由於不喜歡吃蓮蓉,所以我對傳統的月餅興趣不大,直至去年試過九龍酒店的奶皇月餅後,便深深喜歡這特別的口味。在此多謝微博網友三隻耳朵介紹,才知道奇華奶皇月餅跟半島嘉麟樓的出品,是出自同一餅房的,立即去買了「原個鐵盒裝」 (原價 $25,渣打卡八折 $20),另外也從女友手中得到 Agnes b. 的迷你蛋黃奶皇月,其實也是奇華的出品。先報價,奇華一盒奶皇月八個原價 $148 (渣打卡八折 $118.4),比九龍和半島來得便宜;而 Agnes b. 則矜貴得多, $220 只得四個,那個 b. 型 logo 簡直就是月餅界的 LV!奇華奶皇月酥皮做得挺薄,咬落唔會乾爭爭,餡就唔算好飽滿,有點皮餡分離的情況,幸甜度做得剛好,是抵吃的選擇。Agnes b. 奶皇月的味道其實跟奇華相差不大,除了 logo 的分別外,奶皇餡也更加飽滿,始終收貴咁多,功夫自然要做到足,但如果跟九龍酒店的出品比較,Agnes b. 明顯少了一份油潤感,餅皮也欠了一點酥香!遲些試試君悅酒店的綠茶月餅,當然也要重溫九龍酒店奶皇月的滋味啦,說來說去,原來自己還未試過嘉麟樓的出品,真失禮! 繼續閱讀

Went here with a friend to get some cake the other day at this shop. Went for the weekly special cake - $4.5 per piece - 雪山 cake!Anyway, it tasted like any other butter cake, but perhaps with a better flavor. All in all, it was a nice cake, snowy and delicate. However, I wouldn't buy it at a price higher than $4.5. Service was efficient as usual. 繼續閱讀

It's tue again and i am in admiratly for BSF, so here i am trying out all bakery around the area I walked in and see the pineapple bun - it's weird how chinese name these as there's no real pinapple in the bun. it's just the crispy topping made in pig oil n butter n flour, n the bun looks like a pineapple so thus have such a name.This is really good, big and chewy bun, the topping is also crispy. well of course the price is a bit expensive, as other shop is selling for HKD2.5-3.00 while they are selling for HKD4.5 each. of course i was pickign it over other filling bun which cost over HKD6, that's why i think it's "cheap"Then here's my favorite - "kong so" cake!! it's amazing no one likes it in my family but me. well ok...how did the price raise to HKD4 each with such a small pc of bread??? i think this is the last time i am going to have this and this shop make it so hard and dry and not yummy - i feel really cheated...it use to be good...i am willing to pay that price if it's good..wu wu wu... 繼續閱讀

自己本身係鐘意食同綠茶有關野食ge人,之前係奇華食話一隻綠茶味ge muffin咁,但聞落去係好有green tea味,但食落去就無。行過上買樣野當tea食下,見到依個新出,就試下啦,點知聞落去同食落去都好有綠茶味,唔錯!又唔會話好乾新好似之前食ge muffin咁。不過$6食咁細舊卷又真係有d唔抵,但佢味道唔錯,算抵番啦!不過我係到揀野個陣,有個staff係到clear緊上面d架,d塵飛曬落黎...即係我覺得..有客係到你應該等人揀完你先好clear啦...或者開鋪前後先好搞。 繼續閱讀

試大一唔同口味既蛋白蛋糕,唯獨剩番黑糖蛋白蛋糕未試,今個星期見佢做特價,終於買左兩個食下…一打開包裝,已經聞到好大陣甜甜地既黑糖味,個蛋糕比蛋白原味多左幾分黏黏既感覺,但口感仍然鬆軟,同埋俾人好輕身既感覺。味道方面,原來一點都唔甜,反而有少少甘甘地既味道,呢d應該就係黑糖味,比起其他口味,黑糖味都算重,而且幾香。由於我實在唔太好黑糖味,所以都係覺得咁多款口味中,始終原味最好食! 繼續閱讀
