開飯介紹
亮亭拉麵於2003年在澳洲開業,由具三十年以上烹飪經驗的拉麵達人堀井亮輔(Ryo-San)主理。2011年正式進駐香港,先後於上環及太古開設分店,以自家製造的麵條和調味料,泡製正宗九州風味的豚骨湯拉麵。為保持拉麵水準,每日拉麵均有限出售。

I want to start off by saying this place’s price is relatively cheap!One of my favorite cha siu ramen cost only a little less than $40.The atmosphere is cozy in that even though the place is small it stillgives off a relaxing vibe, great for families. What really impressedme was how they state that all their ramen, udon, and eggs areimported from Japan. I ordered my usual cha siu ramen; their tendercha siu always suits me perfectly. My friend got the ‘hell’ ramenwhich is supposed to be really spicy. When the ramen first came itlooked red but not the spicy kind, it just looked like a lot oftomatoes were added. But when he took the first bite he startedsweating immediately which was kind of entertaining. He had tounbutton his shirt because the pork bone cartilage soup was sounexpectedly spicy. Anyways, I will definitely visit this place againsince it fits right within my budget and it always seems to impressme!

好友今日去開太古坊做o野, 約我一齊食Lunch... 我唸都唔使唸, 就決定去傳聞中華蘭路新開果間日式拉麵店「亮亭」試吓先... (查實果道係太古城道囉, D人亂報料)...不過呢間「亮亭」都算易搵, 因為個門口實在太"橙", 隔2條街都一眼認得出...第一次o黎「亮亭」食, 事前冇時間做Research, 都唔知有咩好食, 所以亂咁ORDER...等食期間同好友傾開, 佢話個新BLOG收唔到人地POST BLOG嘅EMAIL, 好唔方便... 個新BLOG又點止得呢個問題吖!!! 我今晚都見幾次"SERVER HANGUP"字句, D相UPLOAD完又成日出SPINNING, 我想SEARCH番D舊BLOG又SEARCH唔到, 個EDITOR個CURSOR又成日彈o黎彈去, 唉... 好煩呀!!! 好後悔當年冇把心一橫搬走!!! 搬咗就唔使受呢D苦果...之後又講開我今個月只係POST咗4篇食評咁少... 係呀, 冇計啦, 而家D時間放晒落我D微型公仔屋度, 好鬼忙呀!!! 食少幾餐大餐, 順便當減吓肥囉...亮亭豬扒咖喱飯--估唔到會比好友點中亮亭嘅招牌菜吖!!! 睇餐牌見要成76蚊, 覺得好貴!!! 原來好大碟o架, 而且D豬扒炸完仲好JUICY又軟熟, 不愧係招牌菜...元祖東京拉麵--豉油湯底, 糖心蛋, 大大塊叉燒, 大大塊紫菜, 鳴門卷, 大量芝麻同青荵碎, 賣相同餐牌張相一樣呀!!! 湯底味道一般, 糖心蛋還可以, 叉燒OK喎, D麵最唔得囉, 好多都未散開嘅!!! 我用筷子"了"咗好耐, 都唔散開, 最後要逐條逐條"了", 搞咗好耐先搞開晒, 好失望!!! 我呢碗咁嘅麵都要68蚊... 唉...麻布蜜糖柚子茶--食物價錢咁貴, 飲品都仲要加8蚊... 仲要問咗幾次先拎o黎, 嘩... 個杯個樣好唔吸引囉!!! 無敵話佢呢個賣相只值3蚊!!! 味道同出面D柚子蜜都係差不多, 只係落多咗水, 冇咁喪甜...咁嘅價錢, 咁嘅質數... 唔怪得一路行過o黎路經嘅食店門口都迫滿人, 唯獨呢間仲有位...飲咗一杯柚子茶, 再飲埋佢杯茶, 下午又勁口乾, 不停灌水12小時都仲好口乾, 唔知係咪落咗...?!!店內裝修都幾日式, 有卡位又有吧枱位, 我地坐係入門口嘅吧位, D人成日出出入入開門閂門, 都幾騷擾... 同埋吧位都好迫吓, 坐到縮埋一舊仲要攬住個袋, 食完全身肌肉都拉緊晒...

幫襯個數次,第一次是朋友介紹的,那是剛開太古城舖的!要了豬骨面,豬骨選擇第一個!(我平時是食第二個的,豬骨面連半生熟蛋)今次唔記上次o既選擇係第二個,所以今次要咗第一個(錯咗,第二個是連半隻半生熟蛋的!)!半生熟蛋(另外叫的):太熟了!豬骨拉面:湯是十分濃的,肉亦較肥,還是option 2 好食D!芝士墨魚餅:頹到不能再頹,反正是免費的,有leaflet 係枱,不同時間有唔同小食,大家都可以試吓!

於1068開會,開完會老闆話不如係附近食埋lunch先返公司,行行下見「亮亭」個門口咁"橙",又由於時間尚早(12:30)唔駛等位,就咁決定。博多豚骨拉麵 ($62)多芝麻, 個湯底非常清但無味, 拉麵份量好足夠但味道一般叉燒味道一般,較肥口味唔係咁夾,應該唔會再試。

After watching a film at City Plaza, we were looking for food and I kind of fancy Japanese noodles on the day, and my husband reminded me we could try 亮亭. We got there like 9:35pm and luckily they were still open.Ordered a 豚骨醬油拉麵 less salt, 福岡拉麵, fried soft shell crab and chicken soft bones.豚骨醬油拉麵 – lots of sesame, half egg, 2 slices of pork, the noodle was quite chewy, the soup was acceptable but personally I can probably try the original favour.The other dishes were nice too.But when around 9:50pm, the waitress came and asked us for the bill, they started to put the chairs on the tables, 9:55pm, they turn off the kitchen lights and given us a signal that they were ready to leave sharp at 10pm (they close at 10pm), but come on, we were still having our food and we sensed that they were rushing us to go.Even though your food is ok with reasonable price, a service like this is a No No.
