相比其他高級下午茶地方，Dalloyau是我比較喜歡的。他们的龍蝦沙律的組合很好。乳酪三文治也不错。咖啡方面味道較淡，但與食物也算配套。這是一個日式的法國餅店，下午茶時亦有意粉等供應。吃到一半，後面有一桌客人離開。員工們立即用殺毒噴霧遠距離大量大噴座位，整间餐廳立即充滿了非常刺鼻的氣味，我整個鼻腔都被侵入。令我立即想起多年前飛機降落泰國和印度之前及起飛之後的有殺無放過的野蠻行為。以後都不乘搭這類航空公司，也以後不敢光顧這餐廳了。噴了後，桌上的食物也不敢碰，胃囗也沒有了。奇怪的是，香港好像並沒有其他餐廳這樣做！評分方面，是當衛生問題或是服務问题呢？兩者都是。但是不應惡評待應生們，因為大可能是管理系統的問題！

Got a cake from Dalloyau for afternoon tea. Among the many different flavours, I picked this Pistachio & Chocolate Hazelnut Cake because I like both pistachio & hazelnut.It was packed nicely in a box with a transparent plastic sheet so that you can easily see the cake inside.DALLOYAU Pistachio & Chocolate Hazelnut Cake $58 Frankly speaking, the size of the cake is not so big given its price. 星期五晚約咗同朋友出街食飯，朋友揀咗去呢間，本來普通晚飯都冇乜食評以寫，點知你第一道菜飲佢個湯嗰時發覺好好飲，叫咗洋蔥湯，真係好正，好正宗，另外個酥皮龍蝦湯都好好，有龍蝦肉又夠鮮味，羊架夠新鮮，龍蝦三文治感覺好refresh。餐廳地點方便，食完飯可以再講隔離happy hour 🍻

搵咗好耐先搵到間舖頭喺邊度，門口大大個招牌寫住係Fancl, 入到去先見到間餐廳🤣🤣🤣今次試咗期間限定嘅下午茶套餐，但其實我見佢有好耐時間都仲係呢一個套餐，其實唔算期間限定平時下午茶套餐最主要係食鹹點，因為甜點好客易整到太甜，但係呢間甜點都幾好食 有驚喜。馬卡龍唔會太甜，最鍾意係玫瑰歌劇院蛋糕， 層次分明有淡淡的玫瑰味。抹茶泡芙不過不失，冇乜抹茶味。Scone有原味同埋有提子乾配果醬同clotted cream, 正常水準其實最鍾意喺間餐廳環境，唔會太多人，服務又好，啱晒閨蜜high tea傾計

下着大雨的中午，找間近近地的餐廳食個快快午餐，又可以隨時訂到位，更可傾到計。餐廳細細座位不多，環境佈置很有少女味，好適合食high tea打卡。我們只叫咗2 courses, 湯+main & 沙律+main, 我們大家也叫了魚。先上兩款麵包，本人太喜歡吃法包，所以覺得好味，至於另外一款像普通餐包同事叫了洋蔥湯，佢話湯上面塊芝士餅食完都好飽，至於我食個沙律普普通通主菜魚上是芝士碎，魚質是滑的，啲泡泡汁其實唔知是什麼，味道酸酸地，同個魚都夾的。食物未見得出，價錢也不便宜，冇興趣再來幫襯

邪惡指數: 🐽🐽好食指數: 🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️平時見DALLOYOU嘅蛋糕舖就見同食得多，今次真係第一次坐低食飯。呢間位置唔太顯眼，因為佢係喺Fancl入面，餐廳地方偏細但係裝修都幾靚。好似同朋友夜晚嚟食dinner，因為冇乜人嘅關係，可以坐得好舒服傾吓計，員工服務態度又好好👏🏻 食物方面以呢個價錢我會覺得一般般，都係就咁食蛋糕好啲：⭕️ 香煎帶子風乾火腿沙律 - 沙律菜新鮮，可惜帶子同風乾火腿都比較少，同埋帶子有啲腥😕⭕️ 香煎三文魚 - 三文魚煎到啱啱好，肉質嫩滑，個sauce亦好refreshing，唔錯。⭕️ 牛肉燴意大利粉 - 肉醬味濃郁，可惜意粉質地唔夠al dente，份量亦比較少（所以我refill左麵包去點呢一個咁好食嘅汁😆）

去中環食lunch，一直幾鍾意呢間嘢，雖然有啲貴😆芝士洋蔥湯🧀🧅超濃郁洋蔥味配埋芝士竟然異常地夾🤤🤤🤤真係超好味🤤濃厚得黎又唔會太咸🤤而且唔係度度有得飲☺️☺️👍🏻飲完都半飽，佢仲有餐包俾你一齊食🍞🦞龍蝦要額外加錢💸又係超好食😋lunch menu唔係時時有呢個option揀😍餐飲叫咗杯cappuccino，唔使另外加錢☕️埋單～$300-400per head☺️朋友請所以唔係好知😜

是日午餐高級一點，吃法國大餐是也。頭盤煎龍蝦白蘆荀沙律，混在沙律中的龍蝦不似煎過，跟一般龍蝦沙律無異，都是吃著沙律汁而已。最奇怪的是沙律上的兩塊脆片，奇鹹無比，吃多少沙律都中和不了鹹味！小人的油封鴨髀，還以為是慢煮出來的，詎料鴨肉有如臘鴨般實淨，味道談不上有甚麼特別之處，反而肉質乾硬化程度超標，異常耐咬！干邑龍蝦湯可能干邑下得多，龍蝦有香而獨欠味兒，飲感甚苦。友人的安格斯牛肉漢堡先說麵包，根本就不是漢堡包，而是酥皮包，令到整個漢堡包膩上加膩。漢堡扒用上安格斯牛又不覺得特別滑溜，唯一最法國的恐怕是那一兜French Fries，還不是薯條一堆。餐後的咖啡極其難飲，連本咖啡控亦未能飲盡。假使法式經典菜就是如此……那不如不吃法國菜也罷。

The set dinner menu was also promoted by United We Dine so I went their to try their dinner.The Seared Lobster Salad was off to a great start. The mango and passion fruit gave it a refreshing taste. It was plated beautifully and I had quite high hopes for the coming lobster dishes.However, the lobster bisque was a bit of a let down. I didn’t know there’s a Dalloyau in Fancl and they serve food! Bit this time I was just dropping by to get a takeaway cake! It’s 20th of May, so there was a special edition cake for today, the raspberry and rose mousse with a red love-shaped chocolate on top!The cake was pretty light, yet rich in the scent of rose and raspberry. The acidity of raspberry and the sweet rose flavour mixed well. A piece of this mousse was perfect ending for my day.

Walked pass Dalloyau a lot of times on the way to gym, I always think it’s a dessert place due to the cake display I see from the entrance, but there is actually dining area inside.Complimentary house bread set a high standard for the meal. There are 2 places in same shop. the one is restaurant and the other is dessert shop. So there are not many table it's kind of small restaurant.  I ordered lunch set with salad and beef spaghetti. The salad is very unique which is very different to vegetable salad. It looked like soup. The beef spaghetti is like Asian food because of taste of beef. The taste of food is normal. 經過佢哋餅店諗唔到食咩，見到佢哋lunch menu好似幾好，就入咗去試吓個lunch. 餐廳地方比較細，如果係同客食飯我就唔係咁推薦。不過佢哋嘅服務態度好好亦好細心俾咗杯warm water我。一坐低我就好快嗌左嘢食，食物上得好快，先來暖暖嘅麵包配埋牛油好好味呀！不過最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅龍蝦湯，係我近期飲過最好飲嘅。主菜三文魚都唔錯，個sauce好清新好開胃。最後我點完餐飲之後就即刻買單，因為趕時間冇睇單就俾咗卡碌，臨走之前先發覺原來店員將杯餐飲打咗單點價錢，最後我問返先知原來店員搞錯，不過都係小事希望佢哋下次小心D。

We saw this promotion on web and came all the way to try it out! At buy-one-get-one free, each cone cost only $25 which seemed to be quite a good deal! We decided to try both flavours on promotion - i.e. Rose and Hazelnut.The Rose Soft Serve looked so badly. It was basically melting. It was quite a failure even at the cost of $25. 當普遍人認為DALLOYAU只是一間甜品店時，她們已靜悄悄地在中環增設多了一間供應精緻法式美食的店舖，大家又有口福了，能再次以親民的價錢來享受經典法國菜。 店內座位不多，但相當舒適，十分適合三五知己，重要的是沒有拘束的氣氛，極為輕鬆。天氣炎熱，弄致大汗淋漓，即是點來一杯與同集團FANCL合作的無添加健康特飲，喝起來清新爽利，甜度適中，消暑解渴。 餐廳供應的菜式有很多都是法國的經典菜式，當中想有些是經過改良的，但為了迎合現今注重健康的潮流，她們更加設了Dairy-free的菜式。首先來個清新的Crab Meat Salad，內有鮮甜的蟹肉、牛油果醬及清涼的蕃茄啫喱，吃起來相當清爽，食慾大振。再來一道Caviar, Sweetcorn, Pasta Orzo, Coconut，遠看十足十粟米湯，其實是加入了一些米粒般的意粉，感覺像一道米粥，不過卻是非常香甜好味的米粥。當中更加入了咸鮮的魚子醬，令味道變得更為鮮美。一會兒後，Smoked Eel & Foie Gras Terrine來到時，大家都將視線轉移到這道菜上。在微微焦脆的焦糖薄脆下，是排列整齊的煙燻鰻魚及鵝肝粒，切成小件後
