Even only spending an afternoon tea here, it was worth to highlight their service. Menu literally serves everything you could think of finding in a cha chaan ting. Staff gave us a big welcome when walking in. Patiently waiting for us to read through the whole menu. I asked for tea set L cheese fried egg pork burger with butter corn. Special request omitting butter and sauce from the bun and asking if possible to omit butter from corn. Staff patiently writing all my request and okay with all the request except corn is all prepared so unfortunately unable to do it without butter. My companion asked for two egg tarts. Egg tarts were served right away. Steamy hot. Literally needed to wait a bit before consuming. Both were cooke crust. Egg custard was silky smooth and just set. Mild sweetness. Crust was okay, not too buttery. Wish to have more golden colour. Fried egg pork burger came. Portion was bigger than I thought a tea set would have served. Watch out with the runny yolk ending up messy eating. Pork was boneless, which I love. Cooked just right. Tender and juicy. Love they used sesame hun and lightly toasted before sandwiching. It was more delicious than I expected. Corn was okay, very buttery but not greasy. Kept its crunch and sweetness. Staff even came to ask if the preparation of the food suits my preference. Absolutely an out of surprise experience. Worth for the stop by.

行過見到恆香兩個字，餐牌亦有幾樣特別野其他餐廳無，比佢吸引左，瑞士汁乾炒牛河($49)2分— 賣相本來吾錯，但好油，無瑞士汁或者傳統的味道，只有顏色，已一般茶餐廳水準比較系差— 幾多牛肉，但比較韌，有根。吉列金磚煉奶西多($36)3分— 哩個主要攞賣相分同創意分，其他地方比較少見。— 吉列面就好似waitress介紹比較硬同刺口。— 有無寫檸檬醬醬味，幾特別，但反而無煉奶味，吾收貨，所以扣分朱古力同檸檬水正常。

之前在港島那邊附近，選這間是比較近，門外有個賣麵包的位置後面是工房，感覺可以。環境一般，有點歷史感，位置其實比較少，不過有兩人卡位之類又好少見。早餐和午餐都在此店試了，早餐的份量可以，也看到很多街坊鄰里來光顧。有時都看到不少的遊客來店吃東西，禮貌上看不過不失。早餐吃雞扒麵，無他，差不多的價位中，雞扒就大塊，可以。午餐試了咖啡雞扒，也是不錯的水平，當然下午茶會比較化算，老夫吃的是午餐。店名：恆香冰室。地址：上環地鐵站附近。費用：普通冰室費用。

原來上環這間冰室有自家餅店與獨門金沙炒飯，覺得新鮮想食，於是點了以下菜式。首先是恆香招牌金沙炒飯，大量鹹蛋黃金沙配以臘腸、叉燒及大蝦的鑊氣鹹香炒飯，感覺超惹味。然後是流心西多，外脆內軟又香甜的西多，外面吸滿蛋汁香氣的炸麵包，切開入面是流心奶黃又帶有些微鹹頭黃香氣，表面再灑上糖霜，是一份有實力的美味西多士最後是香濃咖哩牛腩飯，每件都是超級大塊的牛腩顆，咖哩內有不同彩色的彩椒，薯仔，加上帶有港式風味的咖喱辣，感覺營養非常均衡恰到好處。
