I like the scallion and ham pastry from local bakeries, and I’m always on a mission to try out all of them after identifying one really delicious piece in YMT. This bakery in Quarry Bay serves the pastry for $15.5 and it’s fresh out of the oven. Topped with a baked cheese disc, the bread was hot, and very fresh. However, it wasn’t as buttery as the winner slice I had before. Also, there’s no creamy/ chicken sauce stuffed inside, just sesame seeds, diced ham & scallion. It’s crispy and made a great snack. Perhaps I’ll eat more to compare further. This pastry is known for its triangular shape, and this bakery tops it with sesame seeds and baked cheese in the middle.

賣的不是即日新鮮面包,還理直氣壯說什麼面包可以放3天。這是個什麼歪理,3天期應該是給顧客的,絕對不是預留給你店舖來清掉賣不出去的貨品。作為食店,賣新鮮食物不是基本服務態度吧⋯⋯再想想,賣不去不是沒有理由.. 店家這個態度足以令客人不再光顧。 我更加明白,怎樣我每次北上,都會買一大堆面包回來,人家態度好,品質好。香港會給這些不良商家破壞的,若然內地人看到店舖賣隔夜面包,只怕會在小紅書上評論一番,看看後果如何..還浪費我時間寫評論。

係鰂魚涌番工,經過見到呢間麵包鋪次次麵包新鮮出爐時段都好多人幫襯,今日難得經開,又有啲肚餓,見無咩人排隊,就去幫下襯喇😋🍞菠蘿包($13)菠蘿包食落熱辣辣,咬落個菠蘿皮好鬆脆,而麵包入面都非常軟熟🥰佢嘅麵包份量都好多,食完夠晒飽肚😋

我好明白係鰂魚涌呢個地段嘅租金一定唔平,再加埋人工,材料,等等嘅費用一個麵包成本亦都唔平。但係佢哋隔一排就加價,而家基本上成間麵包舖都搵唔到平過$10嘅麵包….或者朝頭早真係太多生意,就算加極都一定有人買,但係我呢啲窮人就基本上好少會再幫襯講返麵包本質,咖啡合桃鮮奶球係我心目中既no.1 一打開已經好大陣咖啡味食落都有粒粒合桃,唔係空氣麵包利申:其實佢啲麵包真係好食既!但價錢愈黎愈貴,一個包多謝$14,加多一兩蚊都買到個三文治🥲

話說剛才經過,入去買左2個腸仔包&1個菠蘿包,埋單時店員問:分開裝定一齊裝。我:一齊裝啦。店員裝緊2個腸仔包,然後我隨即說: 菠蘿包都係分開裝啦。店員:啱先你又話一齊裝!(耻笑咗一下)下次早啲講啦,好嗎!我:(弱弱的無出聲)離開店鋪。事後覺得心裡有氣,決定寫出來。其實菠蘿包都未裝入袋,我又唔係叫佢重新裝,真係咁差嘅服務態度。客人嚟店舖幫襯,反而受氣。員工即使做得唔開心,心情唔好,難道就可以將氣發在客人身上?咁差嘅服務態度,咁樣嘅員工,難道可以令店舖生意興隆,長做長有?反正我唔會再幫襯。
