自從浜結業後, K11 只餘渥這間日本餐廳, 午市,晚市也來過幾次, 論質素食物真係唔錯, 服務也很周到, 人手很足. 環境舒適, 可以坐鐵板BAR 枱, 或者卡位. 爐端燒方面食過: 剌身- 用料新鮮海虎蝦 - ok雞翼 - 無咩肉牛肉串燒 - 比較'un'雞軟骨 - 香口 至於鐵板燒就點過以下菜式:中蝦 - 好鮮味燒銀雪魚 - ok燒帶子 - 好鮮味日式炒雜菜 - 一般海膽炒飯 - 幾好食但總括而言: 1) 午市套餐質素唔錯, 值回票價 2) 於晚市, 以鐵板燒較優. 用料新鮮, 還可以睇住師傅表演鐵板燒!

2) 於晚市, 以鐵板燒較優. 用料新鮮, 還可以睇住師傅表演鐵板燒!

2個人, 叫左一個$388set 同散叫幾樣野散叫吞拿 sashimi($49), 冇味。。。set salad 幾新鮮, 個沙律dressing 好開胃; 鰻魚壽司($39),得個2舊細細粒。。。。 set 燒大蝦, 又"林"又香, 味道唔錯, 不過太細隻set 鵝肝,好juicy, 軟綿綿 :)主菜: 美國牛柳粒,有8粒 8成熟, 仲有少少肉汁流出黎, 好香口; 燒野菜: 一大堆, 平野就比咁多。。。。炒飯, 幾正, 夠dry, 一粒粒好分明, 個飯炒起好香; 散叫金姑肥牛卷 ($49): 燒汁調得好好味,又唔太salty 個肥牛卷好飽滿最離譜係個雪糕甜品, 肯定唔係日式雪糕, 係幾蚊杯個種。。。!!!埋單2個人$600幾, 唔知食左d乜落肚

復活節假期想吃一餐好的, 沒有訂位又沒有特別的想吃, 行到K11, 看到這一間店好像坐得好舒服, 又好耐沒吃過日本菜, 所以就入去了.我和老公看了menu好耐, 最後決定吃2人餐鐵板燒. 味味都好好吃, 加上廚師在我們面前煮, 好像表現一樣, 都加了好多分. 食物是新鮮的, 服務都是一流.

未睇過呢間嘅食評,印象中呢間係貴價食店,今日意外地看見其lunch menu,價錢相當經濟,ニ個人點了二個鉄板A餐,由於幾經濟關係,再加多個刺身set,大食一頓.整體來說份量足夠,味道ok,服務甚佳.整個尖沙咀區嘅鉄板燒都要加倍努力先得啦

I was initially worried about not getting a table at AKU because I didn't call to make a booking. Amazingly, the place was practically empty when we got there for dinner. It made me wonder (and just a little bit worried) that the place might not be good because it wasn't being patronized. I was wrong. It made me wonder (and just a little bit worried) that the place might not be good because it wasn't being patronized. I was wrong. This place is amazing!

We had two staff waiting on no one else but us. We didn't have to call for service, they came automatically the second they see you turning your head around. The staff were also very proactive in suggesting what food to take and what sake to order, whether this drink would go well with that food, etc. For the wonderful service alone, this place gets 10-star points from me.

We started dinner with the salmon sashimi.

It was thick cut, very fresh and had absolutely no slimy or fishy after taste. Good stuff.

Then they brought in the bottle of sake which they soaked in a semi-tub of hot water to heat it up. Then a server came with a tray of sake cups of all shapes and sizes. We all got to pick which sake cup we want to use. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the sake to heat up before they poured us some. Again, 10-star points from me for a different sake-drinking experience.

Then came the mango sushi which was drizzled in some sort of creamy goo with three little blobs of caviar on top.

It had chicken wings, mushrooms, grilled eggplant, asparagus wrapped in beef, cod fish, and grilled pork cubes. Absolutely delicious!

While all these was happening, the chef has been frying garlic chips in preparation for the rest of our dinner. After the garlic chips were done, they were set aside and he made us steamed eggs with foie gras and a dollop of black caviar.

It was deliciously good! I don't know what kind of egg it was but there was no yolk. There was just egg white, and in the middle of it, a chunk of foie gras (which, you can opt not to have if you don't fancy the stuff - the chef will ask if you want it or not). And the dollop of caviar was what gave it the semi-salty taste. Mmmmm yummy!

Then we had the fish.

I liked how the chef would divide whatever it was that was being cooked into equal shares for all of us. We got heaping servings of garlic chips every so often. I loved that the chips stayed crispy throughout dinner.

We also had some steak and mushrooms.

I was constantly taking pictures throughout dinner and just before the steak was cooked, the chef gently informed me to get my camera ready. Wooohooo! I loved it! Another 10-star points from me for making me go "woah!".

And lastly, we had the fried rice with beef and bacon.

By this time, we were almost full and we had some difficulty finishing the rice. All that meat sure took up a lot of space in our stomachs! But the fried rice was so yummy (we were mixing in the crunchy garlic chips with it) that we just had to finish it all up.

For an awesome dining experience and staff that are more than happy to serve, AKU is the place to be.

公司一行廿幾三十人出去食飯,就揀左近近地係K11既渥,由於我地一早BOOK左位,唔洗等.....我揀左鐵板燒A餐(蝦,三文魚,牛柳),另外有沙律,湯,汽水,炒菜同飯或面,呢度既海鮮都OK,食得出尚算係新鮮,蝦每人有三隻,咬落去好爽!平時我唔食熟既三文魚,但見佢燒得幾靚,咪試下囉,點知一試就覺得幾好味,一D都唔腥,個面有D脆脆地咁,都OK,另外個牛就值得一讚,我諗佢應該係7成熟度,一咬就覺得好軟熟,好有牛味,正!之後就到炒野菜同炒飯,呢2樣就只係普普通通,總括黎講,$128係尖沙咀黎講食到咁多野,都算係咁啦,又食到好飽,只係我覺得所有食物都落好多油,我地問過D大廚,佢話一定要落咁多油先好味喎......同埋我地成個LUNCH用左一個半鐘,如果得一個鐘LUNCH TIME睇黎就唔係好夠時間啦!!

我地問過D大廚,佢話一定要落咁多油先好味喎......

同埋我地成個LUNCH用左一個半鐘,
如果得一個鐘LUNCH TIME睇黎就唔係好夠時間啦!!

Ambiance ~
Aku at K11 is much bigger than the one at TST centre, nice-deco, spacious and huge-glasses allow natural light up the restaurant..

Food ~ Teppanyakki set A or set B - both are so affordable and good foods!

Set A - Miso soup, salad bar, beef, salmon, mixed veggie, fried rice
Salad bar (sweet corn, iceberg lettuce, kidney beans, cucumber, tomatoes, pineapple) - all you can eat - as a appertizer it's nice, must pick Japanese soy sauce to mix with salad
Teppanyakki Beef
Nice! Tendered, no need extra sauce or extra seasoning on it and it's tasty with deep fried garlic slices.. Must eat item

Teppanyakki Salmon
I tried same teppanyakki salmon at TST centre previously and compared with salmon at K11, seems TST centre offered better salmon .. this time salmon seems been overcooked a bit, a bit dry not juicy, but still acceptable.. another different is the chef at K11 teppanyakkied the salmon skin as a OMEGA shape, oooh.. first time to eat crisy salmon skin like potato chip!

Oh so nice ambiance and yummy teppanyakki foods ~ worth to come again for lunch

We ordered a 4 person set and a few other dishes. The sashime was fresh. The teriyaki is average, too dry. Portion is quite big.When the bill came, we found out they charged all 6 of us each HKD 15 for the very small seaweed appertizier they provided (which we did not order) For a big Japanese Resturant like this, this looked bad. We also found out HSBC credit card discount is applicable for a la carte menu only, not for set menu.The restaurant is less than half full.

餐廳無生意,老細攞嚟招呼朋友,人來人往,像茶餐廳。
日本牛肉品質低劣,物非所值。
食物訂價偏貴,但品質偏低。
銀杏乃本地貨,有苦味。
整體來說,是三流食肆,一流收費。

This is the second time I visited this restaurant.
Last time, I ordered one of the Tepanyaki Set with US beef and lobster etc.
The quality of the US beef was very much unsatisfactory. I don't want to label a restaurant bad without trying out repeatedly.
So, I went there a second time, on 18/7/2010. Like the last time, the restaurant had no customer, except the friends of the boss.
This time, the number of "friends" amounted to more than twenty!
The environment was so noisy, with kids running around, shouting, chasing.
I ordered the most expensive Japanese beef this time. The quality was disappointing with respect to the price. The chef was not skillful nor experienced. The seasoning was either too much or unbalanced.
I stayed in the restaurant for about only half an hour and left, mainly because of the noisy environment.
I can't finish the food.

每一個鐵板餐都會付送前菜, 味噌湯, 沙律同飲品, 後兩者係自助形式~ 另外除主菜肉食外仲可以揀要炒麵/炒飯同埋炒野菜.
沙律有齊生果蔬菜如菠蘿, 粟米, 車厘茄, 青瓜, 生菜咁自由配搭, 仲有奇妙醬千島醬同醋汁比你揀! D菜全部都好新鮮~ 啱晒呀菲~ 食肉前先食D新鮮蔬菜開下胃!
前菜係用醋醃製嘅三文魚粒同洋蔥絲, 少少酸好開胃, 三文魚都肥美~ 味噌湯裏面有D米粉咁, 味道偏淡, 不過D米粉好彈牙, 好食~

海中蝦好彈牙, 一咬真係有”卜”一聲, 味道調教得剛好, 點沙律醬食一流!
三文魚十分推介!!! 見廚師煎嘅時候都唔駛落油, d魚油標晒出黎, 魚皮嗰邊十分肥美, 少少肉連皮食好香口~ 魚扒嗰邊點沙律醬或者芝麻醬, 都好帶出三文魚嘅鮮味~
牛柳大慨7成熟, 好似熟咗d, 都叫鬆軟, 係有少少筋, 肉味夠, 反而蒜味唔濃, 點甜醬油會比較好食~
牛肉炒麵個麵有d韌, 牛肉絲都比較鞋口, 麻麻地~
炒野菜主要都係芽菜, 仲有d椰菜, 蘿蔔咁, 食咗咁多肉, 食番d菜吸下d油都好~

C餐明顯係食貴野! 雖然真係有點貴, 不過第一次食鐵板都冇計~ 貴就貴在隻鮑魚同安格斯啦~
大海虎蝦感覺其實同海中蝦差無幾, 但係好大隻, 好彈牙, 最正係師傅仲燒埋個蝦頭比我地! 超級多膏, 仲煎到好脆,連殼都食埋~
活鮑魚仔亦係特別推介!!! 隻鮑魚仔落到鐵板都仲曉郁架!!! 廚師起殼嘅手勢真係出神入化, 兩三下就起咗成隻鮑魚仔出黎, 食落十分新鮮, 仲彈牙過大海虎蝦! 為求食到佢嘅原汁原味, 建議唔好點濃汁, 少少海鹽吊下味已經好足夠~
安格斯牛柳唔可以話好靚, 但係都有入口即溶嘅感覺~ 質地當然比普通牛柳靚, 但係都係熟咗d… 點芝麻醬, 甜醬油都好食~
牛肉炒飯比炒麵好多! 又見到廚師好熟練咁炒飯, 牛肉其實係肉碎, 不過都好好食!
食飽飽可以去自助區自斟飲品, 有奶茶咖啡檸茶檸水, 飲檸茶檸水好d, 唔駛自己調味落奶~

雖然師傅成程飯都coolcool地, 又好專心煮野食, 不過其實佢都會同客人傾下計~ 佢仲提議我地~ 最好都係lunch黎食最抵, 因為其實食物質素都爭唔幾! 呢餐飯~ 又好睇又好味~ 食得又開心! 有機會會encore!!

To pre-celebrate Valentine's Day, honey and I went to Aky for our beloved teppanyaki which is newly opened in K11!Venue: nice, spacious, we chose to sit in a booth coz we didn't want to sit at the bar facing the chef...haha, but the environment was cozy.Service: good, the servers were all nice and polite. Venue: nice, spacious, we chose to sit in a booth coz we didn't want to sit at the bar facing the chef...haha, but the environment was cozy.

Service: good, the servers were all nice and polite. But since that night not many customers, so some chefs at the sashimi bar kept chatting loudly, that seemed not so professional.

Food - we had ordered two teppanyaki sets + one goose liver
(a) The garlic appetizer was so delicious!
(b) Salad - ok!
(1) Abalone - nice and soft.
(2) Giant Scallop - yummy
(3) Tiger Prawns - very fresh and the prawn heads were full of roes, very nice!
(4) Goose liver - sooo tasty, crispy on the outside but very oily and fat inside.
(5) Angus Beef - delicious
(6) Cod Fish - veryy yummy!
(7) Urin fried rice and Beef noodles - good
(8) Dessert - not bad!

Generally speaking, it was a very wonderful dinner! Actually we firstly ordered a crab set, but when the server told us we had to pay extra for a larger crab (the onl yone left), we changed our menu coz both of us were not so keen in crabs indeed. Prices were very reasonable too!

想吃鐵板燒總離不開港島區最有名的那三間店…新商場開了新的鐵板燒店…而且有價錢相宜的午市套餐…當然要來試試看…週末的下午…人不算很多…所以其實也不用訂位…鐵板餐有A, B, C三款…選了一個吃牛的…另外選一個吃海鮮的….價錢比平常的便宜少許…這裡有自助沙律吧和咖啡茶…有粟米, 青瓜, 車厘茄, 薯仔, 菠蘿…大概五六款配料…應該是任飲任食的….這個部份其實是闢了半個壽司吧檯來擺放…所以給人的感覺沒另外那三家高檔次…可能是新開張的關係…侍應還不是很熟手…當鐵板廚師送上第一道蝦的時候…鐵板汁還沒有…而且又忘了替我們帶上圍巾…但後來的客人一坐下就已經奉上醬汁和圍上圍巾了…這也沒什麼關係…反正我們都不太講究…蝦很爽口…而且份量不少的…三文魚扒煎成半生熟…所以不會過份鞋口…另外魷魚都算不俗…鐵板燒我還是喜歡吃薄燒…不過沒有得選…幸好這裡的蒜片牛肉粒還不錯…點了一個炒麵和一個炒飯…另外還有炒雜菜….普普通通…沒有什麼特出之處…不過那個炒麵是油了點…雖然食物不算是很出色...不過以這個價錢又想吃鐵板橈來說...我覺得這裡還是值得推介的...

朋友生日,一班人係唔知價o既情況下走入去食晚飯。叫左鵝乾蛋、壽司拼盤、燒西冷、燒魚扒、燒大蝦、燒牛柳、燒豬、鯛魚燒有個廚師哥哥企響面前煎畀我地食,待應服務同態度都唔錯。個人覺得蛋、壽司、牛柳、魚扒同蝦都幾好味西冷食落好一般,豬柳更加可以唔使叫,又硬又乾又冇味鯛魚燒得幾香,不過鹽落得唔平均,邊鹹邊唔鹹,一個個位好食,同埋魚燒左其實d肉唔好食。 二百八蚊一條唔係好值。最平o既set都要大約每位三百大圓其實就照食物味道黎講,唔價呢呢個價錢。感覺係全晚o個四、五檯人客被逼用包場o既價錢黎食飯
