This pancake is so popular in Japan and it have been open for a long time and now they have a new store which includes new menu in Causeway Bay, I hope to try it in cwb too if I have time haha😹 Also, it only provides 20 premium pancakes in three times each day: 11a.m., 3p.m. And 6p.m.🤕 That’s why there are so many people queue up there when it is new open in tst.I was excited before I try last month as it’s my first time and I went there in weekday around 5:45 and I am really lucky as there was

Premium pancake $138

This is the signature pancake of gram in Japan and that’s it only provides 3 times a day as the special method of making the pancake.

There are a butter on top of the pancake with syrup and cream.

The cream won’t be too sweet and the pancake is really soft but after took one pic and the butter suddenly fall so quick😭 btw the pancake is really good and just like eating a cake which like soufflé but unlike tasting the air, it will really make you feel full and you can taste with the syrup and cream 😋

Matcha pudding & red bean $108

This flavour of pancake only provides in Hong Kong so we order and try if it’s good. And it is so surprise that that make it very well as there are strawberry, cream with red beans on top of the pancake which covered by the matcha powder.

The first layer between the pancake is cream and the second layer is a matcha pudding and matcha cream.

What a great matching and rich taste when you eat those layers. The matcha pudding is so nice ! But too many matcha powder and the pancake not soft enough so it’s a bit dry.

Bacon & scramble eggs $118
This combination of pancake feels like a all day breakfast provides in cafe and it will be so nice to be a brunch haha. This includes 2 thick bacons, scramble eggs, 3 piece of pancakes , salad with tomatoes sauce.

The bacons taste really good unlike the normal one you eat in restaurant or we usually cook at home and it taste like a pork belly😬.

The eggs is soft and wasn’t over cooked but if you placing it on the top of the pancake too long will destroy the taste of the pancake as it will make it wet so you should taste them together when the pancake arrive then you can try the best taste at first when they still warm.Although this pancake looks normal, it’s softer than the pancake of matcha flavour.
