This was the first time I went to Su Casa since they've moved! This time, some of my friends came over to Hong Kong for the first time! and of course, I took them to Su Casa to impress them and they were not dissappointed at all! I booked a table early in advance! cos' I've missed the duck liver penne for so long and it cannot be missed!!!The weather was so bad that night and it was pouring down with rain! This was the first time I went to Su Casa since they've moved! This time, some of my friends came over to Hong Kong for the first time! and of course, I took them to Su Casa to impress them and they were not dissappointed at all! I booked a table early in advance! cos' I've missed the duck liver penne for so long and it cannot be missed!!!

The weather was so bad that night and it was pouring down with rain! It was hard to find the location, so I had to keep calling Monica to find out! She was very delighted to help for sure!!

Monica and Garry's new restaurant is quite a bit bigger! The interior design is very simple but nice! The lighting and the atmosphere was very comfortable! We soon forgot the hassel of getting there!

The four of us first started with 2 seafood platters! Including one of my favourites, fresh yummy oysters, and of course we ate them in order as suggested! I'd never realised how whelks could be so delicious, so we ordered some more whelks! so fresh and so rich in flavour!

Then we had the eel salad, lobster linguinie! and at this time, Monica changed our wine for us to red wine! and hear it comes!!!! Kobe beef and the duck liver linguine (they ran out of penne, so they had to use linguine instead! but it was still very very nice!!!)

Finally, we had desserts! As well as Tiramisu and Sorbet, of course we had some chocolate hot fudge pudding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gorgeous!!!!!!

Monica planned our whole dinner for us and it was just perfect! My boyfriend wanted to try the Kobe, so Monica put the Kobe in with the rest of the food and it came out at the right time, right order amongst all the other food!! Every dish just complemented with each other very well!

When we wanted to have a fag break, Monica would let the kitchen know so our food wouldn't get cold or over cooked! Everything was great! My friend's been to a lot of nice restaurants over the world, including restaurants with Michellins stars! and he said this is one of his top restaurant! especially the duck liver pasta! I totally agree! I've been to some good restaurants myself as well, including Jamie Oliver's! I dare say that Su Casa is as good!!!! or not, better!!!

I just love the food and the service here!!!! You guys make me feel proud of being from Hong Kong! Can't wait to come back and enjoy the oysters, whelks, duck liver pasta, kobe, eel, chocolate pudding...................................... again and again........

有個做左十年既同事resign, 揀左响呢度farewell!搬左過黎新會道之後, 一樣咁難搵不過地方大左好多! 氣氛都幾好, 不過枱數多左所以比以前嘈d, 不過我地七個人都有份嘈!食物方面,全部keep到水準!生蠔拼盤繼續好新鮮, 因為五個人share個拼盤, 所以我食左兩隻咋! 但係都好好好好味!跟住同行既同事仲因為佢杯好好飲既house wine而叫多一支添!之後叫左煙鱔沙律, 蟹餅, 鱸魚, 煎鴨胸, 鴨肝扁意粉 同埋一個帶子天使麵 ........ 我自己就覺得全部都好好味! 不過有同事話鴨胸煎得老左少少喎, 我食0個舊又無喎力讚係個是日餐湯 -- 蟹肉湯!超好味, 又creamy 又足料!甜品就叫左燉蛋, tiramisu , 心太軟, 三樣都幾好, 對鍾意酒既我黎講, 個tiramisu 好夠酒味!最後唯一有少少美中不足係可能比以前間鋪大左, 所以人手唔係好夠, 我地飲完個湯之後等左差唔多一個鐘先至有第二樣野食!

力讚係個是日餐湯 -- 蟹肉湯!超好味, 又creamy 又足料!

甜品就叫左燉蛋, tiramisu , 心太軟, 三樣都幾好, 對鍾意酒既我黎講, 個tiramisu 好夠酒味!

最後唯一有少少美中不足係可能比以前間鋪大左, 所以人手唔係好夠, 我地飲完個湯之後等左差唔多一個鐘先至有第二樣野食!

上網得知以前的mi casa同事及老闆搬到此餐廳,昨晚便跟我男朋友再到此一試.我們兩人選了生蠔拼盤,本想點海鮮拼盤,但又怕兩人吃了會飽不能吃其他,結果點了生蠔拼盤,還有兩杯白酒送,抵芒果煎鴨肝,很香口,滑,good野菌意粉入口很香,還配合磨茹,羊架煎到剛剛好,再配合綠色的不知是什麼醬,一流心太軟十足十朱古力味,重味配雪糕入口不熱不冷,正還想再來芝士餅,原來是廚師花心思自製的餅,上面灑上朱古力粉,很有芝士味,很得意,好吃

這是為食師父與未婚妻來吃完海鮮拼盤後的感想。要不是要儲起彈藥以興祝父親節,我們一定會叫多一盤。這裏的生蠔如何新鮮,如何美味,相信來過的食客都知道了。來這裡吃蠔,一定不會吝惜腰中錢就是了。現在想談談Gary選的酒。看漫畫"神之水滴"便知,要挑選伴生蠔的白酒,十分不容易。但Gary選的白酒(沒有問他酒的名稱,下次倒要請教),加以生蠔,一點都不會令生蠔失色,反之,能襯托生蠔的鮮味,份外可口。這次到Su Casa, 還吃了他們的300日T骨扒,這T骨扒肉味香濃,還有一點點脂肪,以致牛扒的肉汁等別豐富,十分美味。值得一讚的是,我要求Medium的牛扒,牛扒便煎到剛剛好Medium,不會太生,亦不會太老。這樣的功架,星級大酒店都未必做到。

又係我......因今天去了做GYM, 想 Mi Casa 新搬店, 可能沒咁Busy, 去幫襯先....點知都全店滿坐, 剛好有一張2人枱在窗邊. 一個人剛好.....坐下吃了三隻蠔...好脆口鮮甜.試未吃過的黑松露意大利飯, 好香的芝士味, d黑松露有香味, 不過我都係喜歡靚仔廚神的意大利飯很合我口味, 剛好有一點硬,不會淋. 正.當然不會少了意大利芝士餅...(多謝 Garry & Monica 請我吃)

從朋友口中, 知道大坑 Mi Casa 搬了地方, 而且全部人都去了新舖, 咁當然第一時間試下先... 嘩好大地方呀.... 比以前地下大差不多1倍. 而且是2樓比舊舖舒服多.當晚我同朋友共4人 吃了多款蠔, 多謝Garry 同我們選了合我們口味, 而且肥美的蠔.跟住吃了燒磨菇....很多汁.....很香味... 不過我個人感覺咸了少少, 但朋友卻不覺得. 可能我熱氣吧芝士卷....嘩, 很香脆呀....而且不油膩, 正好來個鴨肝磨菇意粉......D鴨肝好香呀....D意粉剛剛好, 不淋,不硬超正.我們帶來的酒, 正配合美味意粉... 竟發現已飲晒....好彩 Garry 新舖有一排酒櫃....好多酒, Garry 介紹我們飲教皇酒 2006年, 完全配合再來的 日本豬扒.... 跟住再來我最喜歡的牛扒.... 5成便5成, 師傅仔, 完全沒有失手...我吃了咁多次, 次次都達我要求, 利害呀.
... D牛扒不用多說了.....而且配合 Garry 介紹的教皇酒...頂瓜瓜呀..
已經十分飽了.....但一餐咁正的西餐, 點可沒甜品...天呀...好大件的意大利芝士餅...好好味..可惜要同朋友分一半...好彩當晚撞到另一個 熟人...(在Mi Casa認識的) 她知道我喜歡吃, 俾了一半我吃... 正好帶來尾段高潮...因教皇酒...正帶起意大利芝士餅的甜味....嘩好味呀...
好開心, 一間食市由一間地方做得咁成功, 而搬去一處更大地方, 沒有因地方改變, 沒有因客多了, 而影響了水準, 水準更俾之前好, 可能因地方大了設置更好令廚師仔可以有更大發揮. ..而且能帶俾我更大驚喜....,多謝 Garry, Monica 及 靚仔廚神 令我澳洲朋友吃得咁開心.

祝新店開張大吉,生意興隆!我是這店的常客,套用內地的一句說話:這店"性價比"不錯!但近日光顧時發覺食物質數下滑了,尤其是蠔的新鮮度,希望能把入貨這一關看緊一點!另外,也希望餐廳能用心研究一下時令的菜單,運用季節性的素材創作兩三樣耳目一新的菜就足夠了.
