Originally we planned on dining at Bombana, however to my disappointment I found out that Bombana is closed on Wednesdays...I did a little more digging and found out that the Galaxy had another italian restaurant (Terrazza). It took us a whileto actually find the restaurant since its location is kind of tucked away beside the Macallan (which is an excellent whiskey bar btw).Started with the Octopus appetizer which happened to be cooked perfectly.We decided to share the Lobster Tagliolini and Aussie Steak for mains.The housemade pasta was definitely a highlight and had an interesting yet pleasurable texture.The "special sauce" for the steak was tangy and acidic with aromas from the burnt time and rosemary,it complimented the fattiness from the steak extremely well.Dessert of course had to be the Tiramisu...It had every element you would expect from the classic italian dessert.The crunchy chocolate chips you find in the bottom are an enjoyable surprise.As an important side note do not miss out on the fantastic wine list!The somme is knowledgable and I'm sure she can provide a well matched wine for your meal.I wouldn't suggest you waste your time on any of their cocktails on the drink menu.This restaurant unfortunately lives in the shadow of Bombana (Galaxy's other Italian restaurant)however I think that if you give it a chance you may find that Terrazza can shine in its own way. 继续阅读

Everything was OK except pasta. Can't believe a Michelin recommended Italian restaurant couldn't get pasta right. We chose a lobster ravioli which is on their special menu. The lobster was fine but the ravioli stuffing was really salty. After sent it back, the replacement carbonara was again extremely salty. I seriously think the chef double salted the pasta forgetting that the bacon by itself is seasoned already. The bad pasta experience almost ruined the night. To be fare, other dishes like the starters and sliced steak were good but the salty taste of pasta almost numbed my taste buds and ruined our appetite for desserts.It's our second time here. Each time we had some good dishes but always mixed with a bad one. I don't think we will come back again. Looks like They lost the Michelin star for a reason. 继续阅读

终於又回到澳门的游记~重看陈年旧蜜月游记,8月出发的我们真的太可怜了,想吃的名店几乎全关门了;庆幸近年却不少名厨陆续来港来澳,上月尾在澳门银河内 Terrazza 庭园意大利餐厅,也吃了一顿由总统级御厨 Fabrizio Boca 主理的美味 Wine-pairing dinner!   意大利菜本来就比法国菜轻松,Terrazza 虽然贵为米芝莲一星餐厅,也一样气氛亲和、平易近人,特别欢迎一家大小同来用餐;事实上,妹妹已经是第二次成为坐上客了! 到访当晚万圣节还未过,除了繁花餐厅又满有不少南瓜布置,气氛极好;而这晚为我们准备美食的 Chef Fabrizio Boca,可是意大利奎里纳宫的行政总厨呢,与之前在 Cha Bei 法式甜品工作坊的 Chef Julien Gugourd 一样,是不可多得的星级大厨! 六道菜连五杯餐酒的晚餐,定价竟然是MOP $888/位,简直看傻了在场每一位朋友的眼!不过茶单只供应两晚,大家唯有看我带几分残忍的分享吧~ 以松软面包开一开胃後,正式头盘前又有开胃小吃,当晚是精致版的粟米汤,巧妙配上爆谷,组合绕是有趣。 首款佳酿是 NV Nino Franco Rustico, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut DOCG, Veneto,汽泡酒泡沫丰富、生动清新,为愉快满足的盛宴揭开序幕! 首道菜式是 Lobster Salad Sardinia Style 撒丁风味龙虾沙律,鲜甜嫩滑的龙虾钳肉,配上茴香、红洋葱等配菜,滋味清新又鲜香,是个绝妙的开胃头盘~ 然後又有清丽好喝的 2015 Feudi di San Gregorio, Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Campania 白酒,拌着 Homemade Tonnarello with Pecorino Romano and Toasted Black Madagascar Peppercorns 意式长面配罗马羊奶起司及马达加斯加黑胡椒 上台。成品也许不是最美,但鲜制的长面口感极佳,芝士香味又浓烈,非常好吃令人回味的! 长面分了不少给Chloe,所以又与友人共享另一款散点的 Paccheri Pasta with Spicy Soft Pork sauce and Bell Pepper Puree 粗管面配辣猪肉酱及甜椒茸 ($168)。粗管面又是极具口感,那份近似豆瓣酱的香辣滋味非常过瘾,爱辣的值得一试! 然後来到红酒的 2015 Elena Walch, Pinot Nero DOC, Alto Adige,与之相配是 Octopus "Panzancella" with Crispy Celery 八爪鱼面包沙律配脆芹菜;八爪鱼煮得软腍入味,配以芹菜更添清香,底下的面包沙律则是新尝试,质感及味道都好有趣的! 另一款红酒 2012 Il Palagio, Casino delle Vie IGT, Toscana 也上场了,拌着的是 Roman Oxtail "Vaccinara" 罗马风味烩牛尾。牛尾肉已尽起,堆成一座小圆塔,非常方便食用;同上的芹菜又是起了清新妙效,边吃边呷口红酒,感觉写意之极~ 原谅我词不达意,因为当晚实在喝太多了... 连甜品也配上 2014 Rivera, Piani di Tufara, Moscato di Trani DOC, Puglia,而且又香又甜的 Moscato 向来是我心水,不得不乾掉! 甜品是 Signature Tiramisu 经典提拉米苏,与 Terrazza 那软滑的堂弄版本完全不同,组合介乎拿破仑及 Tiramisu 之间,口感也是脆软兼备,香甜好吃、很快就被我清光了! 晚宴最後还备有咖啡或茶,以及庭园小甜点,但又饱又醉的我那里吃得下?陪朱古力妹妹最後吃下散点的 Chocolate Sphere Surprise 巧克力球 ($108),也是时间回房梳洗休息了~ 虽然醉醺醺,也要一赞这朱古力球层次丰富、甘浓好吃,朱古力妹妹吃得非常满意的! 吃饱饱,是时间回房间,相拥沉沉睡了;明天,再最後补记离开日的午餐吧~ 继续阅读

又一整个月没有写任何的东西,事实上笔者也是有点太懒了,过去一个月大家不知过得怎麽样呢?笔者还好还是在生存中,三月份也去了美国工作,是有点累的,久久没有调整好生理时钟,工作是辛苦的,所以看似去美国这件过瘾的事情其实半点也不见得过瘾。有时候在想在这长途的旅程上,应可以打几篇食记,事实上是不可行,去的时候睡不好,回的时候要坐凌晨机回程,在夜间打开屏幕更是很痛苦的事情,再者笔者又不是甚麽高层领导,还是坐迫得令人透不过气的国泰航空经济仓在上空飞航十多小时,真的令人心情烦躁。在去美国前去了澳门的食记还没有完全出来,还是乖乖的打一篇,笔者对银河的确有一种莫名奇妙的感情,或许他们选择多质素也不俗吧,打开米芝莲书本不难发现有些餐厅非常适合笔者口味,是次来到的是庭园意大利餐厅。其实笔者喜欢欧洲多於美国,正所谓识拣一家拣欧洲旅行,但欧洲来说笔者或许不会太喜欢意大利这个名牌集中地,因治安确实有点差。最近看了某韩国女团的去欧游节目,有笔者梦寐以求的奥地利,更有冷门一点的选择匈牙利和斯洛文尼亚,看了这个节目不止爱上了这些风景优美的国家,还疯狂爱上了这队出道八百多天的六人少女组合,是的人会突然改变,一成不变的只是因为向命运低头不得放弃某些很想做的事情。「庭园」刚刚在米芝莲下拿下了一颗星星,是绝对值得一吃,装潢实而不华,没有像香港Sabatini那种古典豪华氛围,是有一点像The Kitchen 大厨的装潢感觉,虽然是米芝莲但感觉上还是普通像笔者一般的市井之徒吃得起,再看餐牌更有这一种感觉。看看餐牌,意大利餐厅也是笔者喜爱的,但在意大利餐厅吃烤乳猪在米芝莲餐厅吃比萨还是第一次,当然这般特别一定要一试,虽然只点了两个菜式,但已足够抱着肚皮是很饱了。这款的餐包只有一种,是一种长条形的面包,偶然也会看到这种面包出现在意大利或法国餐厅之上,当然少不了橄榄油和黑醋伴吃,出奇的还提供了一种类似自家番茄酱一起吃。面包约长廿多厘米,本以为它是松脆口感,原来是软绵的口感,没有用橄榄油和黑醋,反之只点着那个自家酱料吃,却愈吃愈开胃,原先想像一定吃不完的却完全吃光光。出人意表地餐厅除面包外还有另一款餐前食物提供,这个暖暖的前菜来得非常特别,底部有类似蛋的布甸,味道却充满了海胆的味道,香口而暖胃,表面还送上一点黑鱼子,甘香又带一点咸味,这个前菜笔者并不知菜式名,但这知前菜却令人留下非常深刻的印象,是笔者这几年吃过最好吃的前菜。先来的是比萨,笔者选择了Contadina ($168),食材包括番茄酱、水牛芝士、牛肝菌、猪肉肠,薯仔及帕马森芝士。意想不到这一个价钱能够吃比萨,虽说是米芝莲餐厅但价钱却跟必胜客相若,本以为在这种餐厅吃份量一定不多,但却来得多而丰富,丰富的食材令整个比萨相当耀眼,比萨皮薄口感香脆,每一块拉出来都有起司效果,而且入口层次丰富不单调,重点是吃起来也不见油腻或太饱滞的感觉,以性价比来说这一个比萨以至在这里吃比萨性价比极高,绝对值得一吃。最後是意式烤乳猪配蘑菇及薯蓉 (Maialino da Latte in Porchetta con Rosmarino, Italian Country-Style Suckling Pig with Sautéed Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes,  $448),究竟意式跟葡式的分别在那里?笔者想不出,但这一个烤乳猪却吃特别,眼看份量不算多只有几颗,但再细看一下整个烤乳猪一颗骨头都没有,是甚麽回事呢?原来内裹的肉是整颗乳猪的精华,厨师把整只乳猪变成肉块,供食客食用,感觉是有一点像变魔术一样,就像我们吃饟蟹盖一样,不同的是这次主角是乳猪,肉质细致又细嫩,吃一块已觉把四分一只乳猪吃掉,非常饱肚,乳猪皮颇油,有一点脂肪,像是把骨胶原放入肚一样,整个意想不到的,比在葡国餐厅吃到的有过之而无不及,同样高级。除了烤乳猪大家可能会说:说好的蘑菇及薯蓉呢?当然跟随其旁边,蘑菇用上牛油炒制而成,不带一点苦涩味,但也不敌这个薯蓉,没有错这个薯蓉令人非常有罪疚感,因会令人忍不着吃完又再吃,这个薯蓉质感又浓又Creamy,吃起来十分滑溜,令人非常回味。这一次只吃了两道菜,吃了七百多块,但笔者也认为是值回票价,不止因为这个价钱吃到米芝莲,也吃得饱肚,每一款食物都相当高质素,令人想再来,下一次一定一定再来吃再吃多一点。这一间笔者认为论质素在The Kitchen之上是仅次於The Tasting Room,论价钱比楼下的8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA抵吃得多,对於不舍得吃的朋友绝对值得一去! 继续阅读

其实我约了这顿饭好久 大家聚会本来是开心的 谁知发生了一些小意外 我朋友在打算喝饮料时 玻璃杯底突然分离了 整支杯就爆开 大家吓倒了 谁知没有侍应注意到 我们也不方便大叫 结果挥手挥了好久才有人来 其中一个侍应说 可能是高温消毒杯遇冷水 所以爆杯 然後笑一笑 说人没事就行了 他随後离开 我跟另一个侍应说 我朋友的裤管全湿了 而且甜甜黏黏的 我不懂他说了什麽就离开了我朋友全晚都有点失焦 我觉得很不好意思 结果吃完菜我们匆匆离开we 5 ppl visited here last night. Quite disappointed bz the bottom of the glass was broken with no reason, when my frd was drinking. we all were stocked!!!! no staffs noticed us till we shook our hands for a period of time... one of the staffs explained it's common when there was sth. iced filling in a hot glass (the high temp. was supposed being treated by the ultraviolet light disinfection) (eer... so it always happened in your house?) however he smiled and said, the most important is no one got hurt, and he left. (but my frd' s pair of pants was wet and a bit sticky...how can I do???) we left asap as I noticed my frd was not feeling good. it really was not a good experience last night... 继续阅读
