今天一行十三人, 預約此燒肉店打算同朋友歡渡生日, 誰知得到了一些意想不到的服務, 一肚火!!坦白講,日式燒肉店賣的是食物的新鮮和服務質素.如果一間高級的日式燒肉店食物不行,一早已經倒閉了.此燒肉店是有好的食物和一班捧場的日本人顧客,不過沒有好的服務質素,我覺得有責任向公眾公開.我們食飯的過程大致是愉快的,但不知何解服務員的面色一直不好看,不笑亦用不著黑面吧.因為是同朋友歡渡生日,我們打算請服務員把我們從外面買來的蛋糕準備,但他們一再表示要收"切餅費HK$10一個人,即HK$130",於是,友人客氣地問服務員可以商量嗎,如果是因為怕顧客不光顧餐廳的甜品,如果是這樣的話,我們是可以order數客甜品的,服務員A答:"我們幫你切餅,收番d服務費,都唔..算貴ga 啦", 喂大佬我唔係比唔起啊,不過個蛋糕亦只係好平易迎人的百零蚊,你要我比百三蚊服務費??找來高級一點的服務員B,以其高尖的聲線:"我地唔可以waive,如果你們每人order一客甜品便可以waive." 一人一客實在嚥不下."gum唔該你我地唔切,埋單ar"一般的norm係,你的menu上沒有蛋糕賣,而客人celebration

我們食飯的過程大致是愉快的,但不知何解服務員的面色一直不好看,不笑亦用不著黑面吧.

因為是同朋友歡渡生日,我們打算請服務員把我們從外面買來的蛋糕準備,但他們一再表示要收"切餅費HK$10一個人,即HK$130",於是,友人客氣地問服務員可以商量嗎,如果是因為怕顧客不光顧餐廳的甜品,如果是這樣的話,我們是可以order數客甜品的,

服務員A答:"我們幫你切餅,收番d服務費,都唔..算貴ga 啦", 喂大佬我唔係比唔起啊,不過個蛋糕亦只係好平易迎人的百零蚊,你要我比百三蚊服務費??

找來高級一點的服務員B,以其高尖的聲線:"我地唔可以waive,如果你們每人order一客甜品便可以waive." 一人一客實在嚥不下.

"gum唔該你我地唔切,埋單ar"

一般的norm係,你的menu上沒有蛋糕賣,而客人celebration切餅,都是不收費的,就算在高級的香港餐廳之一的Sabatini都是這樣.因為餐廳是想客人來光顧是開開心心的,亦希望下一次客人有什麼special occation時會想起這間餐廳.而家你貢樣對我,我覺得你唔重視我呢單生意,今時今日既消費市場你黑口黑面對住我已經係過失.

是不是我們是一個討厭的客人?

十三人食飯沒有可能沒有聲音吧,不過我們附近都沒有其他顧客,其他顧客都是在VIP房內,應該不是我們太大聲浪.

我們一行人沒有點和牛,但我們的消費已經有三百/頭,可能比較日本人或者富豪我們的單價錢不高,但是三百/頭在香港地亦不是特別地寒酸啊?聽說小超人到這家燒肉店,每次小費二千元.我不是闊佬,如果貴店嫌我張單細張可以列明最低消費,一萬好,八千亦好,at least I know what kind of service to expect.

為了表示不滿,除了一定要比而我無享受過的服務費外,我沒有額外給小費,老實講,我真係未試過,仲要係高級日本食店.

如果各位想去食燒肉,不如試下尖咀廣東道上樓果d,或者,同呢間燒肉店同一棟樓都有好多不同的日本料理. 要食日本野,選擇多的是.

I came back to Hong Kong to visit my family and my girlfriend this summer. I love japanese food a lot and that's why I choose this restuarant after a warm recommendation from a magazine. Ok, now, the price ended up 1200 Hkd for 2 persons. I didn't mind the price if the food quality was good enough. 2 medium size of shrimps, 5 small pieces of chicken, 6 pieces of beef tongue and 5 small pieces of beefs. The taste was ok, nothing special. The only good thing of our dinner was sashimi. In conclusion, 1200 Hkd could have a lot of other choices and I am sure any other good quality japanese restaurant could beat this one.
Arrgggg....damned Miss Hong Kong. I would never trust your words again.

本來想試盛八, 但6點幾打去已爆, 睇食評呢間都好似唔錯, 所以就試下呢間坐位都幾闊落, 中間仲有D板隔開, 好似有D私隱特上拼盤($410) - 有四款和牛, 牛舌, 西冷, 牛肩肉同和牛粒, 份量唔算多, 但以咁既價錢可以試幾款和牛都算抵. 和牛入口好軟滑無渣, 咬落口覺得好鮮同香, 但食完會覺得滿口油. 而朋友仔不嬲唔太好牛舌, 但佢話呢個係最好味飯團($40) - 要了木魚餡, 飯面濕濕地, 放上板上再燒一燒令到表面有層焦, 入口更覺香口梅氣酒($3x) - 梅酒味唔算濃7寶生啤($50)

I went there for lunch on weekday. I am VERY pleasantly surprised with their VERY good value-for-money lunch sets. The set is of good portion whilst the food is of quality. You can choose from a reasonable variety of combination for your sashimi rice bowl plus hot udon or cold noodle, together with a plate of quality bbq meat at your choice of beef, pork or chicken. I went there for lunch on weekday. I am VERY pleasantly surprised with their VERY good value-for-money lunch sets.

Both the assorted seafood, with yellow tail, salmon, tuna, shrimp etc and the tuna rice are very good. Sashimi's fresh. You got plenty of slices rather than only a few in most sly japnese restaurant. The best part's for the tuna rice bowl they give you 2 slices of fatty tuna.

The bbq meat's pretty good. The beef's very tender and juicy. The pork, slightly less impressive as the beek, is still good.

Talking about a set costing only HKD80, this is something I've been longing for but very rarely come across. I actually told every friends of mine who'll happen to be in that district around lunch time to go. Good things may not last long. Better grasp the chance and visit more often

訂左8點3, 原本reserve左tatami, 點知d客仲未走,要等到8點半冇叫到情人節套餐, 因為有幾多唔係咁鐘意o既食物。飲品冇乜特別, 不值一提。散叫左個和牛($200), 黑豚肉($80), 燒砂布牛肉($150), 海鮮拼盤($2x0),冷面($80)。和牛冇想像中咁好, 冇乜肉味亦唔係"入口即溶"。黑豚肉o既汁做得唔錯, 抵食。最意想不到係燒砂布牛肉,侍應即場示範燒法同食法, 燒好o既薄牛肉夾住熟o既椰菜, 冬菇, 燒汁, 辣蘿蔔, 一咬d燒汁肉汁出哂黎滲埋落d菜, 外冷內暖, 味道不錯而且幾特別。最後冷面都幾彈牙, 但如果o係上枱前加入少量冰塊會更加爽滑。整體黎講服務都算唔錯, 而且tatami位都幾舒服, 值得再試。

原來燒肉還是幾個人飲酒食肉好,,,,一個人拉麵壽司是上算

在香港吃烤肉,大多人一想便想到吃韓燒,日式烤肉,相比之下並不算太流行.誤打誤撞之下,撞上去浪速壽司樓上吃日式烤肉,名叫"伊呂波".自年前在台北"育顧龍"吃過一頓之後,闊別數年後再嘗此味.環境光鮮,兩人被安排坐在店內最角落頭,感覺幾隱閉.打開餐牌,和牛系列消費百多至二百,還是叫個拼盤最實際.圖中的伊呂波拼盤,$280,包羅萬有,如果想豪食一點,可選$410的特上拼盤,材料當然比較矜貴.再搭一個什菜拼盤,同內臟拼盤,兩人前應該剛好.用熱毛巾抹抹手,帶上店方供應圍裙,便準備等吃.什菜有露荀,南瓜,洋荵,茄子,粟米等等.每樣也新鮮,作為前菜不錯,內臟有牛胃,牛腸,牛心頂,牛柏葉四樣.每樣質感偏硬,差不多我一口包辦,尤其牛腸油份太多,當放在烤爐上燒,周不時燒到烈火沖天,E小姐怕"破相",不敢下手.圖中的伊呂波拼盤,有大蝦,豬肉,雞肉,帶子,牛舌,牛排,魷魚等等.此拼盤的牛肉當然非和牛,只是次一等的巴西牛.肉味自然有所不及,用來醃肉的醬汁,亦夠惹味,足以彌補不足.其他材料亦夠新鮮,魷魚,帶子同大蝦,肉質爽甜.尤其帶子邊,略略烤過,口感異常爽脆.雞肉同豬肉亦不錯.最後以一個蜆湯作終結,個湯略咸.點都

通風亦不算好,吃罷衣衫也能吸到一點點燒烤味.感覺不自在.像愛慾交纏之後,身上沾上對方的香水味....

The Menu have different types of beef, chicken , seafood , pork , ect . the variety of food will give u many choices . We have ordereed a mixed combo , including seafood , beef , chicken & pork $298 . Besides, we have ordered a Korean Stone Rice - Beef w/ Korean spicy sause & Salmon is fresh & thick & fatty ...super Yammy .....

After the Mixed Combo BBQ set is placed on our desk , the staff is patiently explained the sauce . The meats are so fresh & juicy & fatty !!! This maybe the best BBQ food that I\\\'ve ever eaten . And the staff \\\'s attitude is so nice & well - mannered . They are willing to change the BBQ \\\'s iron after 10 mins.

Thus the food is clean & the food is delicious .

Besides, the Korean style Stone Food is okay .

Overall , the restaurant provide a good choice in Causeway Bay with high food quality .
