太多問題...我地11人去食，有一個有5折卡，食RUBY TUESDAY勁多次1. BOOKING: 本身BOOK左8.30PM, 我地8.17PM已經到左問佢攞檯，佢話BOOK 左8.30PM, 8.30先有，OK我地早到佢可以慢慢，但到左8.45都未交到檯。佢完全無吹過張檯...最後8.50PM先入得。2.WATER: 坐低一杯水都無, 問佢攞,擺低8杯,再問先俾埋3杯。之後2小時無加過水。3.PORTION: 叫左薯條, 哇唔對路, 份量俾平時少一半。我地以為有D誤會, 問一問 "呢個係唔係STANDARD SIZE?平時係呢個即DOUBLE?" 佢答 "不嫐都係咁".... 結果每人食左兩條...4.DRINKS: 叫左飲開的RUBY T (TEA WITH POMEGRANATE JUICE) 平時係朱紅色, 一黎到凍檸茶?! 再飲...真係凍檸茶。問下個侍應 "係唔係MISS左POMEGRANATE JUICE? 同凍檸茶無分別?" 侍應答 "係凍檸茶即味" 我俾返佢，佢轉頭加左D糖漿又俾返我....都係凍檸茶, 多謝$72凍檸茶5.FOOD: 全部食物都係凍的, 呢個都

5.FOOD: 全部食物都係凍的, 呢個都唔係問題, 大熱天時當食凍野, 但個千層面應該擺左好耐, 硬到用刀都切唔開, 唔好話用口食
6.SERVICE: 大部分都幾無禮貌
惟一可以讚的係佢地係咁混亂中都可以落到單, 無錯無漏, 算唔錯!
最後每人$208 ($2080)5折左

too many problems to address
we went as a group of 11, with one person holding a 50%off discount card (whom is a pretty frequent customer of ruby tuesday)
1.BOOKING: we booked for 8.30pm, and arrived early. the staff told us to wait till 8.30 which was fine cos we WERE early. in the end we got our table at 8.50pm cos they never asked for that table to leave at all.
2.WATER: they didn't provide water, and when we asked for it, she gave us 8 cups. we asked again, she gave the remaining 3 cups. she never returned to fill our cups.
3.PORTION: we ordered fries. it came. our friend (frequent customer) said how come it's only half the size? so we asked whether that was standard size cos usually it's filled to the brim and at least double the amount given. the waitress said, that's it. so in the end we had 2 fries each
4.DRINKS: i ordered RUBY T (TEA WITH POMEGRANATE JUICE) that i had tried many times before. when it came it looked like normal ice lemon tea you get at cha chan ting. i took a slurp, it was exactly like iced lemon tea. i asked the waitress whether they've missed the pomegranate juice or something. her response was "it's suppose to taste like lemon tea" i requested her to take it back. after a split second she came back with the same cup, but with a little bit more syrup added. it still tasted like lemon tea. it costed $72
5.FOOD: all served cold. the seafood lasagne must have been sitting in the kitchen for the entire day cos it was all stiff and dried up that even our knives weren't able to cut through. we gave up on 50% of the lasagna.
6.SERVICE: just overall poor
one thing that they did good was they were able to take note of our orders correctly in that terrible situation.
