生日飯朋友話黎呢度慶祝,見到個地點已經好期待,因為係銅鑼灣高層大廈,相當高級。呢啲專食fusion 中菜,叫左$388 set menu。菜式每人一碟咁上,優雅又衛生。第一款係陳年花雕醉雞卷大家估唔估到長條形既炸物係咩伴菜,一開始我諗住係豆腐,食落先知係茄子,而味道係超級好味,外層勁香脆,同埋落左類似7味粉調味,入面就好鮮甜嫩滑,真係好有驚無喜既味道,醉雞雞肉爽滑,同埋食到淡淡既酒香。第二款係南瓜蟹肉蛋白羹,食落好似中式糖水咁好味。同埋口感豐富,有絲絲嘅蟹肉、幼滑既南瓜同滑嫩既蛋白。第三款係拔絲紫水晶咕嚕肉我最驚咕嚕肉外皮好淋,但呢款保持左個香脆!第四款係鮑魚炒飯估唔到炒飯可以配鮑魚咁高級嘅配搭最後係燉香梨甜品…查看更多
Only the 2 of us, so decided to go for the set. There were 3 sets to choose from, and we went for the most expensive $8xx one, which included some signature items on the menu. The restaurant doubles as a bar (with those beer pong tables) after 10pm, and it showed. There were fingerprints on the windows, wires taped to the floor going to different speakers, sticky stains on the floors, and bits of white specks on my chair. Also, the wine list would be the list you find in bars, not nice stuff you find in nice restaurants. (I had a headache after having a glass of their red wine .)
