Good food excellent service

I visited Golden Branch during their soft opening period. It was lunch hour and was full. I waited 15minutes to get a seat. While i was waiting, the staff explained to me the menu and how to order etc. I didnt feel like i waited 15minutes at all. The menu is quite a small menu. I ordered the supreme combo and Vietnamese dripping coffee. The coffee was served in a nice Bodum glass! Wow! The coffee tasted alright, didnt have the wow factor like the glass. The menu is quite a small menu. I ordered the supreme combo and Vietnamese dripping coffee. The coffee was served in a nice Bodum glass! Wow! The coffee tasted alright, didnt have the wow factor like the glass.

The supreme combo came. It was made according to my choices on the menu. You can pick no onion or extra onion, coriander etc. The broth was excellent. You can taste that it is made without MSG. The supreme combo was supposed to come with beef brisket, however, the beef brisket wasn't ready at that day. It was replaced by Vietnamese sausage which was fine with me. But i'd like to try the beef brisket one day.

I think i will definitely come back again for the pho. It would be like if they can add a simple beef pho for a lower price than the supreme combo. I will come back more often for it. I would love to taste the one made with kobe beef or waygu, but it's a bit pricy!

Food is good, service is excellent.
