Always come here to have breakfast yum ha and this time come to have dinner and the dishes aren’t bad, in average standard, but pretty crowded seat… fried shrimps in salty egg yolk is the best dish for the night, very well cooked yaya, pretty crispy layer and the shrimp is chewy, the taste is perfectly seasoned, with strong egg yolk flavor hahaSweet and sour pork with pineapple are appetizing Pan fried pork rib with pineapple, actually the difference is having longer pork ribs lol haa, but the taste is also goodSteamed grouper with 500g, but it looks pretty small compared with the one we normally eat, the taste is okay Braised Fish fillet with pork belly in pot is okay Salt and pepper squids is quite crispy but i’d prefer fried shrimps more haha, this one not bad but not outstanding at allHerbal Chicken Feet soup is my favorite every time i go yum cha but pretty full for tonightLobsters Noodles in broth is quite disappointing, but having many lobster meats at all Braised Sea cucumber with goose web in brown sauce come the last, waiting so long for this…we done all dishes and the dish finally arrived lol, sea cucumber is really in baby size insides:menu:The dishes are almost nice, esp like fried shrimp, but i guess lobster dishes can be skipped loll, the staffs are quite nice too  繼續閱讀

行開佐敦見係下午茶時段就嘗試去搵酒樓食嘢因為好想食燒鵝瀨咁我就前後行咗四間茶樓,望吓佢哋下午茶嘅點心紙四間入邊最後尾揀咗呢一間因為價錢上都係最平燒鵝瀨加多一個指定點心,只係38.8 真係超級抵茶餐廳都做唔到呢個價錢難怪喺門口就見到個茶樓都係人我哋都係要搭枱咁樣食食物上我都覺得幾好食起碼啲嘢係熱食,同埋唔會覺得係一堆粉漿我哋同樓面嗰個阿姨講話好抵阿姨話係呢幾年以來,第一次拼燒鵝瀨之前都係切雞瀨咁我真係幾好彩 繼續閱讀

農曆年,親友相聚。訂了二圍枱,係全包宴。估計是結婚飲宴類近的菜色,包啤酒汽水茶芥加一。 在細小的圓枱迫迫狹狹地用餐,美其名曰:大家可以互相親近囉!乳豬件 乳豬跟海蜇排列整齊,乳豬唔熱但食得方便。波士頓龍蝦伊麵 下層的伊麵最受歡迎,剩下波士頓龍蝦<伊人獨憔悴>。炒蚌片 蚌片好脆口,蜜豆清甜。發財蠔豉 農曆新年好意頭菜,要發財好市。蝦肉燴燕窩 燕窩本無味,全賴<好似魚翅>味道的湯底。圓潤飽滿的蝦肉脆卜卜,感覺不到蝦肉纖維,心照!菇菌類菜心 菜心鮮甜無苦味,多款菇類拖油後,仍帶著菇菌類的香氣。蒸沙巴 呎寸大,肉厚,所以中骨位是剛熟,魚肉是剛剛好離骨。富園一品雞 雞肉已醃製有底味,雞皮薄脆。還有澱粉質系列的炒飯 & 壽包 蒸糕 這個糕不太甜,軟綿綿,自己吞了几件呢!今晚菜色,是否這個<龍蝦虎班乳豬全包宴>呢? 繼續閱讀

冬至一家人諗住算啦唔煮啦,出街食餐飯,訂咗枱8:00 ,之前嗰日已經訂定話要兩隻片皮鴨,結果又去到等枱一直係災難性等候,明明我個名喺前邊個list但又比後邊熟客先,咁我訂枱嚟做咩呢?結果我地企到8:35先至有位,已經係最後一個等枱嘅人!都算啦,我忍!訂完片皮鴨,同我講冇晒貨,真係火都嚟!又算啦,我忍!啲服務員個態度真係串到x街,點菜嘅時候,問多一句,真係一句,佢竟然’疾‘我家姐,激到佢都爆粗,我地都忍住到氣,唔同你嘈!呢啲都算啦,但係我真係忍受唔到你啲杯杯碟碟筷子真係好邋遢,上面黐住啲食物殘渣,隻隻都油淋淋,唔你一隻,係隻隻都係咁,究竟發生咩事? 啲菜又好搞笑地出奇地細碟,好似尾圍唔夠菜都唔夠煮俾人食咁。我只可以講本身想留港消費,但係真係唔係講笑,今時今日咁嘅態度咁嘅質素咁嘅服務,點搞呀?最後我哋只可以個個都話算啦唔好發脾氣,冬至快樂,一定一定一定一定一定冇下次! 繼續閱讀

話說朋友食過話唔錯、好坐街坊酒樓我有哂心理準備首先讚食物質表唔錯 價錢亦合理但一講到配件就唔得:1. 早上打電話想留枱,接電話人話唔使,大把枱,晚上到步想坐窗邊,資客話問有無留枱,話有人留咗枱,明顯比熟客客2. 叫極無人寫餸,一個明明係隔離當聽唔到、一個、一個應咗但轉頭又掛住做其他嘢,終於要我企起身大叫有無人寫先至有個經理物體埋嚟,仲話同事可能睇唔到🙄3. 成間酒樓都有煙味,可能有包廂,房內有人食煙,食完一身都係煙味🚬4. 碗碟摸上手油的,洗完要用紙巾再抹5. 枱布成撻黑色油蹟,唔明點解可以照用今時今日有晚市已經好好,服務配套咁嘅水平真係點叫人接受?今次後唔會再有幫襯 繼續閱讀
