Wanted to find a restaurant in TST that is good for business dining. Yes, those ones at the hotels are rather presentable but the food is not necessarily good nor the atmosphere conducive to conversation. Steik didn't disappoint in those quarters.

Steik is sited at one corner on the 3rd floor of K11. The location is not easy to find because of the layout of the shopping arcade and no doubt contributes to the quietness at lunch hours.

The restaurant is divided into two parts - one side for drinks and the other side for meals. One quick glance around also revealed a private room (not sure if there are other ones). The atmosphere is very cozy with a variety of table layouts - face-to-face, square-ish and semi-circular. The tables are also widely spaced allowing a lot of privacy for the diners.

The set lunch menu consists of a variety of appetizers, including a daily soup, Caesar salad, crab cake, prawn cocktail, parma ham, foie gras, etc. to suit every taste buds. The price of the set lunch varies on either side of $200 depending on the main course and whether one opts for any dessert ($30 extra). The main courses also contain an abundance of choices from vegetarian to chicken to fish to red meat.

While the prawns in the tiger prawn cocktail I had was not one of the best I have tasted, the presentation and the salad were a good distraction from the lacklustre crustaceans. The main course was a piece of Chef's cut sirloin done to medium/rare. The size (7oz) was just perfect for lunch - the cut was thick enough to retain the juiciness and yet the overall size was small enough to prevent parts of the steak from becoming cold and stale. It was done to perfection! The quality of the meat and the immaculate preparation can put the kitchens of a lot of better known steak houses to shame!

It is also worth commenting on the etiquette of the staff. They were observant, appeared only when necessary and showed no uneasiness or dismay even when our lunch went on to 3:30pm. Kudos to them!

The crab cake was nicely pan-fried that gave a nice crispy outer skin, with hearty yet non-overwhelming inner stuffing. Shreds of crab meat were visible and tasted as such (instead of a mushy ball filled with potato).

For main course, 2 of us had the Chef’s choice cut of the day 7 oz dry aged, char-grilled steak with potato gratin, honey mustard rocket leaves, shallot and red wine jus. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium as I had wanted and had a nice sear that kept the beef juice intact. It was also tender but not fatty. Highlight of the dish, however, was the wonderful mustard! Perfectly pungent and sharp that brought out the flavor of beef. I hope it wasn't homemade so I can try and find out what brand it is

1 of us had the Wagyu rump steak M5+, with garlic and rosemary potatoes, salsa Verdi. I personall found that a bit too fatty and oily, but if you're looking for extreme tenderness, that's probably the steak you would like.

We all had the Lemon and kaffier lime tart with hot mint salad for dessert. Lemon had a nice balance of sweetness and sourness, and it was perfect with a cup of black coffee. The hot mint salad, or a mixture of tiny pieces of fruits, was unnecessary, however, as they weren't tasty (looked like canned fruits) and didn't add anything to the lime tart.

Although it was lunch hour with a full house, tables were spaced out with minimal noise. A nice place for family gathering or business lunch.

頭盤是Pan-fried blue swimmer crab cake,spiced chutney,micro salad,crustacean aioli,香煎蟹肉餅。蟹餅份量也不小,以薯蓉混著蟹肉來造,質感較為軟身,表面煎得略帶焦,但不太脆口。每口蟹肉餅也吃到有不少蟹肉,調味較濃,再點上旁邊的甜酸醬,酸酸的,挺好吃。

朋友的另外兩款頭盤分別是Chicken liver and foie gras parfait,truffled goose butter,baby pickles及Wagyu sirloin carpaccio,roasted baby beets,vincotto dressing,也試了一點點。自製松露鵝油鵝雞肝凍批,鵝雞肝凍質感柔滑,塗上香脆的多士來吃,確是豐腴甘香。

主菜有四款選擇,大家也一致地選了7 oz dry aged,char-grilled steak,potato gratin,honey mustard rocket leaves,shallot and red wine ju,炭燒風乾牛扒配忌廉焗薯,紅酒汁。除了牛,還有魚柳及豬柳可選,但來這裡就想試試他們的牛扒,生熟度點了Medium rare。七安士牛扒,看下去很大又足磅,在午餐來說吃這大牛扒真的十分豐富。牛扒表面帶著烤紋,但吃下沒有半點炭焦香。切開牛扒,中心呈鮮嫩粉紅,肉質也軟腍,但可更鬆化,而肉味是有,但沒想像中的濃郁,但整體來說,其實也不差。

最後甜品有三款,就每款點一客來分享試試。先是Lemon and kaffier lime tart,hot mint salad,檸檬青檸撻,檸檬餡料較為挺實濃稠,味道也酸,但撻底軟腍,不夠香脆,亦欠缺香油芳香。

Strawberry pavlova,vanilla cream,焗士多啤梨蛋白批,蛋白批表面淋滿紅紅的士多啤梨醬,賣相十分誘人。切開內裡呈空心,但蛋白脆身焗得有點不夠透,還吃到點軟腍蛋白,底部有不少雲尼拿忌廉,味道香甜,加上甜酸的草莓醬,也還好。

最後一款是Chocolate and mousse nougat macaroons,朱古力慕斯,烏結糖蛋白脆餅,一球朱古力慕斯放於脆餅上,慕斯口感不算很滑,質感較為濃稠,但可可味道十分香濃,令人滿意。加上底下微脆的餅,一同入口,兩種口感,令人沒法抗拒。

對於這Restaurant Week的午市套餐,食物質素都令人滿意,而且份量也足,吃得很飽又滿足。比起昨天在國金軒吃的任點點心午餐,驚多於喜,稍後也來跟大家分享這頓難忘的午餐。

前菜試了兩款,其一是Trio of Salmon (house smoked, tartar and rillettes, gribiche dressing)。一款食材,三款製法味道,感覺豐富。House smoked salmon煙熏香氣不算重,有點美中不足。Tartar and rillettes魚香較濃,質感幼滑,配上麵包吃口味不俗。Gribiche dressing的三文魚最肥味,橄欖油香與香醋味道夾雜其中,一只鶉蛋,除了多添香口味道,亦令口感更細滑溜口。

另一前菜Pan-seared Foie Gras (sticky fig pudding, raisin jus),鵝肝外層稍稍未夠脆口,內裡半溶鵝肝味道都算濃郁。香煎鵝肝通常拼上多士,這兒則拼上無花果布甸,清香帶甜挺特別。

主菜同樣試了兩款,首先是Herb Roaster Lamb Rack (warm spring potato salad, puttanesca dressing),羊架軟腍度中規中矩,質感略乾身,肉汁欠奉,或許烹煮時間過長。味道方面,肉香合預期,不帶羶味。伴碟的薯仔沙律,因用上puttanesca dressing的關係,味帶酸香,剛好調和肉類食材的滯膩感。

既然是Steak House,當然要試試這兒的牛扒。Dry-aged US Corn Fed Rib Eye Char-gilled 10oz/280gram (potato boulangere glazed French beans, sauce bordelaise)用上風乾穀飼牛肉,風乾過程可濃縮肉香,亦令肉質更鬆軟。穀飼飼養方式可提升牛肉的油花以添肥美口感。兩者並存當然能培養出味濃肉鬆的牛扒。加上炭燒風味,都不失為一項美食。

甜品拼盤有三款甜品(summer berry pudding, strawberry cheese cake, raspberry vacherin),賣相一般喇!Summer berry pudding雖用上莓類食材,但整體味道還是甜了一點。Strawberry cheese cake芝士味道較為清淡,有效避免搶去士多啤梨的芳香。Raspberry vacherin口味最為清新,亦是在飽足感覺下的最佳選擇。

老鄉的Char-grilled Australian Wagyu Rump Steak 7 oz其實早前已經試過了,優勝之處就在於夠肥美,肥膏與瘦肉結合得恰到好處,入口即有香噴噴的油脂傾瀉

甜品方面老鄉要了Baked Blueberry Cheesecake NY style,象徵性的吃了一半,不過也不意外,這芝士蛋糕雖說芝味醇厚,但焗得太熟,質感也比較硬身,味道上雖不過失卻也全無驚喜

我則選了覬覦已久的Trio of Creme Brulee,跟餐的甜品也有這個份量,真令甜魔感動…三款分別是雲尼拿、朱古力和芒果口味,這是吃出不通的感覺來,雲尼拿味是吃出一股透著芬芳的奶香;朱古力則趨於邪惡,甜苦交融;芒果則頗有熱帶夏日的氣息,配上面頭爽甜薄脆的焦糖,實在爽歪歪

餐廳環境、服務

K11商場雖然有港鐵直達,但是可能因為沒有太多國際一線名牌駐場,所以人流明顯較為疏落。平日午飯時間,這家商場內的食肆也不大有「人滿之患」,對於喜歡吃得從容的客人來說,不失為一個好去處。Steik World Meats就在商場的3樓一隅,位置可謂有點偏僻。

Steik World Meats是一家走fine dining路線的「扒房」,餐廳分酒吧和用餐兩大區域。酒吧就在正門的左邊,有落地大窗、高腳吧桌椅和舒服的沙發座,約有三十個座位。用餐區比酒吧區大很多,最亮眼的就是這裡的豹紋天花,更喜歡這裡給予客人有足夠的空間感,連這裡的座位也是非常舒適。

由於當天用膳時間有點緊促,難得這家餐廳都能配合我們的要求,電郵餐單、預先落單、快速上菜都一一做到,更重要的是過程中語氣態度仍然保持禮貌周周。

平日Steik World Meats的午市套餐為每位$168-$298(包括前菜及主菜),甜品須另加$28才可享用。雖然只是套餐,但是選擇可謂不少,無論前菜、主菜或甜品,都有7-8款選擇。因為看到好些一般餐廳不常供應的款式(如: Sticky Date Pudding、Classic Rum Baba及Passion Fruit Tart等),尤其被這裡的午市甜品選擇所吸引。好奇地也看了一下這裡的散點餐牌,知道散點菜式分餐湯($56-$78)、前菜($68-$178)、主菜($138-$458)和牛扒($368-$878)等幾類食物供應。當天點了煙三文魚、煎大蝦作前菜; 烤豬扒作主菜; 三色焦糖燉蛋及熱棗蛋糕伴雪糕作甜品

推介菜式

麵包籃 — Steik World Meats的精彩,自麵包籃掀起序幕,七款不同的麵包,以熱燙的姿態登場。雖然個人不太愛吃麵包,但仍忍不住嚐了芝士包及香草蕃茄包兩款。芝士包面有一層烘得香脆的濃郁芝士,包內鬆軟又有少許煙肉碎,是一款帶點「鹹香」的好吃麵包。香草蕃茄包則相對地味道較為清新,也是外脆內軟滋味非常。用來給客人塗麵包的牛油也絕不欺場,不但軟滑得容易塗抹,更是乳脂味香。

煙三文魚 — 四大塊帶少許鹹味的煙三文魚肉,放了點橄欖油又加了些檸檬汁,使魚肉顯得更滑更鮮,再加上幾顆果仁,吃起來就脆、軟口感俱備。

煎大蝦 — 從賣相已知這是一款一點都不馬虎的前菜。三隻大蝦被蒜蓉煎得香味撲鼻,一咬之下蝦的海水香味令人印象深刻。墊底的薯蓉吃得出是以新鮮薯肉壓成,香軟幼滑,更特別的是內有幾小片鴨肝,令薯蓉頓時變得不平凡。

烤豬扒 — 加拿大厚切豬扒,雖然看來沒有太多脂肪,但是卻烤得脂香誘人,內面又保持嫩滑有肉汁,沾一下以蜂蜜煮成的醬汁,特別有滋味。豬扒下面的意大利飯煮得非常al dente,既有蔬菜香味,又帶點奶香。

三色焦糖燉蛋 — 真的沒有想過$28的套餐甜品,竟有如此份量,三碗直徑差不多三吋的雲尼拿、朱古力及芒果焦糖燉蛋。除了份量非常慷慨之外,味道也極之出色。敲碎那表面的一層脆薄焦糖,就會看見下面的滑滑燉蛋。三款味道的燉蛋都一樣的絲滑,其中以雲尼拿最令人回味,吃著朱古力味的時候,以為自己在吃特濃朱古力慕絲。芒果味的果香卻不太突出,如果不是吃著中間的果肉,還以為只是吃著燉蛋而已。三款燉蛋的甜味都沒有過膩,令人有一吃再吃的衝動。

熱棗蛋糕伴雪糕 — 外形和配搭有點像「心太軟」,這款蛋糕也是以濃香朱古力為主角,上桌時還很熱呢!蛋糕面很脆,內裡仍是有點濕潤,吃起來透著蜜餞乾果的香味,沾上焦糖漿一起吃,很是特別!作為配角的雪糕也不是一般閒角,奶滑香濃兼有少許碎焦糖,是「心太軟」之外又一叫我欣賞的甜品

Amuse Bouche是 Cauliflower and Fois Gras Cappuccino. 雖說是Cappuccino,但其實是濃湯。用個像是expresso的小杯盛著,外型可愛份量也剛好! 在濃湯裡的鵝肝仍然是那麼香,油脂感重,都是濃濃的味道~ 為我們的晚餐揭開了序幕!

Entree我們繼續吃鵝肝! 二人分別要了Pan-Seared Foie Gras 及 Charcuterie Plate,而我先說前者吧。底部墊著的是sticky date pudding,甜中帶一點酸,是肥美的鵝肝的最佳配角。主角嘛,油香、入口即溶、有一點根、兩面香口。很好的一個頭盤

Charcuterie這個法文字泛指醃肉凍肉,如ham, bacon等。這個Charcuterie Plate一共四款,也不只是有豬肉,很豐富吸引。由左至右是duck rillettes, 鴨肉絲很tender很香,果然是rillettes, 用來做spread會更好! 接著是chicken liver and foie gras parfait with cherry jelly. 這份parfait用兩種肝做成,parfait那種pate的口感,但有很濃郁的肝味,所有也用上了cherry jelly來緩和一下內臟的味道... 然後有pork hock terrine. 這個豬(月爭)凍有點像我們中式的肴肉,也是在啫喱中的豬肉,吃起來啫喱部分比較清新實淨,不錯~ 最後便是house made foie gras torchon with fig jam. 在網上查看一下,方才知道這是個做鵝肝的方法,小妹見識真淺薄! 相比煎鵝肝,poached鵝肝就如poached egg一樣,更能保持食物原先的texture,無花果醬也起了畫龍點睛的作用。總括一句,這個plate很值得吃!

Main方面我們是要了duo of beef和lamb rack. Duo of beef即是有roasted sirloin和braised boneless prime. 西冷牛柳烤得皮香肉嫩,肉汁仍然給鎖著,很好的一塊牛. 慢煮牛仔骨就更厲害! 紅酒很入味,牛仔骨在慢煮的情況下肉質稔香但不失肉味,很香,口感上有點像牛腩,但比牛腩更勝一籌! 我倆都很推介這份main course, 不過好像a la carte不能order噢

相對起來,roasted australian lamb rack則有點平凡。羊架是肉嫩的,粉紅色的肉也很討好。但羊味未夠突出,因此我們都對它comment不多。倒是給作為配菜cotechino sausage及sauteed potato吸引著。我倆都是第一次吃這種像極午餐肉的意大利腸! 這種以豬肉和豬肥膏造成的腸煎起來吃與午餐肉無異,有薯仔和羊肉汁配襯,尤勝主角!

吃牛扒也該配上紅酒,餐廳沒有供應wine pairing服務,我倆就自行選擇,要了Shearwater Pinot 和 Kagarilla Road Shiraz,後者是不錯的,前者則有點淡如水。

來到我們心愛的甜品部分,先說flourless chocolate brownie吧! 餐廳給它的名字是[u]WICKED flourless chocoalte brownie,說得真好! 超級邪惡,因為很好吃! 無麵粉的情況下,朱古力味更濃更強,黏性也很強,所以吃得也更滋味!

另一甜品是為pear crumble也。小妹對crumble是情有獨鍾的,crumble好吃之處是那牛油味和暖暖的感覺。這份金寶令人失望之處是不夠暖和,牛油香倒是夠的。香梨在金寶中所產生的化學作用不及蘋果強,我倆都對這份甜品評價一般。

This was our 3rd or 4th time here. The food is good and atmosphere is too. However, they have an acute shortage of wait staff, so there is no service at all. On seating, we were not asked if we wanted drinks. After 15 minutes, we decided to flag down a waiter ordered drinks. This continued all night. For this kind of establishment at these prices, clients should not have to flag down waiters to order food and drinks.

Char-grilled Australian 7 oz Wagyu rump steak M6+
:Medium火候把握的恰到好處,肉味香濃而易咬,連帶少許肥肉更惹味,配上半融於牛扒表面的香蔥牛油,連我這種對牛扒望而生畏者都要讚賞。底部煎得表面微脆、又帶點迷迭香混合蒜味的薯仔也很美味。

Traditional house made Shephard's pie: 經典的牧羊人批幾乎是每次必點的dish,這道菜簡單易做,換回的卻是十足的美味,上層的薯蓉融合了芝士與牛油香氣,外表微焦帶脆,內裡則綿軟細膩。下層的則是密實的羊腿肉餡,肥瘦相宜,噴香而帶點羶味,如果餡兒裡再加少許蘿蔔、洋蔥、西芹粒等蔬菜就可以中和肉餡的肥膩,應該會更好吃吧

Fresh fillet of the day: 這天是sea bass,總覺得鱸魚肉質相對比較厚實粗糙,想煎到嫩滑也不太容易。這裡的魚皮處理得很成功,脆身而鮮香,但魚肉始終是不夠嫩,幸好所配的檸檬牛油汁香濃惹味,可以彌補一部分魚肉本身帶來的缺憾

甜品單點了Warm dark chocolate fondant (HK$78, a la carte),份量適中,價格相宜,賣相也十分精緻。心太軟有流心,朱古力味也較為濃郁,但甜度卻不弱,適合我這種嗜甜怕苦的甜魔。雪糕則用上HD的strawberry cheesecake味,雪糕本身固然是美味,但配本身已較甜的心太軟吃就有一點膩了,建議換成清爽少許的雲尼拿味或夏威夷果仁味。

另一甜點Baked passion fruit tart則是跟餐加HK$28換的,熱情果味道算是濃郁,質感也頗為幼滑,如果再酸一點會更好吃。撻皮則不夠脆身,牛油味也不濃,齋吃的話經不起推敲,但配上熱情果慕斯還是很美味的。

餐飲分別叫了latte, cappuccino和iced lemon tea。咖啡甘醇,不過latte對我來說奶味過濃,而且溫度不夠熱

縱使細微之處有瑕疵,整體而言我們三人對此餐都十分滿意,唯令人遺憾的是最想嚐的Boston lobster是日無貨,不過我也樂得重訪,解龍蝦癮之餘,也要重溫他的牛扒。

On the 1st day I started my relaxing day, I came to here; nearly the last day of my holiday, I came back the splendid steakhouse. Back to here, Steik World Meats is a Michelin's recommended steakhouse with beef sourced from the USA, Scotland, Australian, Japan & Argentina. It is also one of the restaurant that own a dry-aged cupboard, which is quite small in size, though. Its speciality is traditional char-gilled beef.

This time, the set lunch menu was different from the one two months ago. More variety but difinitely the price increase. The prices of set lunch range from $158 to $298, including 1 out of 6 appetizers, 1 out of 8 main courses & tea or coffee. Additional $28 for a la carte dessert. Reasonable price!


The daily soup was Minestrone, instead of amazing richy carrot soup like last time, so just ignore it. From the remaining 5 appetizers, which were Caesar Salad, Grilled Spring Bay Mussels, House cured Salmon Gravlax, Chicken Liver & Foie gras prafait, Pan fried frog legs a la provencale and 4 Freshly shucked new season oysters (+$68)

For the maincourse, there were pasta, steak, Shepherd's pie, Bonston Lobster... to choose from.

For the most exciting part: DESSERTS!! We eliminated the Trio creme brulee and the passionfruit tart as we've tried them last time. There were sticky date pudding, Rum baba, New York baked blueberry cheesecake, Selection of ice cream or sorbet and World-wide cheeseplate(+$68).

Finally, we came up our mind. We chose 2 set lunch. Appetizers: House cured Salmon Gravlax with baby potato salad, fine herbs and Chicken Liver & Foie gras prafait with truffled goose butter, baby pickles Maincourse: Linguine tossed with prawns, peas and Parma ham in mild chili garlic oil($158) and Char-grilled Australian 7oz Wagyu rump steak M6+ with garlic, rosemary roasted potatoes, confit shallot butter($218) Desserts(recommended by the kind manager though I don't really enjoy eating date and syrup): Sticky date pudding in butterscotch sauce, macadamia nut ice cream. The flavour of the ice cream motivated me to choose the date pudding.

House-baked assorted Bread: As expected, the bread is freshly baked. Warm enough. The basket consisted of a cheese bread (my favourite), a rye bread, a poppy seed bread (i'm not sure) and two pieces of baguette. Most of them were cripsy outside and soft inside but it was a bit disappointing for the baguette. Perhaps it was the last bread we ate. Besides, something also disappointed us. There was no longer pine nuts and olive oil for us to dip bread.
Instead, there was only unsalted butter (it was easily spread though), a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Why didn't they give us a whole bottle of olive oil and vinegar like last time? It may be due to a higher standard. Anyway, i was still satisfied with the vinegar.

House cured Salmon Gravlax with baby potato salad, fine herbs Fresh and a bit oily salmon but not very special. With the addition of potato salad, it tasted differently. Great combination. The finely chopped herbs added another spot of beauty of the dish.

Chicken Liver & Foie gras prafait with truffled goose butter, baby pickles I usually have pan-fried foie gras and it was the 1st time for me to try the cold one. I tasted and found that the amount of chicken liver was more than the foie gras. This might lead to a strong flavour, even felt a bit uncomfortable(maybe the pan-fried one is more suitable for me). Fortunately, the pickles neutralized the smelly & a bit choking flavour. Best to eat together with a toast.

Char-grilled Australian 7oz Wagyu rump steak M6+ with garlic, rosemary roasted potatoes, confit shallot butter I had no word to say and kept eating=] . The steak was very marbled and tender. It was cooked well to medium-rare, what i requested. Pink inside. The potatoes were roasted excellently but i couldn't smell any rosemary flavour. The salad aside was mixed with balsamic sauce, which was fresh and light. Cooked in perfection.

Linguine was cooked prettily.The sauce added the pasta become shiny but not oily. Prawns were big while the Parma ham was briny. Well done. However, it was a pity that the prawns were a bit overcooked. It might be because we didn't taste it at once. (We tried the steak first><)

Sticky date pudding in butterscotch sauce, macadamia nut ice cream.
Artisanl dessert!! It looked like chocolate fondant. The pudding was hot. It was in fact a chocolate pudding as I couldn't taste any date flavour. Tasting together with the butterscotch sauce added extra wetness but too sweet for me. Inside the pudding, of course, there was no fondant, but there were some white sweety substances. These might be the date. The macadamia nut ice cream was not enough, I think. The nuts inside was cunchy but not big enough, unlike the one in Island Shangri-la. However, the contrast of the temperature made me satisfied


All the food was great and scrumptious! Yet, we had waited for a long time for my cup of hot lemon water.
(My mother's one was first received very soon as she ordered first.)

When we were given the drinks (hot lemon water--> we were very full), it was so surprised that the kind manager thanked me that I praised him for having conversation with diners. Yeah, the atmosphere will be improved if the server chats with us in a relaxing way.

My birthday is coming. Maybe i will dine here again. (Too many choices><)

其實成日都行K11, 不過都係第一來呢間食, 因為話聽聞話d 專食扒, 所以週日就去試吓. 環境裝修行Fine Dining 路線, 除餐廳外還有bar , 服務員安排了我們坐卡位, 很闊落. 落咗order, 等上菜時, 才留意到原來係有個open kitchen, 可以見到廚師們在工作. Bread Loaf - 暖暖的, 幾好食Amuse Bouche - 前菜, 有點咸Crab & Lobster bisque - 個湯幾濃, 好飲香煎鵝肝 - 都有水準10 oz corn fed US Sirloin - 點咗Medium rare, 但係有點'鞋' 及靭, 失望. Linguine tossed with prawns, peas & Parma ham in a mild chili & garlic oil - 呢個反而唔錯, 至少比今日個扒強Dessert Plate - 拿破崙餅整得好鬆化, 好食Petits Fours - ok總括來說, 環境, 服務都唔錯, 但可惜今日主角失準, 無預期好食. 但仍想再來, 或者下次你得, 能夠給我多一點信心再回來!

Housemade bread~ 總共有5款~今次無上次cheese bread, 但係有麥包&我最愛既dried tomato and herb bread~smells gd; 個白芝麻包&黑芝麻包好香(上次無, 應該次次吾一樣)好啱我依個芝麻迷, 啲包熱烘烘的, 一啲軟熟, 一啲in 纫, 各有特色, 再加上依度提供既olive oil and pine nuts 點埋一齊食, 食到停吾到~ 如果吾係要等埋個daily soup, 我們倆兩三下就清哂lu~

兩碗湯? 我地明明只係叫咗一個lunch set... 仔細看看, 發覺碗湯比上次少了三分一(但係依然幾大碗), 原來經理知我地share, 分埋俾我地, 真細心!
Daily soup係carrot soup; 見到微細既紅蘿蔔蓉,一定好足料~ 湯呈輕微泡沫狀, 好濃carrot味, 但係吾會好重cream味, 又吾會杰tat tat - 令我地都讚不絕口! ; 比上次個leek & potato soup, 我更愛carrot soup, (雖然水準差吾多, 但係carrot soup係其他扒房少有, 可能我孤陋寡聞吧~)結果, 湯碗同埋個包籃俾我地清哂, 有啲飽tim, 點算?

甜品環節到~ 叫咗個Trio of creme brulee~我仲有啲貪心, 希望可以用K11 既coupon食free daily dessert~ 明知吾得(因為只叫一個lunch set),但依然吾要面子, 勇敢去問經理~ 結果, 可能見我''小朋友'' (i'm already in senior form now, though), 佢話無問題(佢既面色看得出係應該吾俾既~) 好好既service~

三個既焦糖好薄好脆, 燉蛋又香又滑, 同旁邊既薄脆配合得天衣無縫, 豐富口感; original: 見到有vanilli seeds, 食落又無奶粉味(奶粉既vanilla味好假, 我最怕), 同Paul Lafayet有得揮,不過杯面大啲會好啲, 焦糖面會大啲~ dark chocolate, 幾香chocolate味, 但係就無咗啲creme brulee既特色, 好似食緊chocolate pudding 加塊脆脆咁~ mango: 啖啖芒果肉酸酸甜甜的, 幾特別, 啱哂啲吾好甜既食友~

朱古力味幾濃, 但幾; mousse幾滑~較實, 仍是軟滑的; 中間夾咗啲白色小顆粒, 蓉蓉既, 好甜, 就是令成件dessert甜既原因, 好似係杏仁膏(杏仁口味merci chocolate入面既嘢), 我吾太鐘意; 底下層chocolate cake, 可惜俾濃濃既mousse蓋過, 有點失色~
個經理見到我影相, 就風趣咁話'' 我好怕你地影相, 因為怕影得耐, 嘢食涼哂, 影響食物quality~ 我成日心諗:''快啲食la~'' haha, 但係dessert 就吾怕~' ''所以我只會影三秒, hehe~'' 我答
Overall係幾開心~好好既service同food, 令我會再試佢既dye-aged beef(上次食過)~
