During Christmas, I and a group of friends from the states were having dinner together. We all love Japanese food. A friend refers us to a new Japanese dinning place so I booked a long table enough to sit 8 people.It was a crowded gathering. We ordered a few ramens and the size of the bowls is nearly the size of our heads. The soup is the main thing here with the bonito and chicken essences. The sashimi and the rest are fine... the environment is morden Japanese style. it's small but its fine

雜誌介紹IFC有間日本料理新貴，一於weekend同朋友黎試試。我同朋友都超級喜愛魚生刺身，所以點了一客海之盛幸魚由飯，d魚生好新鮮，果然同日文名稱一樣係幸福丼啊~我地仲要左海老冷麵&天婦羅，前者有少少酸酸辣辣，好開胃，後者炸蝦鬆脆，yummy*

今日中午約了朋友到新開的和歌山食午飯，一進去感覺地方細了一點，但氣氛還算可以，開始點餐，服務員為我們介紹鰹魚雞湯拉面，看餐牌這是主的湯底，就試一試，我點了一個叉燒拉面定食，而我朋友就試了一個照燒和牛定食。不久服務員送上一大碗拉面，以前都未見過那麼大的面碗，簡直意外。我先飲湯，看看點樣巴閉法，飲落湯的味道的確和外面的拉面店有所不同，這是清湯底，有鮮甜的味道。不錯。我朋友的和牛定食，雖然服務員沒有刻意推介，但味道尚算可以。

I'm not even going to tell you about service in this restaurant cos there is NO SERVICE at all. I went up to the counter saying I want to queue for 6 people but the lady said I have to wait because other people are waiting. So i waited. Stood there for 5 mins but no one called me. Well...this is the first time I wrote a review and I feel urge to write it as I really don't recommend ppl to go to this restaurant and don't want any more ppl to become "victim" like me....well, I work in the IFC area and due to the lack of restaurant in the area, me and my colleague really look forward to try out this new Jap resturant....We are also attracted to this new restaurant as they have posted a huge, attractive poster of its food in the IFC mall...and it "seems" very Japanese (yes..t

係ifc 番工，要請客食飯都食到厭，12月開左間叫和歌山，食日本野論價錢比「鰭」為低，食物質素唔錯，中午好爆; 晚上鬆動多。主打拉麵，d 湯清得來好入味，我飲晒d 架; 海之幸魚生飯，巨型牡丹蝦好甜又厚肉，有十幾款刺身，食過真係番尋味。服務我又覺得ok，d 侍應殷勤，我臨走果陣唔記得拎件jacket，佢地即刻追出來，俾番我，e 家咁的服務態度先賺到客

11/12(五) 2pm仗義回公司半晝,為六的聖誕派對作最後打點.完事後,跟阿梁於IFC的"和歌山"午聚.過了繁忙時段,店內仍約有六成食客.店內以花作主題,天花及牆壁上用以花型雕花作裝潢,感覺優雅!我倆點了蝦春卷$38,叉燒拉麵定食$110(跟餃子)及天婦羅定食$110 (前菜及麵豉湯).麵豉湯--湯頭入口順喉,原味強,上等貨也!前菜--漬青瓜味道帶酸,恰恰中和了鰻魚粒的膩感.和歌山餃子--一客四件的餃子煎至金黃,味道比賣相差,皮肉皆了無新意!蝦春卷--春卷炸得挺乾脆,包裹著爽脆的蝦,鮮度卻一般.叉燒拉麵定食--點了招牌鰹魚雞湯,湯色呈清茶色,呷一口,鮮味突出.以其跟極富嚼感的拉麵及瘦相間的叉燒佐食之,百感交集的味道!天婦羅定食--天婦羅蝦,南瓜,蕃薯及茄子略帶油份,不合格!而其白飯挺軟糯,粒粒分明.服務方面,侍應兩文三語,對應流暢,還懂簡單日語,值得褒揚!約$280的午餐,大半是付租金的!

其實聽到個名都覺得奇怪, 和歌山幾時出名拉麵, 不過朋友說想試就去啦一到已經覺得個帶位好唔友善，ｄ枱排到好似茶餐廳...一排要搭枱咁ｏｒｄｅｒ時問有乜湯底，　得雞同豬骨湯...叫咗雞湯(因為佢介紹..)淡而無味，拉麵唔彈牙．　煎餃子唔脆，比自己煎重差．　ｄ茶非常之淡，叫侍應加茶，叫咗４次先有人理貴價，　但品質＋環境差，一定無下次，係IFC有大把餐廳, 唔洗食佢!!

同兩位好耐無見的知己食午餐, 都幾多定食可選擇, 價錢約百多至二百元, 我地叫咗豚肉稻庭鳥冬定食及燒和牛定食, 賣相及味道都很好, 服務亦都唔錯, 唯一唔好的就是訂咗位都要等約十五分鐘以上。因為地點方便及味道好, 所以一定會再去。
