Read another review about the slowness and clumsiness of their staff and I can't agree more. I visited at 5:30pm on Thursday, not at all busy when arrived. I waited nearly 10 mins for a warmed panini.
None of the staff had the customer-facing look. The service attitude from McDonald's is zillion better, at least I do often hear "please", "thank you" and "what could I help you?" from staff there. Staff here are totally not service-oriented. They are just order-takers. That's fine but at least you have to be able to answer basic question. When I asked where to find napkins or serviettes, a girl said there's none in the shop; but they had toilet paper in the restroom. What the heck??? I then later found other guests picking up napkins on a shelf and so I said to the girlstaff there it was the napkin. Not only didn't she apologize, she said the shop is too noisy so she didn't hear me. Seriously there was no guest being served at the time I asked her the question and the place was relatively quiet. That's the reason I walked in in the first place to get some work done. HOPELESS! Proper customer service training please!
Coffee menu:
I think McCafe has just as many and that is definitely not a compliment for a coffee shop. Actually McCafe has decaffinated choices and here has none.
Here comes a lot of students after donuts so I guess I have mistaken it for something else other than a like of Dunkin Donuts.
