這次帶同兩位朋友到日月樓吃京菜,吃了海蜇皮,芝麻蝦,涼拌鴨掌西芹,烤鴨,賽螃蟹,三鮮餃子,蔥油餅,還有驢打滾。我們很滿意這裡的食物質素。食材新鮮,烹調到位,沒有半點偷工減料或大集團的工業味道。芝麻蝦和蔥油餅炸的香脆,上桌還熱騰騰的。涼拌爽脆可口,而且量不少。餃子新鮮,包的飽滿且好看。賽螃蟹滑嫩。烤鴨的皮很酥,而且油脂有香味。很高興能夠回味20年前的味道。原本以為這種老味道注定絕跡,希望它能夠延續下去!
