This restaurant is quite popular among HKU students and I have decided to try it out. I ordered a bowl of ramen and a mango pancake. Both of them turn out to be good   and the taste is better than I expected!The ramen was a bit spicy but it was acceptable and the mango pancake was sweet.It might be too sweet for other people but it was just right for me and I enjoyed the taste of mango with the cream.Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely come back again!

Limited seats. Need to wait awhile before getting a seat. Quite comfortable with air conditioning but rough chairs and tables. The service is acceptable as the waiter will approaches efficiently to us for the order. Out of surprise, the order comes within 5 minutes, which is very efficient. We ordered many dishes. 入讀港大一直聽聞別人說在堅尼地城的宜記十分美味，這次便去吃了。點了一份鴨胸蟹柳撈麵，第一就是顏色十分不錯。其次，原以為鴨胸和蟹柳會是一個奇怪配搭，想不到拌上醬汁後竟是如此相配。醬汁甜甜的有點像燒汁卻又不是，是整碟的精髓。鴨胸和蟹柳的份量不少，面是公仔麵，拌上醬汁十分美味。總的來說，非常好！

除了可可店 宜記亦是另一hku人的最愛久未到訪 又是時候重遊 宜記最出名的甜品咖喱雞球飯及溫泉蛋泡菜牛肉飯 今次只叫了其中2樣1) 芒果蟹柳沙律 $24 (2.5/5)想來點清新的小食 2者均是我最愛芒果偏少 蟹柳絲也不多 幸好這配搭沒令人失望但整體較乾身 醬汁方面可以多加一些 當然再雪凍d味道會更好2) 雞扒撈面 $29 (2.5/5)應該是店方的新出品 雞扒煎得香脆面身可以再彈牙 可惜的是醬汁未見驚喜用上最簡單的豉油 所以算不上惹味 不過不失吧3) 溫泉蛋泡菜牛肉飯 $>30 (3.5/5)絕對是經典中的經典 創意度高賣相吸引 材料極具份量 溫泉蛋撈飯juicy牛肉多汁 又不會煮得太un 泡菜味重加上洋蔥 wu絲等配料用料豐富 4) 朱古力木糠布甸$20 (4/5)其實是oreo味 cut好幾件非常窩心 方便進食 價錢合理texture似雪糕 比一般的更有口感小店出品選擇多 性價比高質素高又充滿驚喜 最重要的是留下了大學時期的回憶

今晚同大學同學一齊落左宜記食野，山長水遠行左落堅尼地城為左食宜記，一開始覺得好傻，點知一試難忘 我地無叫好出名既冷麵，叫左一個珍珠西米露同芒果pencake，西米露同平時既分別唔大，但係用料十足，食極食唔完咁 芒果pencake簡直係喜出望外，唔會太甜，亦唔會太多cream，好食過好多糖水鋪既pencake 值得一試！呢d又平又抵既細糖水鋪已經買少見少，一定會再去食過

八月中（心煩氣躁）終於也來到了這一天，大家待在房間內從早上開始工作，一直到晚上．雖然大家都因為緊張而沒甚麼心情吃東西，但始終第二天清早就是大日子，大家都需要熱量，也需要點咸食，就在吃完買來的龍島蛋糕之後再追加了個外賣．那時已經是晚上九點多，不少餐廳都已經關門，唯有就是舍堂最愛的宜加和宜記．兩間店都是在西環，姓名只差一個字，但聽說住舍堂的同學說宜記比宜加好吃很多，這晚就叫宜記，看看是否那麼好吃．點了的和上次的大同小異，是溫泉蛋泡菜豬頸肉飯和火龍果汁，也因此沒有拍照留底．其實，我本來是沒有打算寫食評的，但這個飯實在太好吃了，不得不推一推，也是為了以正視聽，讓大家認識到宜加和宜記之間的巨大落差．點了菜二十分鐘後飯就送到，算是快的了．除了各人的飯外也點了腸仔，餃子，蛋炒蘿蔔糕等小吃大家分，味道都算是不錯，而且就算送到過來還是熱的，也就更惹味了．溫泉蛋泡菜豬頸肉飯賣相比上次叫的好多了，聞起來那泡菜的酸辣味也強烈得多，令已經工作到累的我精神為之一振！先嘗點在飯面的泡菜，果然是非常辛辣，比起上星期從宜加買來的入味得多！再嘗點浸在紅色泡菜汁內的洋蔥條和蘿蔔，果然是辣中帶甜，惹味得不得了．放在泡菜表面的

The 木糠布甸in 宜記 is niceI visited 宜記 several years ago and the 木糠布甸gave me good impressionUnfortunately, the shop closed down few years agoThe new shop was opened in the past 1-2 yearsThe location is quite inconvenientBut the most important thing is the quality of the foodThe quality of the 木糠布甸is still very goodThe texture and the taste are excellentBut the portion seems to be smaller than beforeAnother good thing is that there are 8 flavours availableThe price is reasonable, $16 each
