我哋今晚食teppanyaki 被安排坐喺其中一間比較大嘅teppanyaki房 我哋四人先到坐低冇耐 人都未齊 嘢食都未叫 廚師竟然已經入嚟開始炒嘢食 然後成晚喺我哋面前位置不停煮嘢食 出畀出面其他枱嘅客人
我哋坐低咗好耐 完全冇人serve 我哋要自己出去叫人幫我哋落單 drink list都唔畀 要問先至有 連廚師都忍唔住要離開teppan-yaki位置 出去幫我哋叫人
落單唔記客人嘅位置 每人套餐菜式有不同 出菜出錯曬畀我哋每個人 仲要侍應捧住啲餸有如大排檔咁問我哋邊個叫咗乜餐
食完嘅碟唔收 我哋食完嘅碟要一碟一碟疊曬喺面前先有位食
我哋今餐食嘢都唔算差 但係服務質素真係令我哋唔會想再返嚟 千六蚊一位嘅晚膳得到嘅服務唔應該係68蚊嘅價位嘅服務相同
I think a commercialized restaurant aims u to bring u taste that is relevant to the price. whereas a sophisticated restaurant will look to bring you a total meal experience from the moment u walk in to the moment u see the server, to every details that can impact the customer's meal experience. with these interpretation in mind, I would say Inagiku is an over-commercialized restaurant who aims to keep their revenues without too much concerns of customer experiences.
