星星熱已經過去了吧! 身邊也鮮有朋友要去排隊吃炸雞了。不過得知早前大熱的李家炸雞終於在銅鑼灣開了分店,而且新張不久還設有訂位服務,也就樂滋滋地去試上一試。同行的除了T, 還有一位最近達成了夢想的朋友S。看到朋友S, 真的很為他快樂! 至少証明他以往所有的努力都有回報了。雖然說現在才是考驗的開始,但相信他可以帥氣地完成訓練畢業的!不訂位就吃不了! 不少walk in 客都失望而回啊好啦說回李家,我們訂了 7:00pm 的三人枱,原來有1.5小時的限時用餐時間。不巧朋友塞車遲到,所以整頓飯都有點趕頭趕命。以有限用餐時間的標準來說,上菜挺慢的,每道菜大概要15-20分鐘,不過既然係現做而且熱辣辣的,也不能不滿吧。芝士雞蛋卷 HK$120看到不少食友都有分享這雞蛋卷,雖然價格真的很貴還想一試。不過就大失所望! 是芝士不對勁吧,質地又厚又硬,即使加熱了也沒有軟叭叭似是要化掉的夢幻口感。芝士份量也太多了,很膩啊。煎一條如此大的蛋卷要用多少顆雞蛋? 今次真的膽固醇大超標了。蔥炸雞 HK$180主菜自然少不了炸雞,就揀了看上去濃烈的蔥香炸雞。另外還有原味、甜辣、豉油、燒烤雞可供選擇。賣相非常驚人,一大

不訂位就吃不了! 不少walk in 客都失望而回啊

好啦說回李家,我們訂了 7:00pm 的三人枱,原來有1.5小時的限時用餐時間。不巧朋友塞車遲到,所以整頓飯都有點趕頭趕命。以有限用餐時間的標準來說,上菜挺慢的,每道菜大概要15-20分鐘,不過既然係現做而且熱辣辣的,也不能不滿吧。

看到不少食友都有分享這雞蛋卷,雖然價格真的很貴還想一試。不過就大失所望! 是芝士不對勁吧,質地又厚又硬,即使加熱了也沒有軟叭叭似是要化掉的夢幻口感。芝士份量也太多了,很膩啊。煎一條如此大的蛋卷要用多少顆雞蛋? 今次真的膽固醇大超標了。

主菜自然少不了炸雞,就揀了看上去濃烈的蔥香炸雞。另外還有原味、甜辣、豉油、燒烤雞可供選擇。賣相非常驚人,一大盤雞再放上大堆蔥絲,就像一個小山! 炸雞表面並沒有太多醬汁,不會浪費炸得香脆的雞皮。雞肉不算滑溜,雞肉味道也淡淡的,肉汁也幾乎沒有。大概醃製時加入了不少味粉,而且蔥香極濃,吃幾口就覺得口乾得不得了。事後蔥味更在口中纏繞久久不散…

芝士辣海鮮炒年糕 HK$150
從下單開始等了半小時才上場的年糕,味道非常非常的辣! 嗜辣的朋友大概會喜歡,但我們三人卻吃得辛苦。另外,炒年糕面上舖了大量芝士,不過因為此芝士非常硬身(和雞蛋卷的一樣), 根本無法好好拌入年糕之中。切開也難,不知怎地非常煙韌,只會拉長卻不會斷! 最後只好整塊芝士挑起撥一邊就算。除了海鮮年糕,里頭更有大量烏冬,我很不喜歡呢。總覺得配搭很奇怪,吃的時候也要小心被醬汁濺上。全部都用年糕,不可以嗎?

準時8:30pm 店員就遞上了帳單。不能說是愉快的一餐呢,三樣食品的質素都強差人意,令人好生失望。除了進餐其間巧遇名模mandy lieu及其朋友之外,都沒有甚麼值得回味的地方。若果大家有興趣想試,趁可以訂位就去一下好了,不值得花時間排隊啊。小妹也建議大家組一個6人或以上的團體去吃,因為食物都非常大份! 人多才可以試多一點點啦。

A long time ago, before that famous Korean drama made everyone in Hong Kong queue for hours for Korean fried chicken and beer, my friends and I liked to go to Chicken Hof and Soju in Tsim Sha Tsui. It was always quiet, with Koreans eating and drinking and the latest Kpop playing. Then, the famous Korean drama took Hong Kong by storm and we could never return due to the long wait time of at least 2 hours. Sad, we tried other Korean fried chicken places with great sadness. It was either dry or flavorless. It wasn't the same.

I saw this new opening listed on Openrice and told boyfriend. We wondered where it was and planned a visit some day.

Then, one Sunday afternoon, we planned to eat dumplings for lunch so walked in that direction and found that the place was so close to Causeway Bay! We saw it was open and went in.

Decor looked exactly the same as the one in Tsim Sha Tsui. Orange walls. Private booths. Kpop playing on tv screens. The menu is mainly food good to have with beer or soju. None of the usual Korean dishes. But that's ok as this place is for late night drinking and fried chicken!

We were given complimentary salad and pickled daikon. Salad lettuce was crunchy. Pickled daikon was tart and crunchy.

They have various chicken flavors. We ordered our favorite. Spring onion. A whole mountain of shredded spring onion was layered on a whole fried chicken. Chicken was crispy, yet moist. Was a touch spicy. Spring onions were lightly seasoned. It was drizzled with a sweet sauce. The chicken was still warm throughout the meal. The quality was exactly like their original place in Tsim Sha Tsui!

They are currently still getting their liquor licence. The waiter ashamedly apologized for that. But he said we can bring our own booze. And boyfriend trotted off to buy himself a beer.

Great that this fantastic Korean fried chicken place is so close to my home. If they do takeout, I can buy one home and a group of us can pig out! Hopefully, it won't be long queues like Tsim Sha Tsui.

第一次寫食評 一直好想試李家炸雞,上網見D人話要等好耐,咁啱係OPENRICE SEARCH到灣仔有分店,雖然未有食評,都走咗去試...可能啱啱新開,加埋我地係下晝三點幾去,間鋪得一枱人,唔洗等直入,叫左甜辣炸雞同埋芝士雞扒辣炒年糕,本身想試埋紅醋,但店員話仲未拎到酒牌,所以得汽水同果汁飲(但紅醋有酒精成份嗎?)先黎開胃前菜,得兩碟同其他韓國餐廳比算少,不過今次志在食炸雞唔緊要啦等左好耐...終於到主角上場! 呢度炸雞價錢同其他地方差唔多,但個份量大得驚人,大家唔洗爭可以不停食好爽。炸雞外皮好脆,入面唔算多肉汁但又唔係好乾,算係咁,鍾意佢個甜辣醬,越食越惹味呀~跟住就到芝士雞扒辣炒年糕...唔記得有炸雞食所以又叫左雞,冇記錯仲有款年糕係配海鮮既,不過年糕裡面既雞同炸雞唔同既! 芝士好厚,但又唔係好濃嗰隻,剛剛好食完唔會覺得好漏,而且夠晒黎送年糕同雞肉,芝士迷會鍾意只係叫左兩碟野,但我地三個女仔都食到好飽,同行既有人之前食過,話同樣份量佢試過四個人食都夠飽,都幾抵食

等左好耐...終於到主角上場! 呢度炸雞價錢同其他地方差唔多,但個份量大得驚人,大家唔洗爭可以不停食好爽。炸雞外皮好脆,入面唔算多肉汁但又唔係好乾,算係咁,鍾意佢個甜辣醬,越食越惹味呀~

跟住就到芝士雞扒辣炒年糕...唔記得有炸雞食所以又叫左雞,冇記錯仲有款年糕係配海鮮既,不過年糕裡面既雞同炸雞唔同既! 芝士好厚,但又唔係好濃嗰隻,剛剛好食完唔會覺得好漏,而且夠晒黎送年糕同雞肉,芝士迷會鍾意

只係叫左兩碟野,但我地三個女仔都食到好飽,同行既有人之前食過,話同樣份量佢試過四個人食都夠飽,都幾抵食
題外話/補充資料: 朋友大意漏左電話係餐廳,店員(定老闆?)拎住部電話跑出黎追番我地,好好人呀~

一早就知李家係灣仔開左分店,今個星期終於有時間試下!灣仔分店個設計同尖沙咀一樣,不過就大好多。所以都唔使點等就有位!今次試左幾樣,蔥雞,海鮮餅同bbq雞!蔥雞都係咁好食!唔會炸到乾曬,夾埋一齊食,正!海鮮餅煎得夠乾又多料真係好有係韓國食既感覺hahahaha.bbq 雞就辣辣地咁,個味幾得意,仲有d年糕都好好味呀!呢度好多韓國人,好似真係去左韓國咁。哈哈!老細仲請我地食芝士粟米!正呀!老細係韓國人,但係又會講下少少廣東話!要讚一讚,店員都好好服務!
