做完野晏到未食 下午茶时间饿住个肚揾野食系无乜人既西环 我就入左呢间细细既拉面店舖头好细坐唔到十个人 而且成间舖都系得一个人一脚锡因为过左午膳时间无set lunch 只可以单叫我就平平地就咁叫左个$55既札幌拉面食个拉面其实得好少𩠌 一块叉烧 笋 昆布同葱不过呢个价都唔预会食到几多𩠌嫁啦我几钟意佢啲面 唔林唔硬唔会煮得太少或者太耐个面啲汤都几浓既 块叉烧都几好味整体黎讲个面都好味既 而且店员笑容可掬 值得加分

This is the typical Domon Ramen!! I think it is a nice try. The Japanese BBQ pork it made is quite special with some sweetness in it. Together with sweet corns, the concentrated soup tastes delicious. However, the yellow onion like stuff is not perferrable. It has a strong taste with actually contradicts with the other tasets.Though we do not have to wait for a table but I think there is not enough place for diners. I think there are only 6 chairs which I think not sufficient.

果日上完堂之后就同同学去左尼间拉面铺食野,入面冇乜人,位又好少。佢既食物选择好少而且服务态度麻麻。佢有d似日本电影果d拉面店既格局形式。但系食物质素又冇甘高。佢既价钱绝对唔值去食尼个拉面。而且佢既份量好少,上完堂劲肚饿食尼碗真心SAD. 个拉面煮到过软,d汤又无味,食材唔特别。猪肉味道偏淡,腌制得不够入味,配菜衹有一两样,分量唔多。佢仲要冇set 冇野饮,所以绝对唔值得再试,而且,佢地个味好淡。

我一向不太喜欢拉面,觉得味道太浓之余,配菜亦一般。来到这里,使我条对拉面改观了……面条un 度刚好,而猪软骨超级软熟,亦十分入味。听职员说是自家制作,十分难得!如阁下跟我一样,是猪软骨fans,一定要来试试!怕味浓可要清汤底。Plus waiter 服务细心,会用心推介食物。

飞去左札幌食拉面先, 唔系日本札幌, 系去DOMON札幌拉面食一个LUNCH SET, 间铺同摆设都好日本FEEL. 个LUNCH SET有四款拉面同两款小食可以拦, 我点左札幌拉面 (酱油汤底) 加配鸡肉胡麻蟹子野菜沙律, 个名超长, 不过就好清楚LIST OUT哂沙律里面有乜, 天口闷闷热热, 食沙律前菜最好不过, 前菜之后就系主菜”拉面”出场, 汤底唔错味道浓郁, 面的软硬度刚好, 略为大碗左少少, 要小女子一个人食哂有难度, 下次可以考虑3个人食两个餐. 食完饱到 $3支气水都饮唔落, 饮左半杯茶就埋单
