放飯又唔想食Southside同事推薦呢間小店試左佢嘅牛筋拌麵,牛腱湯麵,仲有醉雞拌麵冇影到佢兩款拌麵係會根據肉而唔同醬汁 customize嘅味道汁好夾 麵彈牙掛汁 奶茶好香好濃厚而家愈嚟愈多人去食啦 希望大家都欣賞到佢嘅好時 我都仲有位坐🫡 繼續閱讀

之前都聽過呢間小店,不過就從未有機幫襯過。今日咁啱附近打完波,就順便過嚟試吓。店內位置很寬敞,簡約裝修,下午四時大概三四枱客,感覺很舒服。原本諗住簡單食一碗蝦麵,但見招牌燒雞好似幾好味,就叫咗個上莊試吓,再加一杯港式凍檸茶。 蝦麵出奇地新鮮及重蝦油味,配菜車厘茄都竟然有驚喜。招牌燒雞堅推介,醬汁鮮甜,雞肉嫩滑,凍檸茶都交足功課。食完竟然仲有免費手造小甜品送。 成個下午茶感覺很完美,期待香港更多這類型的認真製作小店。 繼續閱讀

赤蝦拌麵大讚,賣相好看,拌麵過程蝦香撲鼻而來!入口海鮮的鹹香味立刻引爆味蕾,本以為平平無奇的小蕃茄不知道是品種問題還是製作工藝,很甜,果香很濃。牛四寶面(牛尾,牛筋,牛腩,牛腸)也是嚇死人份量,比肉比得好慷慨,好少見香港的食店在環境不錯的情況下給那麼多的肉。肉質軟硬適中,有嚼頭而且很入味。牛肉鍋貼,豬肉鍋貼,好飽滿,爆汁,據說是每次現包,誠意十足!特色飲品紅棗鮮奶和龍眼荔枝茶,好味。萵筍絲我麻麻地,蛋ok。坐得好舒服,夠乾淨企理,還會有第二次! 繼續閱讀

I was cold, starving and a bit rush yesterday night. By chance, I walked into this noodle shop and told the manager that i was hungry and in a rush for another meeting. The manager warmly welcomed me and  immediately asked me whether i am okay with soup noodle, whether i want spicy or not, am i allergic to beef and then he said he know what to do and went into the kitchen. After a short-while, the manager delivered a bowl of hot beef and pork cartilage soup noodle to me (see the photos). The beef ribs and pork cartilage are very tasty. The beef noodles are chewy. The beef soup is also very yummy.  I was very satisfied with the hot soup noodle, it cheered up my night! The manager had done an excellent job.I would definitely return to this shop (hopefully, i wont be that rush next time).Dear Wong Chuk Hang workers,  I recommend this noodle shop to all of you especially if you need some food to cheer your night and get refresh for another mid night meeting. 今次已經係第二次光顧,一間非常有誠意同埋講究既小店。第一次去叫左鎮店之寶: 醉燒雞湯麵湯底已經係勁有誠意,飲落感覺有少少藥材味,另外燒雞整法係, 鋪頭話每晚先浸酒6小時,然後風乾一晚, 再喺客人order之前, 即刻燒雞, 雞髀上檯時, 雞皮係超脆, 入邊仍然係好Juicy, 仲有淡淡酒香😋湯麵直頭驚喜, 好彈牙! 不自覺食晒一碗,第二驚喜係佢哋嘅熱奶茶茶底好夠濃, 奶同茶比例做得好好我第一次入到鋪, 以為佢嘅奶茶會係好求其🤣但估唔到係好出色。今晚係第二次再去我哋叫咗紅燒四寶(牛肋/牛筋/牛尾/牛腸),但呢個冇影相, 因為個紅燒汁有少少麻椒味道,唔係我哋杯茶。另外叫左半生熟赤蝦蝦汁拌刀削麵聞落去碗麵到,已經有好濃郁嘅鮮蝦膏味; 而且刀削麵麵質好煙韌,同蝦湯好夾; 三隻蝦好大隻, 煎得好香,蝦頭同蝦身內外沾滿蝦湯味, 應該係煎香前處理過。仲有, 拌麵既配料係油漬風乾番茄🍅, 餐廳真係整得好好食, 完全唔識形容,我將所有蕃茄清光晒小店招呼好好加上用料用心講究,人均消費連飲品只係$100-$130, 會再去呀。小店加油! 繼續閱讀
