sucree, 我最喜歡的餅店

第一次在sucree買了一個 "紅豆陳皮roll cake" -- 隱藏在忌廉內淡淡的陳皮味讓我十分驚訝. 第二次和一位日本人朋友一起每人買了一個ほうじ茶roll cake（houji tea roll cake) -- 隱藏在忌廉內的ほうじ茶很香濃, 讓我們都感動了.第三次, 第四次 , 五次....聖誕前除了預訂聖誕曲奇餅外, 也訂了一個1.5磅的 "無蛋紅豆陳皮忌廉生日蛋糕" (我妹妹對鷄蛋敏感).無蛋的話當然不是鬆軟的海棉蛋糕, 而是較硬身的紅豆餅夾著陳皮香味的忌廉. 對於不能大肆品嘗蛋糕的妹妹來說, 是既美味又感動. 乖仔和乖女說他們的生日蛋糕一定要在sucree訂呢. *sucree的餅師每天只做少量西餅, 想吃特別的, 如houji tea roll cake, 我諗還是預訂比較好, 因為近期不見有售.

乖仔和乖女說他們的生日蛋糕一定要在sucree訂呢.

*sucree的餅師每天只做少量西餅, 想吃特別的, 如houji tea roll cake, 我諗還是預訂比較好, 因為近期不見有售.

     Taste: : The froyo itself was nice and cold. So cold, it gave me 'brain' freeze' Maybe it would have been better if tasted in the sumer, would be so nice to have a freezing cold Froyo on a sweaty summer days.

     The granola contain raisin which i did not like with the froyo. The coco pops was nicely done. But maybe the froyo was abit too sour, i dont think i have the urge to come back and taste it again. It wasnt creamy at all, and probably why it is so sour as it is more close to ta REAL frozen yogurt.

    I liked their design on teh tub, it is quite simple on a white tub. Alot of toppings to choose from.

    services: i did not like teh service. the girl was abit impatient as i was thinkingw hat to chooose. Not much smile from her or interactionw hich made me not want to sit down and enjoy the Froyo.

    Seatings: There is a few seats behind. High table high chairs. but it was obvious the girl has not cleaned the area as it was quite dirty. he could improve by trying to tidy up and clean up after costumers been eating

     PS it was quite hard to find. it is right athe end of the corridor. And it is part of IL Colpo for nails. So try not to miss it!!! It has a very nice trendy exterior!! they only have one flavor of Froyo - orginal which i like!!1

    Swiss Chalet午餐後，兩口子來到圓方看《Liar Game》，又要多謝OR的戲票啦! 而今次來到圓方除了看戲，還有一重要任務---找尋新開的隱蔽Froyo店。以隱蔽形容這店真的沒錯，因連商場客戶服務中心的職員也不知清楚其存在，二人只依憑傳聞+直覺，去到火區的Caffe Habitu後，再轉角行200米，才找到一間疑似目標。如此難找，主因是此店正名為IL Colpo Treat Nail Yogurt Cafe，主要提供手甲及手部護理，至於售賣咖啡/茶點的Sucree，還有專售Froyo的Yososweet，只是其多元業務下的其中一項，也可以看是為手甲部客人提供的增值服務。雖然身處高級商場中，Yososweet的定價卻頗為相宜，如圖小杯連一款topping售$26，大杯連兩款toppings也不過$30；如要添加額外配料，則每款$5。店內也有Fruit Smoothie提供，定價也只$22，也不貴。照例還是先試味後幫襯，暫時店內只供應原味乳酪雪糕，質感幾結實但也較冰，水準一般啦；不過為了解滯以迎接晚餐蟹粥，還是要了一杯大裝Froyo兩人分享，配料則挑選了永遠的心頭好---gr

    照例還是先試味後幫襯，暫時店內只供應原味乳酪雪糕，質感幾結實但也較冰，水準一般啦；不過為了解滯以迎接晚餐蟹粥，還是要了一杯大裝Froyo兩人分享，配料則挑選了永遠的心頭好---granola，還有坊間較少見的貴價黑莓。店員十分好人，主動送了上house bread，還有店內有在發售的homemade cookie給我們，以致成品十分豐富呢!

    與老公就坐並開動，講過了此店乳酪其實口感較冰，不過幾款配料都非常出色：granola是無比的新鮮清脆，脆卜卜的拌以乳酪雪糕，口感實在一流；大大粒的黑莓是看得出新鮮飽滿，吃來滋味也特別清甜可喜，令人滿意。house bread及homemade cookie則較為普通，不過那份心意還是美好的，食畢店員也有細心查問意見，服務值得高分。

    對了，店內又設有兩個堂食位，挺方便逛累了的食客，是日我與老公也是就坐這角落享受Froyo!

    總的來說，對這間隱蔽有如圓方私人會所的Yogurt Cafe印象不錯，也十分好奇想試試Sucree甜點部的精緻西餅($38@)，相信很快又會再來來了!
