早前朋友发现了这间在金钟太古广场地库层超级市场Great café 内多了一间吃Neopolitan pizza的Pizza Pala，原来已在这里开业半年，但最近也经过这里好几次，也不太擦觉它的存在，因为它的位置不太显眼。午饭前来先点了一款薄饼来试，Pizza Margherita，Mozzarella Fiordilatte，Fresh Basil，Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Tomato Sauce，$85。焗出来的薄饼闻下充满面粉香，吃下饼身不会淡而无味，这点绝对令人喜爱。而薄饼边位带点脤起，吃起来外脆带点烟韧，质感不会很干。饼底不太厚身，但厚薄就有点不太平均，软硬度因此不一。味道上，蕃茄酱带来浓烈酸香，不过芝士份量较少，芝味不太浓郁，若芝士份量多点就会更好。记得最近到了多间餐厅吃薄饼，很多饼底都是没有面粉香味，真的令人费解。Pizza Pala的薄饼虽然也有不足之处，但整体来说，这里的薄饼有实在的面粉香，口感也不太差，改善一下的就更好吃。而且价钱不太昂贵，值得来吃。

Accidentally saw some photos of this small Pizza Shop inside the Great Cafe selling Napoletana or Neopolitan Pizza, the most original Italian Pizza and has a DOC status and a global A.V.P.N association controlling the shops selling this style. The actual name of this Pizza Side is Pizza Pala..Pizza Margherita - $85Positive - Boasting that their dough is cultured for texture and flavour, and has a nice rim of Pizza 'Cornicone' Crust, when this arrived it did show some of this. The dough had the right taste and smell, it was definitely getting there. Neutral - The Mozzarella Cheese used doesn't have much flavours, and the herbs could have been cut or torn more evenly!Negative - The Pizza Base wasn't 'Hand Tossed' but pushed using hands, which made the pizza uneven in looks. The base was also too Big vs Toppings. .Cornicone Pizza Crust -A good Napoleon style pizza crust is rare to find in Hong Kong, This has some good wheaty and baking flavour. ******************************If they could improve the pizza base, the cheese quality, and make the pizza look more even - they will be onto a real winner here!

Tried this place because I have not tried it.It is located by the GREAT supermarket in Admiralty.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Pasta and meatballs:The pasta was too hard but otherwise the sauce and meatballs were great.The sauce was nice and tangy.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Muffins with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce:The muffin was a bit too burnt and it is black on the edges as shown on the photo.The hollandaise sauce was also grilled which I don't think it meant to be grilled!★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

今日系附近买野,但系咩都买唔到,买完就约左朋友食饭呢间野又唔贵,又无咩人,正正系我既选择啦叫左个鸡汤律,有D鸡胸肉,底系D菜粒,如茹呀,洋冲之类.食落都几清新,但D肉鞋左小小个PIZZA唔记得系咩啦,系好简单既材料,有D芝士同埋D 叶,个番茄BASE都几RICH,够酸,O岩我,但系饼底较UN,所以成个PIZZA都好好赵.都唔错意粉系肉九,4粒好大粒,肉味唔算浓但系食得出D 纤维,几好,意粉AL DENTE再饮支cider,爽

想来点轻食，又试试GREAT入面的CAFE。先食系意大利云吞，不过散散地，食落亦无咩味，南瓜偏向硬身，成碟都唔系咁ok。隔离超级市场的意大利云吞应该水准更好。跟住系pizza，饼底够脆，馅料系早餐野，有火腿同蘑菇，蛋系留心，焗得热烘烘，几好。甜品系芝士挞，我真系唔识形容，个底又冻又硬又粉，最正常只系雪糕。仲有要左杯咖啡，系暖都算唔上，好似冲左一段时间咁，仲要好水下，救命。食得唔满意，下次都系食返隔离汉堡包。
