在三大快餐集團來說,大家樂可以說是水準比較穩定的一間,特別是他們的奶茶,每一間的水準也是差不遠的。曾經聽閒過他們公司有奶茶專員到各分店去試奶茶,以確保出品的穩定。曾經試過一個星期內連續幾天在同一分店喝到不太好的奶茶,寫了個電郵向他們反映,隔了一個星期再光顧,奶茶的水準又回復正常,起碼他們是有認真跟進顧客的意見的。話說回來,這個賽馬日的下午茶時間,到了合和中心的大家樂吃個公司三文治。可能因為是賽馬日的關係吧,所以這天人流也比較多一點。由於公司三文治是即點即製的關係,所以要等了大約十分鐘才可以到水吧取。說說這個公司三文治,有些分店未必會把它放在餐牌上,但當問到收銀員有沒有供應時,又會買得到的,真有點"隱藏餐牌"的感覺。這次吃到的公司三文治竟然還留有"邊"的,記憶中之前每次吃都是"飛邊"的,是職員忙中有錯,還是公司改了公司三文治的賣相呢,也沒多作深究。一份公司三文治切開了四份放在碟上,中間再放了一些珍珍薯片。三文治內的材料分別有炒蛋、火腿片、煙肉、生菜、蕃茄片及沙律醬。由於是即叫即造的關係,所以吃到的三文治包都是烘得金黃香脆,吃來還是熱的。內裡的餡料也充足,吃起來十分之飽足,若果是食量少一點的人,吃一份公司三文治足夠飽到晚上。配料的生菜及蕃茄也算新鮮,沒有菜葉發黃的情況,再配合上沙律醬,中和了煙肉片及火腿的油膩感覺。至於熱奶茶,喝起來也算是可以的,正如之前所說,大家樂的奶茶水準夠穩定,但也沒有什麼大驚喜。

星期六同朋友去完行展覽,出嚟醫肚,就諗起呢度啦,原來好多人都係行完展覽出嚟食嘢呀,所以都好多人要等左一陣先有位,我地四個人叫左每人一個茶餐,我叫左一個脆牛油豬仔包配火腿紐紐粉,飲紅豆冰,另外有朋友叫肥牛湯河配飲品,牛油脆豬仔包好味呀,有些牛油牛奶係面,烘到個包香脆,咁樣食真的特別好味喎. 碗火腿紐紐粉都OK,好多火腿的呀! 紐紐粉又唔會好淋身,GOOD.朋友的肥牛湯河賣相都唔差呀,佢地都話味道都幾好.杯紅豆冰都OK,好多紅豆的呀, I LIKE IT.我地一路坐一路見到不停有好多人入嚟搵位,真的坐無虛席呀!! 差唔多六點已經開始有人食飯啦,真的好誇張啊.

果日終於食到一直想試既紙上燒, 又幾得意喎, 而且又幾大份同好味TIM!佢有一大碟肉/金菇/雜菜/冬菇/獅子狗, 同一大碗烏冬, 仲有一個蒸蛋, 真係好大份, 我果日煎左D肉黎食, 碗烏冬岩岩整熟, 就已經夠鐘CLOSE, 搞到我要拎番屋企食!我煎左D肉先. (中間果3張相係特登擺靚佢黎煎, 影比大家睇, D肉慢慢變金黃色果陣, 發出既肉香, 依家睇番張相都仲記得) D野食一邊煎, 一邊出油, 其實對住個火, 都覺得幾熱架, 不過咁樣煎, 我又覺得好易煎得靚, D肉煎得好平均, 又唔會太易煎過龍, 慢慢~慢慢~咁, 幾得意!個烏冬我落左其中一杯仔鼓油落去, 連住剩番既肉油價黎抄, 都抄得好平均架.真係幾鐘意佢個設計, 好易上手, 好易煎得靚!最後, 仲有個好好味既蒸蛋, 有D肉係D蛋度, 唔會太淡而無味!佢都連野飲, 杯野飲都好似好大杯架. 所以都幾OK抵食~***總結下:鐘意個設計, 因為好易煎得靚~鐘意佢大份, 食得好飽~鐘意佢個蒸蛋, 幾得意細細杯咁, 又可以清一清油膩感~

我今次主要是讚男經理的服務態度。之前有一段時間大家樂下午茶無出炸雞脾,所以今天一心去食。去到收銀處,話要等五分鐘,照等。叫了炸雞脾+紅豆冰。去到取食物處,男經理提我要等,好快有。隔了五分鐘後,廚房把一盤雞脾推出來,經理馬上逐隻睇吓熟咗未,他見我望住,便告訴我要檢查吓先,穩陣啲好啲。雖然那時有很多客,他都堅持要逐隻檢查,well done。我話最緊要熟,唔緊要。(因為我之前於其他分店食過唔熟的)他檢查完,便告訴廚房唔熟,要再整。之後,他仲告訴我未熟,要再整,叫我等多陣。他十分好禮貌。等了一陣,廚房再推盤雞脾出來,他又逐隻檢查,跟住入盒(我叫外賣)給我。原本有其他職員負責包裝外賣的,但那位阿姐傾緊計。個男經理即刻話幫我包埋。幾好。換了其他的店舖,你想叫經理做其他事,好....難啦。 你想叫經理逐隻檢查雞脾熟未,好...難啦。

I never have any expectations for Café de coral, their interior and logo is 1960s and glum, and their menu is super confusing too!I only paid it a visit because I wanted to try the Hokkaido egg breakfast, the set includes a fish fillet, choice of toast or chinese carrot cake and freshly brewed coffee.The other breakfast set with the fish was supposed to look western, but I thought it was chinese, especially the luncheon meat and carrot cake, very chinesy indeed, it’s a bit hard to find Luncheon meat for breakfast in Europe.The sauce that came was the fish was totally Chinesey too, it was tartar sauce, but the base of the sauce was sweet, even McDonalds tartar sauce is more authentic.The fish tasted nice on its own without the sauce.The egg with hokkaido milk just had an extra butterness and milk aroma to it.The congee was ok, the oysters could be tasted, however the pork was not fresh, so it ruins the taste of the congee.
