Amidst countless chain eateries, Bing Kee Cha Dong in Tai Hang, with over 70 years of history, truly embodies authentic Hong Kong flavor. The Corned Beef Scrambled Egg Toast was perfectly crisp yet soft, filled with savory corned beef and scrambled eggs, simple yet satisfying. Their hot milk tea was smooth and rich, with my personal preference of milk tea with condensed milk, bringing gentle sweetness and ideal tea-to-milk ratio.
