呢期好hit嘅法式小酒馆,原来都系black sheep 旗下嘅新餐厅一入到去已经觉得环境好靓,空间感好充足,枱枱之间距离足够,都几有私隐度,以为只系一间打卡餐厅,点知食物质素好高,我哋全部人都好满意🍴佢本身送嘅三个前菜都好好食,辣肉肠放牛泡芙,原来都几夹,同埋啲萝卜款式好多,我哋叫咗牛肉他他未算好出色,但份量好大。OEUF MIMOSA 有惊喜,上面啲烟肉脆脆好好食,同埋好彩系半只,唔系都有啲漏🍴主菜部份叫咗三个,Poulet de Simone,鸡肉比想像中嫩滑,皮好脆,店员会先俾你睇晒成只鸡先再分,呢个价钱,我觉得好抵。STEAK AU POIVRE,牛肉不过不失。SAUMON AU BEURRE BLANC,三文鱼果酱有啲似lays 绿色𠮶个薯片,同鱼都好夹🍴甜品方便呢度冇得画碟,MILLEFEUILLE,拿破仑以餐厅甜品嚟讲系超水准,我觉得拍得住出边嘅蛋糕舖,啲饼皮好薄脆,唔算好甜,再加埋啲梅酱,食落唔会话好漏。庆生嘅话好有气氛,店员高大会围住你唱法文嘅生日歌,当晚我谂都起码有五六台系庆生,佢哋都系全力以赴今次因为book得夜咗,九点先入去,所以之前饮咗酒,但见佢个bar头都好吸引,下次嚟都会想试吓佢嘅酒,总括嚟讲以呢个食物质素、服务态度同埋环境性价比好高🔥

Dinner. Greeted by servers in French, felt like we were really in France. Noisy and dark.Comprehensive wine list. Went for a bottle of Burgundy red. Here’s what we had. Amuse-bouche:-assorted vegetable sticks-salami pieces-delicately warm and airy choux pastry filled with a light cheese. Reminded me of my meal at the Magistracy. 250g USDA "Angus Gold" tenderloin, pan-roasted to a perfect medium-rare. With caramelized crust and tender meat. Served with a green peppercorn sauce and flambeed with V.S.O.P. Cognac (unfortunately not at tableside).Duck confit- pan-roasted with crisp skin, meat yielded effortlessly to the fork, meat perfumed with Cahors duck fat. Unfortunately it was way too salty. The accompanying golden potatoes sautéed with garlic and duck fat were irresistibly crisp and aromatic.Small yeast cake soaked in syrup made with Extra Old Martinique Rum, boasting a boozy depth and molasses warmth. Too alcoholic and sweet for me.In summary: restaurant offering a short menu that honors French classics and bringing the French bistro tradition into sharp, well-seasoned focus.

This bistro is extremely iconic and located around the historic Bridges Street and Shing Wong Street. I have an instant telepathic escape to streets of France. There are resting seats outdoor for your booze/ vapour break. Menus are comprehensive, with dishes names in French, descriptions printed in English. Easy to read, and good for both the locals and travellers to comprehend. The selection of desserts was impressive, this summer they serve the profiteroles puff pastry, and mille feuille- my personal favourite.
