不知是機場這間特別貴,還是其他連鎖分店都一樣貴,埋單連加一要132蚊!只叫了個48蚊龍蝦湯和72蚊茄汁蜆肉意粉!龍蝦湯--都好味,鮮甜有龍蝦味,但很細碗和很小配料,不抵喝!!茄汁蜆肉意粉--茄汁過酸過濃,蜆肉無味,意粉保持水準!!這麼貴,留番下次去品質一樣的--意粉360食early 午餐算了,40蚊有找連餐飲!! 繼續閱讀

我地已經唔係第一次嚟呢間意粉屋,佢地中午嘅午餐一向都係比市區嘅嚟得貴,不過冇辦法,始終係機場嘛......睇見佢地今日呢幾個set冇咩啱食,唯有睇返a la carte啦,喺佢嘅九大熱賣個版竟然再一次見到my favorite - Spaghetti Carbonara 拿波里、火腿芝士汁意大利粉,即刻決定試吓呢度嘅有咩分別先評分:可以一食,整體其他食品同服務,一向比我嘅印象都唔係咁好,只係呢度意粉又真係令我另眼相看,同其他地方嘅用料都係冇咩分別,都係用上意大利巴馬臣芝士Parmesan Cheese、火腿及洋蔥 > 意粉夠彈性,唔會太腍,個sauce亦都足料,夠杰,好夠味,好creamy,最緊要係佢比其他一般嘅地方出色在於佢有將佢焗過,表面有少少焦面,令到個粉更香,值得加分.....yummy,大家有時間都係試吓啦,比機場內其他有人serve嘅餐廳平。 繼續閱讀

Tonight we come to the airport to send my sis on her way back to NZwe have our din din together, she doesn't feel too well so she didn't eat much. The enviornment is nice here, not too crowded, this is our family gather place whenever we are in the airport.We ordered a set dinner n a few extra stuff~ Soup - it's not creamy tomato, but strong favor of it with veggies. Not too bad, but i don't miss itExtra order on garlic bread - this is crispy n very tasty, we make an extra order even when there's a few comes with the soup ~Salmon Curry rissot - the rice is quite soft, not too soggie. The curry is quite strong just personally i do not like curry that much. The salmon is also ok, a bit rough after cooked.Baked pork chop rice - egg in the rice, very yummy. the rice is a big too soft, but still over all it's ok. Pork chop is very tender and a bit salty. salmon fruit salad - this is excellent, my favorite!!! i love the raw smoke salmoon on the top, then the fruit are really fresh with nice dressing. I always have this dish when i go to spaghetti house Milk tea - alright, not the best, but it's not that bad. 繼續閱讀

在機場返工, 今日去意粉屋吃下午茶, 當是吃個 early dinner. 論價錢, 當然叫酥皮湯set較抵, 於是點了周打蜆肉酥皮湯配焗芝士肉醬意粉.酥皮湯都等左一陣才來, 都好熱. 湯內有幾粒蜆肉, 幾塊薯仔, 紅椒粒. 湯勝在不是太"結", 但那片酥皮就唔係做得好好. 外表薄薄的那層其實已經有焦燶, 但叉開酥皮一看, 裡面的酥皮唔係一層一層的, 而仍是好濕好軟的, 好似生的粉團一樣.我唔係好欣賞, 反而有時大家樂仲做得好過佢呢, 起碼整個都夠脆!之後, 又隔左好耐先來意粉. 雖然有少少烟, 但第一口吃的時候又唔係真係好熱. 肉醬都夠濃味, 再配合芝士, 味道是ok的. 但我覺得那些牛肉碎就太乾太鞋, 或者係唔係因為焗過的關係呢? 同樣, 我覺得大家樂的煎旦免治肉醬飯的免治肉醬都好吃過佢.不過, 又係那句, 這個$52set set勝左夠抵, 而單叫湯$39, 意粉$66, 都要$105了!而且機場員工仲有折啊! 繼續閱讀

第二次黎東涌,人生路不熟,都唔知食咩好,結果去左意粉屋。點左煙三文魚Pizza同小食拼盤。小食拼盤有雞翼啦、炸洋蔥圈啦、炸薯角啦、豬肉腸啦,仲有春卷。全部都一般水準啦,不過不失咁,不過我一向都唔係咁鍾意豬肉腸既食味;煙三文魚Pizza要左薄既,批底香脆,反而煙三文魚就冇mud煙燻既香氣。飲品要左香蕉可可特飲,原來唔係香蕉味既可可,但係內裡混有香蕉肉,都幾特別,而且面層D忌廉仲好滑tim。不過唔知係咪因為東涌冇咩野食(定因為好多人都唔識搵食,just like me),我地差唔多三點去到都好多人。 繼續閱讀
