Day trip to Macau with some American friends, and we wanted dim sum. GEM was near the ferry terminal and had the atmosphere of a Cantonese seafood restaurant (nice tablecloths, plush chairs, delicate tea ware). Prices are 22 for small, 32 for medium, 42 for large, and more for noodles and special items. We were most impressed by the cha siu cheung fun and the pan fried pork dumplings with the rice paper topping (zhaozi) and it was a good way to start the day. A little empty but overall a reasona
