Belon, the signature restaurant of Banyan Tree Macau has been my latest favourite Macau Western restaurant. My favorites were the Sous Vide Wagyu Beef Cheek, Wagyu Striploin(one of best I had this year) and the Espuma Cream Caramel ,Yuzu sorbet.
The Wagyu Beef Cheek was very soft and tender while the wagyu striploin was so 'beefy' and rich in meaty flavor (even with a slight/perfect crust). The dessert was also pretty decent with a harminous match between the cream caramel and yuzu sorbet.
Overall, the staffs were really well-mannered and heart-warming whilist the food was also of great quality. Will def come back again in the future!
