Olympian Panda
It's located at the street right behind the HSBC building at Olympian City.
A small shop with about 3 tables for two and 3-4 seats facing the wall. Bight, clean with a very high ceiling. Comfortable.
They serve beef burgers, lamb burgers, fish burgers, veggie burgers, a number of side orders like onion rings and thick cut chips, salad and pasta.
We ordered lamb and beef burger:

The onion rings were not bad. Substantial portion but the batter was falling off easily. The onions were quite fresh and the flavour was fine.The burgers were freshly made so it took a while - about 10-15 minutes.
Panda Pumpkin:
First the pumpkin soup that came with the set (I think the whole set was about HK$45-50):
It's smooth and had a pretty strong pumpkin taste. A hint of cream and some herbs. My wife liked it a lot. 
The chips that came were extremely good. Thick cut, crunchy on the outside and soft inside with good potato taste. The amount of chips shown on the photo was just one portion but was quite sufficient for the two of us. Angus Beef Burger:
According to my wife, the veggies in the burger were all fresh and crunchy. The beef burger was tasty and juicy but was slightly salty. All in all, no complaints. But the old school, probably the first burger in Hong Kong "时新" (See Sun?) is still the best according to her.Lamb Burger:
I don't eat beef so I ordered a lamb burger instead. The lamb was also very juicy and had proper lamb taste which was on the "more than detectable" side, which was pretty good for those who like lamb, like I am. The burger was soft and the veggies were also very fresh and crunchy. Had to be a bit careful when eating because of the generous mayonnaise and HP sauce (?) mixed into it.
I really enjoyed my lamb burger.

Very friendly and sincere service. Staff served with a warm smile and very willing to help.
Not to be taken for granted.
Last Panda standing:
There's also a very interesting area outside. Actually just a wooden plank affixed on a metal barrier, which transformed it into a very nice outdoor standing area. There're two bars around the area so you could even get a beer with your burger.
I feel like another lamb burger and chips already!

I wonder what Panda had to do with this shop?
Perhaps they used "Panda Cheese" from Egypt?
Remember: Never say no to Panda.
I'll definitely be back!
