I usually call to make reservations wherever I eat, so this is definitely a place where you can take a group of friends and feast. I went with a Korean friend and my husband who worked in Korea for many years. I myself am a Korean. We thought the food was excellent. The Naengmyun (cold noodles) was extremely good and better than what you can find in most of the restaurants in Seoul.  My husband thought his Bibimbap excellent.  The side dishes, such as the vegetables and the kimchi, were also very good. I am surprised that this place here actually managed to survive for such a period of time!!! The food is AWFUl  At the beginning i thought humm....its in central and its Korean, how bad can it possibly get right? 平日夜晚只有幾枱客人， 燈色昏暗， 未入去就已經被餐廳既裝橫吸引了。侍應們態度都很好,整體感覺良好！ 送黎既前菜四小碟最好味係泡菜同薯仔。主菜點了牛肉石燒, 冷蕎麵, 辣豬腩肉…味道很好， 賣相也不錯！ 是一間可以常來的食店！ 美中不足是洗手間太細啦！

Attended online dining platform 's launch and tried Korean fried chicken and Korean rolls from JANG.The rolls were the best because they were filling and deliciously crammed with lot of fillings such as egg, vegetables, frankfurters, spinach and Korean pickles. online dining platform is an online food ordering site with delivery!

Had dinner and the food was surprisingly good. There were mixed reviews so wanted to find out myself. The dishes were different from traditional Korean food because of the food decoration but the tase was closer to original Korean food.I was stationed in NYC before and this restaurant is close to the ones there.Main dishes were similar but the two very good dishes are beef brisket with sesame and salt and braised ribs. Had lunch yesterday with a friend and ordered their lunch set of grillled spicy pork neck and kimchi pork belly soup.  The spicy pork neck is really dissapointing, it looks like korean bean paste mixed with tabasco and pork. Aside from a dissapointing lunch, my friend and I got sick afterwards. Both of us exhibit frequent vomiting and stomach pain last night (we didn't even had dinner ).  I'm a bit concerned on their food quality and what they serve to the diners.  Definitely not going back ther

同朋友成年冇見，講話要約但又係hea左去咁XDDDD今次終於出到黎，因為想食韓國炸雞，最後揀左呢間Jang環境好寬敞闊落，裝潢睇落好高尚:^0中間既感覺似係Bar/Lounge多過係食韓食既餐廳:^)前菜賣相幾精緻吸引泡菜味道不是濃烈type，開胃又不刺激豆腐都係清淡版本，微微豆香感覺清新其他幾款都幾好入口，又唔會過油重點係佢既前菜可以免費續盤:^)，同韓國普遍既practice一樣海鮮香蔥煎餅　$128份量同外面既差不多，切到不平均，不如俾我自己切算-___>煎餅非厚身，不過都算足料，有不少魷、蝦同蜆，分佈都均勻蔥味不重，香氣淡薄，反而煎過既焦味較濃香外皮唔會太油膩，還是可以接受既地步，更可謂香得黎帶微脆度:^)綜觀都合格，只係大小不太讓我滿足XDDD香脆甜辣炸雞　$168一上桌見到好似好少件數，但食落先諗起係起左骨既，呢個份量其實都ok架啦熱度夠，醬汁甜辣而不過嗆，唔會話食到要飲哂水解辣享受唔到咁:^)炸雞有點點脆口，大咬一口冇滲油雞肉有肉香冇雪味，又唔會過老老實講，食食下有種食緊咕嚕肉既感覺XDDDD其實整體黎講，環境食物服務都係可以接受既但問我會唔會再黎就真係要考慮下，

rA frist time try the Korean food with my wife at the Central, JANG restaurant looks very good, Hopefully I can book the table by the window bar area or private room, The waitress were very attentive and polite, Window open kitchen we can saw the chef is korean, The drinks and food was petty good. I will definitely return. 

I have been at Jang for 2 times last year.  This's the third time I ate there.  It's not known why the quality of foods was getting so worse.  The pork (supposed to be steamed) of the "Pork Belly wrap" was very oily; the fried sole fillet was not in shape with too much flour (falling apart when I tried picking up one by chopsticks), and not crispy at all; the seafood pancake is totally tasteless.  Sorry, I will never go there again.
