暑假上完游水堂,在附近搵了呢間越南菜🇻🇳食,12點幾去到,都幾多客人,店面唔大,長窄形店比較迫,裝修簡潔,乾淨企理!午餐都係啲湯粉同碟頭飯,好快落單,食物都好快到!午餐:生牛肉河粉($45)賣相ok,牛肉片係瘦肉,浸一浸變啡色,無乜油花,好在夠薄唔會嚡,自己喜歡九層塔嘅獨特香味,加上大量青蔥芫茜、洋蔥圈,河粉滑溜,最正係個湯底,清澈香濃,好味道!天然桔仔酸梅汁(跟餐$10)夠凍,柑桔🍊味濃,甘甘甜甜酸酸,味覺豐富,飲完唔會惹痰媽咪、肥髀同兩個表妹分享:特別牛湯河($58)雞翼河粉($45)雞翼唔熟☹️椰青($30)7喜(跟餐$4)凍檸茶(跟餐$2)湯底好味,但雞翼煮唔熟!(中央真係全生肉!叫肥髀唔好食!店員比較cool,不過好爽唔廢話!除雞翼外都好味查看更多

鮮茄肉碎蟹膏湯檬- 湯底鹹香,帶蕃茄清甜及蟹鮮味;金不換、檸檬葉、芫茜、乾蔥、蔥花散落湯中,每口也嚐到不同的香草味;煮至清甜的洋蔥及爽脆的芽菜,為湯底再多添兩種層次- 蟹膏與豬肉碎,用蛋白協助混合成肉餅狀。肉餅分成數件,吸收清甜的湯,一口咬下去,感到滑溜,能嚐到蛋白香,與此同時,蟹膏的鮮味隨之在口腔爆發,並滲出淡淡的豬肉甘香和黑胡椒的辛香,整體感覺不鬆散亦不死實,恰到好處- 札肉不過腍亦非死實,感覺札實但未致於彈牙,肉中混入軟骨,添爽脆口感,同時又散發出淡淡黑胡椒辛香- 蝦有點霉- 檬粉爽滑吸湯*指天椒鮮辣,魚露偏鹹,下小量已足夠查看更多

志明越南料理 (English name Chi Minh Vietnamese) was located in another area of Tin Hau. I ate at it when it was about the close and it was pretty good.  I remember regretting not knowing about this place sooner.But then they moved to a  new location.  Also, in Tin Hau but on a few blocks away from their original location. The new place is now larger and cleaner. Not as cramped.Menu is in English and Chinese. They have a la carte but not during the lunch and afternoon tea sessions. During that time, they only offer what is on the set menu. So, that is what we had. There is no 10% service charge and the sets include a drink.Cold Vermicelli with Spring Rolls ($45). The noodles they use here were pretty good.  It was springy and resilient to however much I pounding to it while I mixed in the fish sauce. The spring rolls were excellent. They weren't too oily yet had a great amount of crunch. They had a slight sweet taste as well. Pho Bo Dac Biet: Beef, beef brisket, beef balls and tripe noodle soup ($58). However, this didn't fare as well as the soup was the major disappointment. Everything else was good. The noodles were smooth. The beef balls were springy. The brisket was tender. But the soup? It tasted like watered down MSG soup. Yes, watered down.  Gone  was the rich beef broth we had in their old shop. What happened? It was the same person cooking. The same people working. What happened?Though a cleaner and larger space than before, the soup in the pho was a clear disappointment. Everything else was fine. I don't know. Was it a bad day? Unsure if I'd return again. But I might just to give them another chance as I remember it was one of the best pho I had before they moved.查看更多

呢間野收銀阿姐既態度差到一個點,問佢一句比佢呼喝返轉頭。而且成日黑口黑面。一間餐廳好吾好食吾單單係食物,對客的態度都好重要,客人無啦啦比人罵返轉頭,你估會食得開心咩?其實呢個阿姐都吾係第一次差態度,一直諗住算數,但今天第三次甘樣,決定以後不幫襯。對客人態度甘,生意都未必長久,好好想下。查看更多

放假放平日同屋企人試試。2:30下午茶時段一個生牛河$45,包杯熱嘢飲。牛肉都算新鮮,湯底唔咸,偏清。個人嫌唔夠味,但對好多人來講其實係優點。河粉同我響越南食過果D類似,唔係好似好多越南餐廳連鎖店用同魚蛋河同一類果D河粉。再加一客越南米紙卷。上檯果陣見到個賣相大家呆左,四條細細條平排咁,望落有少少縮骨。不過想到其實佢呢度只收$38,又覺得,算啦。食落口之後,發覺其實係好好食,裡面D蝦好新鮮。個米紙皮都好有咬口。間舖冷氣唔夠,夜晚去食可能會舒服D。查看更多

開飯群組成員吹鷄, 提議去呢間越南餐廳開飯, 難得又有人自動獻身, 當然如時出席啦!呢位組員已經食過幾次, 由佢發辦當然出事機會率大減啦, 我地就一於等食..............哈哈!先黎個青木瓜沙律, 份量都幾大, 夠3-4人食, 青木瓜枹出絲來, 口感硬度適中, 淋上酸汁, 配以香口花生碎粒, 雙重口感, 味道清新!濱海呢個名聽就聽過但從無叫過, 今次有機會見識下啦, 呢客香芧豬肉濱海有5片類似"檬粉"既物體 (應該係), 食法係以生菜, 夾一片"檬粉"再放上肉類夾埋一齊食, 可以加少少酸辣汁一啖放入口就仲滋味, 豬肉食到幾香既香芧味, 肉質偏軟身!呢碗份量十足既火車頭湯河, 材料多樣化, 有牛丸, 牛根, 牛肉, 牛展, 牛栢葉及蘿蔔, 啖湯充滿牛既鮮甜味, 加上面頭再有香葉, 又有另一種香味, 喜歡牛既友人表示相當滿足~一客6隻既香芧鷄翼, 每隻都非常飽滿, 顏色炸至古銅色相當吸引, 上枱時已經聞到惹味既香芧味, 食時要小心"辣"口, 一啖咬開食到皮香肉嫩, 肉汁係口腔內爆發! 冒住爆瘡都要食多隻呀...............超好味!!雖然侍應數目唔太多, 但行動敏捷, 上菜速度亦快, 碟碟都熱辣辣, 價錢又抵食, 今餐不禁要比個LIKE呢位組員^^查看更多

由舊店幫襯到新店,新店比之前大,不過味道依然美味本人特別喜愛佢既順化牛肉湯檬夠香辣,炸蝦餅炸得剛剛好,泰式鳳爪酸辣恰當,呢3樣每次必吃。志明仍然是我們一家每星期都必到最少2之次的食店。查看更多

之前係木蘭苑個陣成日幫襯,個陣鋪頭好細,從來無試過堂食,次次外賣。但個陣已經好好食,個湯甜度適中,就咁飲都好好味(好過大x蝦個湯甜到糖水咁)加完辣椒同青檸個湯仲正,辣辣地好惹味,正呀!😁開頭以為佢執咗,知佢開番好開心,細鋪搬咗大鋪依家可以堂食,雖然每碗貴咗幾蚊,但都會再嚟幫襯,真心好食。下次我會試由越南引入觀塘既越南店再寫食評同呢間比較,已經有幾個朋友試咗,多數回應係無越南咁正,好細碗唔夠飽,唔係特別好食又貴,我已經強烈推介佢哋嚟呢間試,但係做人係唔可以道聽塗說既!唔知有冇打錯同拋錯書包🙈總之,等我呀,食完個間再揀間我以後幫襯定既一間越南菜!查看更多

叫外賣同人講等15-20分鐘, 足足在門口等了1個鐘! 食物非常普通, 完全不值一等. 建議準備好先開業. 請多多改善! Tried this place for the first time thinking to support a new restaurant in the neighborhood.Ordered only one starter and two noodles, was told wait would be 15-20 minutes, and it took 1 hour!!!! We were just standing outside the restaurant and the food was not even within sight until we expressed our frustration after 30 minutes of waiting. Food is just simply average.
