📇我係嚮佢叫「一幸」啱啱未轉名做「彤」時食既🏯 食廚師發辦除左想享用較精緻同高質既日本料理外，🫡仲會期望有較好既服務，而可惜呢間未能做到。🗣Omakase向來重視同客人交流，但今次師傅態度冷淡，每次只粗略細語講低食材名稱便了事🤷🏻♂️😵💫再者，服務亦認真麻麻，明明收10pm，但8:30pm食到一半時師傅已經嚮你面前不斷執野趕收工，🏃🏻♀️好想你快D走，💸比呢個價錢食到咁趕又何必呢。而餐廳環境都唔太好，令人失望！🥴🍣楓（$1738/人，連加一）🍣👏🏻整體黎講食物質素唔差，份量亦夠多，共有超過10款刺身、6件壽司食，成餐相當飽肚。🦪而其中最驚喜係生蠔，尺寸超級大隻，上檯時切開一半，🤩咬落味道鮮甜軟滑，令人回味無窮！🤤另外，紫菜包住中拖+燒大拖見到已經想食，一入口有微微焦香味，🛢咀嚼下有一股魚油滲透嘴巴，確實難忘！🫣到壽司環節，可見師傅唔太著重細節位，佢放壽司既方向並不統一，扣分扣分🫤😋總體 (味道, 性價比, 環境, 服務態度) : 6/10——————————————————————————————🏯Apart from enjoying delicate and fine Japan

🏯Apart from enjoying delicate and fine Japanese cuisine in Omakase, 🫡it is expected to receive good service from the staff, but then this restaurant do not fulfil this criteria. 🗣Except from telling you the food name, the chef has cool attitude and avoid communication with his customers🤷🏻♂️
😵💫Besides, they supposed to be closed at 10pm, 🏃🏻♀️but then they keep packing in front of the customers at 8:30pm like hurrying us up. 💸The restaurant environment is not welcoming also as there are things flying around🥴

👏🏻The quality and portion of the food is good as they offer more than 10 pieces of sashimi and 6 types of sushi. 🦪The most surprising one is the oyster, it’s huge in size, sweet and juicy! 🤤Besides, the chu-toro and grilled o-toro with seaweed is luscious, 🛢the fish oil is all around your mouth and it’s such a memorable dish! 🫣For the sushi part, you can tell the chef is not detail-minded as he place the sushi in different direction every time🫤
