📍環境 & 地理位置:呢間隱藏喺尖沙咀太興廣場6樓嘅日式料理店,一出電梯就見到裝修走傳統和風路線,深木色調配榻榻米座位,仲有吧枱位可以睇住師傅即場握壽司,氣氛幾有日本居酒屋feel!不過假日夜晚都算多人,建議預早book位,如果唔係可能有機會要等一陣。 🍲牛腸鍋:湯底用咗濃郁嘅味噌加九州風味(另外可以揀醬油風味),入面有超多韭菜、椰菜同煙韌嘅牛腸,牛腸處理得超乾淨冇異味,咬落去油脂爆香,配埋味噌湯一齊食,邪惡到極點!湯底仲要越煮越濃,最後可以加多個麵落去吸哂精華,正到犯規啊~ 🍳玉子燒 ($88):即叫即煎,上枱仲熱辣辣!蛋層層疊疊超厚身,中間仲要軟綿綿嘅狀態,甜度適中帶淡淡鰹魚高湯香,口感軟滑得嚟有層次,係我食過香港居酒屋入面算水準以上嘅玉子燒! 🍛滑蛋豬扒飯:呢度最出名嘅就係佢!吉列豬扒炸得金黃酥脆,肉質鬆化唔乾柴,上面嘅滑蛋仲流緊心,撈埋甜醬油同洋蔥絲,每一啖飯都掛滿蛋汁,真心係幾好食嘅!🙂↕️另外仲嗌左🐟刺身一人前 同埋 🔥燒鰻魚,刺身都好新鮮,海鮮都推介的!

同朋友點了關東煮既其中一個item ‘’牛根‘’,呢一串牛根來到後有一粒有條毛,甘要求換過都好正常,同懷疑經理講,阿經理好好笑拎住碟野望左兩次都望吾到,最終望到之後話正常牛根都有毛喎,我反問點解其他無既?之後經理指住果粒有毛’牛根’話換反有毛果粒比我地,真心呆左,甘都講得出???500人頭雖側吾算貴,食品質素一般?定系大眾感覺日本人開好似好食啲?一間價錢為401-800的餐廳內部服務同某茶餐廳服務差唔多,米芝蓮都系收呢啲價既同時,點解吾揀食物服務貨素更穩定既餐廳去食?

極差的服務,在香港體驗過最差的日本餐廳服務。今天晚市光顧,只點了幾樣菜,前面幾道還可以,但最後一道菜被服務生漏單。我們等了很久催促幾次後服務生才發現。中間等了至少三十分鐘,好不容易等到上菜結果又上錯。全程只有服務生出來解釋。在這間餐廳之前吃過幾次,覺得味道尚可,但最近一次的服務體驗太差,之後應該不會幫襯了。Very bad service, the waiter omitted one of our orders and didn’t notice it until we asked several times. And when the food finally came, its a wrong order. Worst dining experience in HK.
