Complaint Regarding Spoiled Yogurt Purchased at Fineprint AirportI am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a purchase I made at your Fineprint branch at the airport. At approximately 6:30 PM Sept 10, I purchased two yogurt cups from your store. I consumed them immediately while they were fresh, but to my disappointment, I discovered that the yogurt was spoiled. The yogurt had an unusual and unpleasant taste, and its texture was curdled instead of the normal smooth, liquid consistency one would expect. This indicates that the product was no longer fit for consumption. I have attached photos of the yogurt as well as the receipt for your reference. I spent $80 on this purchase, only to end up consuming food that was clearly not up to standard.
