A pleasant surprise in Ping Shan

This is a take-out style shop in Ping Shan - which means that the food is served in take-out containers even if you're dining in. There isn't much seating available except a narrow table facing the wall inside the restsaurant and a few collapsable chairs and tables outside. The cart noodles and dessert that we got were really tasty! However, my mom found her dry cart noodles a bit too salty.  Dad and I got the normal cart noodles in soup and it tasted just fine. The cart noodles and dessert that we got were really tasty! However, my mom found her dry cart noodles a bit too salty.  Dad and I got the normal cart noodles in soup and it tasted just fine. We've also tried their drunken chicken wings on a few separate occasions and found that sometimes the wings can be too salty as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the dessert and the taro balls in particular. Great texture and flavour! I'm happy to know that now I can find quality taro balls that's super near home

😖所謂既糖水完全唔得

買左一碗熱白果腐竹薏米糖水，入面居然全部都係豆漿，得兩粒白果同幾粒薏米，仲要收我$17。不會再光顧，一碗$17既豆漿都唔值，如果做生意做到咁慳不如唔好做，一係就明確咁話比人聽$17既係一碗豆漿！簡直離譜！
