富到不得了,雖然話係放題,但燒烤料係不能再添!!只可以叫其他平時放題食倒的食物,
真有點被騙的感覺!!!


刺身,細片得滯,如果你是櫻桃小咀,可能會嫌大片嘅!!
又話叫一 ,即係一片,叫十六片,來了兩片,是什麼數學題?


串燒方面,雞軟骨,雞翼,燒到好乾,我懷疑自己在吃雞翼乾,炸野唔熱,那個紙上燒又可以發揮功用,將燒物炸物可放到紙上燒上烘熱!
或者這是它的功能,用來翻熱!!!!!!!


無茶招待,要喝東西嗎?給你一隻膠杯仔,麻煩自己出去自由斟!有沖淡了的巨峰提子,西檸特飲!認真不得了!

自從在一間快餐店食過紙上燒,最終經團購買了2人午餐紙上燒放題,和女朋友一齊去淺嚐!一坐下,就已經有每人一大碟紙上燒肉類和一碟刺身,然後就任點任食小食和麵食、湯之類。我留意到侍應經常會將燒碟收起另換上另一套,而火力也比快餐店食的猛!反而燒了以後要加些黑胡椒粉和鹽調味,因為本身沒醃的!反而小食方面,我倆也連續叫了多輪,因為始終OK!今次以團購每人要$98,另加每人$30小帳,都算是滿意的一餐了,始終都是想體驗日本北海道旭川的風味。

又係買beecrazy coupon離晒普,話係放題,間野得一半枱有人坐,但點完啲野等成十幾分鐘先到,黎果啲野食份量十分鐘就燒完,次次都呆等到張紙燒到差不多著火都未有野食,枱枱都响度追,個waiter次次都問返你叫左咩,唔捨得俾人食就唔好做放題啦 真係激死人肯定唔會再幫襯以後都唔會再黎囉

最值得一提GEI係D野食唔差WOR, 三文魚刺身好厚, 個芝麻雞翼好好味TIM!!!!!
仲有個烏冬都好味, 只係淡左少少。 有個牛油果GEI沙律都唔錯, 我食左好多~ 最後仲有ICE-CREAM 同雪糕LAW米滋,YUMMY~~
其實呢間都幾好GA, 只係灣仔對我黎講遠左少少LA....有機會GEI會去再食多次

I finally can try the神串一5th Anniversary buffet! I went to the Kowloon shop before, it was good and trigger me to try out their limited 日本放題 in Wan Chai! Wow The foods were incredible! Even a simple udon, you can tell the cook make it with heart! All foods were 即叫即做, we did not wait for long time and the taste and service was much even better than most of the restauarants in town! With this kind of prcing included 纸上燒, 一定是無敵, 希望可以一路有得食! 無须多講,自已去試吧! 但booking 已輪到3月打後!

Salmon sushi -This was average but the rice was way too big.

Kimchi dumpling -I loved this. when this arrived, it was very hot and tasted good. nice and crispy on outside. And it was spicy on outside, but i guess they bought it.

Smoked duck breast - I found this rather weird. Thin slice of duck breast with stuffing. It was cold. I did not like it.

Beef Tartar - This was served with musturd, very nice.

Cherry tomatoes & Bacon skewer: This was the bacon wrapping around the cherry tomato. It smelt really nice but once you bite into it, the tomatoe burst and the taste is too strong you cannot taste the bacon.

Beef skewer- this was very juicy and I liked the sauce. But the meat was a bit tough.

japanese cold noodles: This was surprisingly good. With crab meat and shredded cucumber on top of the noodles. The noodles sauce was already mixed in with sesame oil. Very tasty!

Eel fried rice: This was quite badly made. i hardly saw any eel in it. Not enoughs sauce. but the rice itself was good. I liked the japanese rice.

Tofu: this tofu was really hard and dried. didnt like it

the salad: The salad cant be that bad as it was buffet style salad. The vegetable was still fresh. with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and sweetcorn. there were few sauces to choose from. salad cream, mayonnaise and some japanese sauce.

Octopus Ball- This was made very nicely. two on a skewer and they ere nice and hot. With some sauce on top of it. taste better than the ones outside.

Pork neck skewer: This was really good. Very well marinade.

Poached egg: this looked perfectly made, and it was. But it was tasteless!!!

PAPER GRILL PLATTER

Wagyu Beef- This was brilliantly good. I culdnt taste it was wagyu but could taste it wasnt any cheap beef. Maybe we cooked it too long, the meat wasnt juicy and bit tough. but with the sauce, it was surely good

pork: This pork was good, wasnt like those thick tough pork, this was thinly with some fat pork. it was so good.

Chicken: It was average. not that good. But with the sauce, it was okay.

Veg: Pumpkin and mushroom: Nothing special. tasted the same.

Dessert- tiramisu - They gave us a really small portion of tiramisu which wasnt even good. Could not taste the alcohol in it, the cream wasnt good and hard.

ToFu ice cream- tasted really like tofu and have this after taste of tofu and soy milk. Was okay but green tea would have been beta.

Conclusion: RThe reason I came because I have bought coupons, $139 for $388. Seemed like a great deal esp for a buffet. i was outside and already smeing the food. was smelling great. But once I walked in i was not greeted. i stood there for ages to wait to be served. And still, waitresses and waiters was just staring. until the manager (I guessed so as he was dressed in suit unlike the others) greeted me. i told him i have made reservation, and he seemed to have said yes then asked again. Then we followed him and he couldnt decide where to seat us. impression eh gave me was rude and did not know what he was doing. After we were seated, he did not explain to us about where to get food, how to order, drinks or ANYTHING. After I asked one of the waitress, she also had no idea what she was talking about and shrugged us off. Then the manager finally came back, gave us two menu and vaguely said the salad buffet is outside, others needed to be ordered. Then I asked another waitress if ALL food can be re-ordered, again, she had no idea nad told us ask the manager again. I was furious by then.

how could they possibly have no idea what they were doing r serving. i was really confused and it just needed simple explanations.

Anyhow we found out ourselves where the drinks are. When we bought the coupons, it staed there are drinks available like - coca-cola, coke light, sprite, orange squash, lime soda, lemon lime etc But when we were there, here were only 3 drinks to choose from, cheap orange squash, fresh lime soda, lemon lime. WHERE WAS THE COKE AND SPRITE? Was it too expensive so there werent any? Then at dessert, it stated there are ice cream mochi and green tea ice cream. but the waiter said nomore ice cream mochi., and green tea ice cream has been replaced to Tofu ice cream. i wonder why? So anything that was nice is not available.

the original price of the buffet was $388 each. For quality like this, i will not pay. I guess it was because of the paper grill so it was so expensive. I was excited to see what so special about the paper grill, but it was just a piece of paper that absorbs the oil The food at paer grill was good and fresh but i dont think it was all that. Not for $388. I mean there werent many drinks but those sugary soda that taste like syrup water. Other food was just average and not even properly made. Service was real bad. Only good thingw a sthey were very hardworking in claning up the finished food plates off your table, so hardworking that some of my food werent finished, theyw ould take it away.

But i must say i liked the restaurant. I like the seatings. Very spacious and not squashed. And had your own privacy. But that is it. at teh end we even had to pay $78 for the service charge. For $138, it was good experience but will not be returning. Not for $388.

基本上所有食物都幾好食...
不過份量唔多, 食完都唔多飽...
之後當然就係咁叫佢 d 任食牛肉同三文魚lar...
前後叫左成 5 碟牛肉 + 3 碟三文魚...


值得一提係 d 服務員好好禮貌 & 服侍...
一見你飲茶就已經準備幫你加茶...
見你無食物會問你需唔需要加...

唯一覺得比較唔好係 d 爐火力好勁...
d 牛肉一落落去已經差唔多食得...
咁個鍋又話最好唔好乾燒...
結果就係要同一時間好快食同燒...無咩時間去傾計...

總括而言, 食物同服務質素都幾好...
不過唔知點解, 到最後走 ge 時候都係得 3 枱客到...

見舖位空置6-8年後終有人承租開店, 好奇心驅使下同女友2 人前往試菜. 二人大食, 叫了美國牛柳, 豚肉, 官崎雞作紙上燒食材. 盬燒牛脷, 燒鵝肝雞翼(限量供應), 天婦羅烏冬加凍啤及雪碧.....店方不用吩咐, 上菜次序分明, 先上飲品, 預凍的啤酒杯, 好!...... 跟著到牛脷和雞翼, 後者精彩為是晚之最, 送酒一流.....之後到紙上燒, 原理同紙火煱差不多, 張紙好重要, 隔一隔防火力過猛, 但店方的電爐火力不能調控, 只有開關, 玩一兩轉後張紙開始燶嫌火力過大, 一邊食一邊又忙着弄, 很繁忙, 中途惟有關爐換紙, 食完再玩......三款紙上燒食物以牛柳最好, 有牛味又嫩, 宮崎雞(用胸肉)則較嚡口兼有雪味, 豚肉普通......最後上烏冬, 天婦羅都算香脆, 但不知是否用油方面抑或沒有換油關係, 有少許怪味.....可能少客, 服務方面很好很貼身, 整體食物印象雖然未算非常出色, 但有些亦見心思. 惟現今租金昂貴生意難做, 附近Chez Patrick及高島鐵板燒已先後結業, 相信要加倍努力才有望突圍, 給食客多一個不可替代的選擇

今日LUNCH 去左公司樓下間日本菜新場試試. 地方算大, 坐得都算闊落. 但應該係我WALK IN既問題, 被安排去左BAR 檯果面坐. 地方算大, 坐得都算闊落. 但BAR 檯果面的整體裝修不覺得是一間日本餐廳. 感覺還可以吧~午餐定價比我預料中偏高. 但一場黎到, 便試試那個刺身定食...整份餐份量足夠, 有一小碟前菜, 沙律, 湯, 蒸蛋, 一盅飯及一盆刺身. 沙律: 中規中舉啦~前菜: 份量唔算多, 但幾野味~湯: 不錯~蒸蛋: 夠滑, 夠味~一盅飯: OK, 但好像不是珍珠米~刺身: 新鮮~~! 但有兩片白肉魚生有點根~
