前排朋友帶咗我去一間位於SOHO巴甸街其中一條小巷嘅酒吧！位置超级神秘 驟眼望落真係好似一條普通嘅後巷完全唔似會有酒吧🙌🏻門口同bar入面嘅燈光都充滿神秘感💚我地被安排到角落座位 私隱度高啲冇咁嘈～店員都算友善 每上一杯cocktail 都會詳細解釋用咗咩酒同材料 同埋聞落去同飲落去有咩唔同👍🏻*可惜當日我哋撞正佢哋廁所大漏水 成個地板都係水要好小心行 希望佢地盡快整好啦 好想revisit～·Doomsday $120(Vetiver Rye, Tonka Rum, Lemon, Jasmine & Grapefruit Sherry)佢個✨效果真係好ig able❤️staff話係sandalwood scented steel wool! 聞落香氣十足 飲落味道好有層次但酒味就唔算好濃～·Dreams of Lions $120(Scamorza, Rum, Cognac, Bread Wine, Wax, Banana, Spices, Milk punch)另一杯好ig able嘅cocktail 有smoke effect～飲落味道好豐富同埋相對上酒味重過Doomsday👍

GARDEN OF EDEN 1985(香檳黃色）推薦：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Whiskey based，但酒體較清爽，聞上去會有點腥味，是一杯味道和氣味上有反差的調酒。值得一提的是調酒師上酒時會點著杯上的米紙，會飄出綿花糖味香氣，又會即時噴上香橙皮油，較為特別👍🏻3. MEN WITHOUT WOMEN 1927（茶色，黑色啫喱蓋）推薦：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️又是一杯偏甜的調酒，在味道和口感上更複雜、更有層次。基酒上使用了愛爾蘭威士忌，調酒師介紹是Irish coffee的twist，可說是十分有創意且成功的調酒👍🏻4. THE DANGEROUS SUMMER 1959（淺黃色）推薦：⭐️⭐️⭐️概括來說就是芒果芝士蛋糕的味道，易入口，輕盈清爽，但回味有一絲酒精味道，可謂酒如其名。適合女士的一杯調酒。5. THE SUN ALSO RISES 1926（綠色）推薦：⭐️⭐️⭐️一杯充滿植

呢間bar位置都幾隱蔽，一條窄巷轉入去落樓梯就會見到入口。裝修幾靚，同出面形成對比，燈光暗暗，氣氛好啱同朋友黎飲下野吹下水～Cocktails 選擇都多，以下係我地既選擇～ 1️⃣Cat in the Rain（$120） 面頭既泡沫咸咸地，配搭埋好清既酒一齊飲，好清爽～ 2️⃣Men without Women（$120） 味道比cat in the rain濃啲，係一杯帶有甜味既酒。呢度既服務都好好，薯片同水都喺唔駛我地要求下幫我地refill，完全唔會阻到我地傾計既節奏～👍🏻

沿住大斜路有條窄窄樓梯行落呢間神秘酒吧。店內好多人，我地暫時被安排企一角，個人幾喜歡呢個位， 因為可以睇住調酒而且靜啲。The Torrents of Spring飲落好得意，有種好熟識又好陌生嘅感覺，好似有飯香咁?!The Sun also Rises不是我喜歡的味道。Garden of Eden幾有趣，後段好似有奶味滲出黎咁。Winter Take Nothing望落感覺清新，但飲落似凍湯，好濃，不是我個人喜好。

Before I came to this speakeasy bar last Friday, I have done some researches on this bar history and reviews and found that this bar was awarded as Asian Top 1 bar in 2018/19. 一直聽過這家THE OLD MAN聽説之前在國際上拿過獎所以來的游客也很多但是走過那條街很多次也沒有留意過有這家就把啊😄後來在朋友指點下才發現原來在一條狹窄的樓梯下面。有一個白色的燈箱進去以後是一個小小的空間不算大除了一張很大的長桌以外，只有幾桌而已我和朋友點了兩杯一杯是winter take nothing裏面是番石榴gin蘇打，和胡蘿蔔風味的調味比較清新，但是有點小杯建議冰塊可以少一點另一杯是沒有記錯的話spiced AFRICAN是沒有酒精的另外裏面放了超級多的薑黃粉所以中東風味很濃也很酸可以消除油膩感
