平日晚上约了朋友顺路找间餐厅, 在佐敦德兴街决定光顾这间Mizu的餐厅,一开始要排队,不久十五分钟轮到我们入去,环境类似酒吧,应该前者是酒吧,对食物出品无影响。我们选择:厨师发辨 鹿儿岛和牛秘制鸡肉棒鹿儿岛和牛这选择了"厨师发辨 鹿儿岛和牛" ,可是上菜速度太快了,完全无视食客食用食物所需要是"时间",这发辨的菜式一定会很多碟,我们五个人,桌上已满了只碟,连空间还没有了,令人觉得好似被催"快些吃落肚"的感觉很不愉快。🥺味道:4环境:4服务:2卫生:3抵食:3用膳限制时间:有用膳限制时间多少: 2小时赶客程度:有赶客原因:送上菜太快,桌上满了碗碟,无视食客用食时间。😒 继续阅读

The restaurant's interior design is not like a traditional Japanese restaurant, but more like a cafe. The seating arrangement consists of individual booths, and it is spacious and comfortable.🥨 Japananese Kagoshima Wagyu Omakase ($688)The set included two appetizers, one salad, six skewers, one Kagoshima wagyu, two washoku, staple and miso soup.🌟 Kagoshima wagyuWagyu is known for its tender and juicy texture, with evenly distributed marbling. Paired with fried garlic, onions, scallions, and a touch of mustard sauce, it offers a rich and flavorful experience. The balance between the meaty aroma and the seasoning is perfect, making it irresistible and impossible to stop eating!🌟 SkewersThe menu featured a variety of delicious dishes:- Pork belly rolls with chive and shrimp, offering a fragrant and refreshing combination.- Tomato-wrapped Angus beef, creating a unique and flavorful experience.- Squid-inspired chicken wings, with tender meat and bouncy squid filling.- Japanese-style chicken skewers, grilled to perfection with a tasty sauce and shiso leaf topping.- Chicken and eggplant skewers, combining crispy outer layers with soft and sweet interiors. 之前返到香港又去左佐敦Mizu串烧店,系依度食下串烧饮下清酒真系好啱约fd吹水,食个mizu串烧omakase都只系$288,成个set已经好丰富😋个set仲包左我好仲意食既秘制鸡肉棒棒,沾上日本新鲜鸡蛋液超美味!另外仲叫左d串烧小食同甜品,芥末八爪鱼、红豆烧年糕非常推荐,好好食!Mizu串烧omakase $288-前菜(荞头、萤光鱿鱼)-秘制鸡肉棒棒-一骨手羽先-新鲜白鳝-安格斯牛小排-日本青椒仔-主食(烧明太子饭团、味噌汁)唐扬甜虾 $68吉列广岛蚝(2只) $58烟肉蚝卷 $48纯豚五花腩 $48牛舌 $48鸡心 $33紫苏鸡肉串 $43红豆烧年糕 $48芥末八爪鱼 $48 继续阅读

同好朋友食lunch ~🍢Mizu 烧乌定食 $178呢个有免治鸡肉棒棒,鸡肉串烧,仲有蛋汁要点!底部啲饭有烧汁,好香口喔!🔥吉列豚定食 $158 炸得超级香脆!份量都够2个人一齐食丫!定食都有包括前菜、渍物、主食、味噌汤及甜点,甜点为泡芙仔及抹茶缺饼☕️呢个lunch set 定式嘅好处就系包冷热美式咖啡、鲜奶咖啡、泡沫咖啡、苹果汁,橙汁,我同朋友都拣咗 cappuccino,都有靓靓拉花!咖啡味都好香浓啊!🍰蛋糕蛋糕喺我同朋友另外准备哦,店员好好人咁插上蜡烛庆祝🔥 继续阅读
