Heat Bakery (已結業)

今日去左尖沙咀行街，剛剛吃完一個素食午餐，尚未有飽足感覺，行到金巴利街見到有間「heat bakery」，我入去食個包醫肚。麵包選擇唔算太多，多以酥皮類為主。我本身想食牛角酥，見到原味牛油牛角酥味道好似唔差，但係最後一個比人買左，唯有下次再試。最後我買左一個冬甩，有三種唔同口味，蜜糖、砂糖和朱古力。我叫左砂糖！冬甩軟熟唔油膩，中間非常鬆軟，砂糖出奇地唔甜，味道清香，令我非常驚喜。麵包帶微甜，唔似炸得咁heavy。

在尖沙咀經過一間麵包店, 便進去打算買一些麵包回家, 作我和家人明天的早餐。這裏的麵包款式也很特別, 不像普通麵包店所售賣的麵包。這裏的麵包較為西式, 有牛角酥、法包 、蝴蝶酥、迷你麵包等等。我買了一袋方包, 我很喜歡吃方包. 因為在方包上搽上一層厚厚的花生醬, 再拿去焗爐焗一焗, 會很好吃, 麵包會微微鬆脆。另外, 我亦買了罌粟籽麵包和一個提子包。提子包質感硬了一點, 但裏面的提子粒分量也算多。罌粟籽包麵包都算軟熟。這裏除了麵包外, 也有售賣花生醬、曲奇、飲品、鬆餅等等。

每達星期五我都會學畫畫，如果食完晚餐再上堂就太夜了，所以通常都是隨便食兩個麵包就上堂。路過見Heat Bakery這間新麵包店，就入內試試。＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊Heat Bakery的麵包款式以西式包點為主，當中有一半都是牛角包或酥餅之類的包點。另外，亦有曲奇、果汁和花生醬提供，牌子都是比較少見的。蛋餅櫃內還有幾款不同鬆餅和冬甩。牛油牛角包($15)牛角包很鬆軟，雖然我不懂製麵包，但我也知道要造出鬆軟的牛角包，一定要用很多牛油，因為每層酥皮之間都要以牛油相隔，而這牛角包的酥皮打得夠薄之餘，亦重牛油香味。雜穀牛角包($15)雜穀牛角包同樣鬆軟，但表面就多了不同的穀物，所以食起來更有咬口，感覺亦更健康。總結，雖然麵包大部份都要十多元起跳，定價較為進取，但現在麵包越來越貴，挨麵包已經不再是甚麼見不得人的事，Heat Bakery的麵包對比坊間其他麵包店又不算相差太遠，牛角包亦夠鬆軟，路過都可以支持一下。

While walking along Kimberly Road, I was feeling slightly hungry thus i just looked around for bakery or dessert store for some light bites. 位於尖沙咀的Heat Bakery，是一間在鬧市中的麵包店。今晩去美麗華吃晩餐，走著走著，聞到一鼓包香的味道，吸引我這位包控進舖看看，有什麼好吃的啦。酥皮吉士包$15酥皮牛角包$15麵包店有不少酥皮麵包，包控看到就忍不住買了兩個。看上去酥皮偏軟偏腍，不像一般的香酥，麵包摸上去不太油，內裡鬆軟鬆熟，最特別是吉士包，內裡有類似麻糬的餡料，整個包偏腍哦。Heat Bakery 尖沙咀金巴利道55號地下D舖

Stumbled on this bakery when I was in TST.It is interesting because they also sold a lot of Korean products which makes sense because they are close to so many Korean Restaurants.In terms of bakery, the donut looked yummy so got the donut and the baguette because these two are my favourites.The donut was soft and sweet but it seemed like those donuts that are defrosted to serve.The baguette was hard and chewy while the croissant had a fragrant buttery taste as it was just baked.
