秋高氣爽，跟一班朋友去行山，之後去了 Elephant Grounds 吃點東西。Café 位於斜路，很有格調。我點了 Buttermilk Pancakes，平時會覺得 Pancake 很膩，但見很多客人都點這個，所以試試。真的不錯，口感軟綿綿的。當然我不吃 cream 🤣平時一向少飲咖啡，因為怕苦，但是這杯 Cappuccino 我可以接受，加上精緻拉花，這個應該是 Flamingo 吧！朋友的 Cappuccino 拉花更利害，是 Unicorn 🦄 另一位朋友點了 Latte 呢 雖然價錢略貴，但覺得餐廳很有格調，很 chill，我相信下次會再來，因為想試一下 eggs Benedict

店舖並不非常大，相對服務生的人數來說絕對可以提供更為周到的服務。假日本已許多人在排隊等候，但是看到一張臺早已備好之後，領位的服務生過了至少五分鐘才請人入座，期間覺得一直在神遊的樣子⋯假日只供應brunch menu，但是並未提前在外面將menu示出，以供人參考；在臨近等位時間到達時才提供菜單. 由於我們特意想吃其中一款菜式，而brunch menu並不供應，因此浪費了30分鐘的等位時間⋯最後因為不想被迫選擇其他菜式最終離開⋯非常失望

We had a chill afternoon tea section at elephant ground wanchai the other day.We ordered 2 coffees and a fries, coffee and fries were quite decent, fries just cant go bad can they? 總係覺得weekend要食個brunch先覺得weekend有個完美既ending，今日揀左係灣仔既elephant grounds。好耐之前係銅鑼灣分店食過一次，不過已經耐到唔記得味道如何～我點左 corned beef hash🍳，用個小黑鐵鍋盛食物好可愛，底部係炸過的薯仔粒好香口🥔，上面鋪左鹹牛肉🥓，火箭菜🥦同2隻poached eggs🥚，成個配搭好match，切開蛋黃將流心的蛋撈埋一齊食，可以中和左鹹牛肉的濃味，非常好食！好味指數：🌕🌕🌕🌕

天朗氣清，好想出去「偽文青」一下😌呢日去咗日月星街盪盪，喂喂，係Elephant Grands，成個圈最具人氣都係佢。唔理喇，登記咗先，其實都唔係等好耐啫，5分鐘後入得。響等位期間又可望住barista拉花，簡直係視覺享受啦😍全場空間感夠，不同位置有不同視覺享受，望住馬路啦，坐高枱bar嘅相信望返落來又唔同。同朋友仔叫咗個pancake一齊share，對happylands來說，食物不是其重點，係佢杯啡 ☕️ 沒有失望，靚豆靚鮮奶，個花仲keep到好耐。影相可以影到夠😆Buttermilk pancake確係幾奶味重，尤其係個fresh whip，巧膻呢 🐮

早上剛好有點事情要到金鐘，辦好後在下一個after lunch 嘅appointment前有一個多小時的空餘，text 了在灣仔工作的女友人，馬上來個ad hoc lunch,沒想到whatsapp group內另一男友人在鰂魚涌上班也舉手加身體力行＂飛鐵＂赴會，也實是驚喜難得！明白因為是午飯時間，所以女友人先到了也在門口排隊等枱。門口服務生幾nice,叫我們在門口bar 枱坐著等，但話未落另一個已經安排好枱俾我哋女友人同我都想食個light lunch, 各自order咗Brussels Sprouts Radish 同Endive Rocket她點的沙律清爽新鮮，是比較清淡的口味，ok 健康la我ge 是Endive Ricket,鐘意佢有青蘋果微酸的新鮮感再搭上烤得脆脆ge合桃，平衡返火箭菜的甘香，石磂籽亦點綴上少少果甜！不過男友人就嫌佢有核⋯⋯點呀，款水果本身係咁㗎嘛😅男友人就order咗burger,望落個樣好吸引，蛋煎單面，想像得到咬落去蛋汁加麵包的和味，而且burger塊肉係剛熟，無over cook,再配上粗薯條，ok唔錯啦，不過可能lunch time peak ho

去到灣仔星街搵野食 呢間餐廳好多人排隊 應該幾好味 所以都等下啦 等咗大概半個鐘就有得入去啦 呢間餐廳個環境好靚 好舒服 👍🏻 如果諗住坐低同朋友傾吓計呢間餐廳就一流啦 我哋兩個人去食 一人叫咗一個餐share 我哋叫咗Avocado Toast 同埋 Fish Filet Sando 個Avocado Toast 有成半個牛油果 再加埋有隻溫泉蛋係上面 真係非常之咁好味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 而Fish Filet Sando 個份量超大 個包中間夾住果件炸魚非常之大件 如果一個女仔叫左呢個set係會食唔晒😂 個魚炸得好味嘅 炸粉唔厚 件魚柳就勁厚👍🏻 加埋入面夾左蕃茄同生菜 即刻唔覺油膩 好味👍🏻

I always think it’s pretty cool to chill at the cafe. The decor is nice and it’s pretty comfy to stay around. But i do think they should improve the quality of their coffee and they are slightly overpriced. Their lemmon tart is soso and their dishes are quite average as well. Though you could stay there as long as you wish

Salmon Eggs BenedictI typically go with the avocado toast which is one of the better ones in Hong Kong, but today I wished to change up my diet. I really wish I stuck with old reliable. The smoked salmon lacked smokiness or enough salt which one is typically accustomed to in cured salmon. The pouched eggs were not seasoned with any salt or black pepper only paprika. As anyone knows paprika added for presentation offers zero flavour. Overall I was really disappointed the taste did not meet the a

灣仔的elephant ground 係我們一家的至愛，因為呢間cafe很早就有早餐供應，而且食物質素都非常好。 今日係星期日，我們如常一早來到吃早餐，叫了 egg bendict ,strawberry French toast , latte . 溫馨提示一下，如果有小朋友一齊用餐，會免費贈送 babychinno ! 第一次order Strawberry French toast , toast外脆內軟，不太甜，配上草莓很好吃egg bendict 我們基本每次都叫， 今次都沒令我們失望，還是一如以往的好吃。 latte 就合格， 還不錯。 今次用餐比較失望的係，餐具沒清洗乾淨，希望清潔方面要改進！

The coffees are always great and they have a nice small range of teas. Today we enjoyed an ice cream sandwich, the flavour varies and today’s was strawberry. It is a good size for an adult, I would say it is too much for a child unless they REALLY like ice cream and you REALLY want them to have a massive sugar hitIt can be busy on weekends especially if you have a group of 4+, so be prepared to wait.

#ShouldTryElephant grounds (wanchai) offers a wide range of brunch options. The avocado toast is laced with pesto sauce and abundant avocado. The broiled egg is done quite right, but the salad could use a bit more zest. Overall quite good.The miso marinated cod is so delicious, but the portion is SO SMALL. 星期六下午4點來到，已經座無虛席，店外已有十個八個人在排隊等候。反正我也是找地方看書，排著隊看書也沒差，既不浪費時間，等了半個多小時終於能入座。安排坐在樓上的Bar枱位，居高臨下地俯視餐廳樓下的情況。很有心思地在黑板牆上畫上coffee menu，解構每款咖啡的組成成分。點了Corned beef hash $105客人雖多，廚房員工很有效率，食物10分鐘內便送上。這個dish以黑色小鐵盤盛載，甚有風味。盤底是微炸過的薯粒，鋪上咸牛肉、兩隻poached eggs、火箭菜。切開讓蛋黃流出來，跟咸牛肉同吃能減低鹹度。雖然環境不錯，喜歡它全玻璃外圍設計，下午能充分利用陽光，但食物份量偏少，價錢稍貴，連加一，下次考慮只喝咖啡。

HK is infamous for surly and inept service, but this place takes it to a whole new level. I've been here many times and every time the staff is harried (yet somehow slow), short, and often downright rude. I've always been made to feel like I was bothering the staff just by being in the restaurant, and when you can manage to get their attention (even when not super packed), their demeanor is short and surly.The one redeeming quality this place has is their decent coffee. 一直在IG有見不少潮人都在這間CAFE打卡，今次來到日月星街附近，當然想來一試。果然，周六來，都有不少人在附近，但很多都不介意就坐在CAFE門外，畢竟環境都舒適。被安排坐在上層的吧台位，可以望住整間的CAFE尼幅畫滿咖啡畫的牆，好靚，而且讓人一目了然自己飲的是哪一種咖啡。內部設計都好有特色。hot flat whitecold cappuciano用左濾鏡影相，落地大玻璃的自然光透入室內，很舒服。一邊飲咖啡，一邊睇書睇雜誌，尼間CAFE的賣點話唔定就是這個。
