条款及细则:
  • 如國泰会员希望使用「连结里赏」赚取里数,必须将符合要求的 Visa 和万事达信用卡或借记卡绑定至其会员账户。
  • 国泰会员每次可赚取「亚洲万里通」里数之消费额上限为港币10,000元。

  • 赚取的「亚洲万里通」里数将于认可餐膳消费交易后10个工作天内存入会员的账户。

這次在這間餐廳的用餐經歷實在令人極度失望。首先,當我和朋友到達時,明明已經坐下來等餐,但服務員卻態度冷淡,甚至有點趕客的感覺。全程我都沒有投訴等候時間太長,反而一直耐心等待朋友到來。可是,飲品的品質非常差,完全不符合這個價位應有的水平。更令人難以接受的是,當我表達對服務的不滿時,職員不但沒有積極解決問題,反而一再要求我詳細解釋,完全沒有顧及客人的感受,讓人覺得備受冒犯。整體來說,這家餐廳的管理非常混亂,員工作風散漫,服務質素極差。這樣的體驗令我感到非常憤怒和失望,實在沒有意欲再光顧這間餐廳,也不會推薦給任何朋友。希望管理層能夠正視問題,徹底改善服務和產品質素,否則只會繼續流失顧客。---My recent dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. My recent dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. First of all, when my friend and I arrived, we had clearly already sat down and were waiting for our meals, but the staff acted cold and even made us feel unwelcome, as if they wanted us to leave. Throughout the wait, I did not complain about the long waiting time and patiently waited for my friend to arrive. However, the quality of the drinks was very poor, which was unacceptable considering the price point.

What was even more unacceptable was the staff’s attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Instead of actively addressing the problem, they kept asking me to explain in detail, completely disregarding the customer’s feelings and making me feel offended.

Overall, the management of this restaurant is chaotic, and the staff are careless and unprofessional. The quality of service is extremely poor. This experience left me feeling very angry and disappointed. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. I sincerely hope the management will take these issues seriously and make significant improvements to both their service and product quality, or else they will continue to lose customers.
